I took the day off to come here for a doctors appointment . I was scheduled for an 11:45 appointment. I walked in at 11:45 and couldn’t even get a greeting. I Say “hello” and three women completely ignore me. 2 women were on the phone and one was on her computer and didn’t look up to even make eye contact. I help myself by grabbing the clipboard and placing my name on the waiting list. After waiting 15 minutes with everyone off the phone, no one picking up the clip board to sign me in and still not being greeted I get the attention of a nurse who comes out from the back room. I explain to her that I wasn’t greeted and asked if she can help me and she hands me paper work to fill out. I fill out the paper work, hand in my clipboard and wait another 35 minutes. Still no word on any thing. It’s now 12:45 and a pregnant lady gets up and ask one of the lady’s at front desk if she should come back when they’re ready because she’s also waiting to be seen and no one is communicating. The lady then says that they are waiting for the doctor to come back from lunch and that won’t be until 1 pm. She also promised her that she would be the first one to be seen when the doctor returns which means that my appointment will be pushed back even more. I then walk up to her to verify the information I over heard. She tells me the doctor Is on lunch and will not be back until 1 and that I’ll be seen after the pregnant lady. Being that I had to return to my place of employment by a certain time I left with no service and I will NEVER return. TERRIBLE
