Do not go here. The students mess your teeth up. I got a tooth pulled and the student broke both teeth in each side of the teeth next to the broken tooth.. Dentist didnt even come in to check their work after they finished. Gave me a shot to numb and poked through my nose. Hurt so bad for a week following. Took my money and now telling me I cant get the work done that I paid for. Recommend the Wyoming location never the downtown location. Staff is rude, do not answer questions. Did not help me at all.

Lost 2 major case managers & after 1 year of no one getting in touch with me I just had to transfer

I was there taking POA forms for my elderly father.Of the two registration clerks seated behind the desk, one was assisting a patient.However, the second registration clerk (Maria) sat and had a whole personal conversation with a nurses aide while I stood in line and waited.Finally the nurses aide that Maria was speaking to, made eye contact with me and ended the conversation. Maria then asked me if I needed help, I told Maria no (I decided that I would wait for the professional registration clerk - who was great in assisting me).

Love my doctor and all the services they have at Cherry Health. Primary Care, Optometry, Dental, Vision and a great pharmacy.

Pretty navigable and they are great people to the customers other than the occasional need for people to do their jobs for them but thats prolly only with faxing information and or phone numbers

It wouldnt let me give 0 stars, thats why I gave it 1.When trying to call in the morning when theyre supposed to be open I get a recording saying that the office is closed. most of the time I have to call for 20 30 minutes before they switch the recording to being able to get through. Then you get another recording to leave a message and they normally dont get back to you for a couple days. But thats not the worst of it... To me its extremely concerning when the Dr. or nurse practitioner that Ive been seeing for the past. 3-4 years doesnt know the medications Im on or been taking for the past 8 years. Then I call for a refill (because Im almost out) on a Wednesday the weekend comes, no refill and I start to go through withdrawals. Then She tells me I havent been taking this or these medications. I understand that the NPs and Dr.s see a lot of people and cant remember some of the conversations they have with the Patients. But I cant understand why they wouldnt have taken notes and log it in my chart. Now I look like a liar and threaten me with a drug screen. It honesty doesnt seem like they care about the patients that come here. I do not recommend coming here for anything medical. Its not just me that has issues here. My wife sees the same NP as I do, but she gets treated worse than I do.

This is a great facility, with employees that are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I love coming here because the whole staff including security help with any questions, and misunderstanding that anyone who comes might have. The environment is clean, calm and maintained.

Dr. Varma is hands down the best doctor I’ve came across. She is extremely personable and meets you wherever you are at that moment to make things better (mentally, emotionally and physically). I had my first patient appointment today at the 550 location and I definitely recommend Cherry Health, especially for those on Medicaid and/or LGBT patients. They were able to get me in within a few weeks. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly. It seemed very clean and there werent many patients waiting which was nice for COVID.I met with Dr. Melissa Mashni based on a recommendation, and she was incredible. She took the time to get to know me as a person and as a patient which I really appreciated.Im a transgender patient and she definitely knows her stuff. She asked for my pronouns, knew what to ask me regarding trans health care, and knew how to prescribe my hormone replacement therapy, which is unfortunately not as common as it should be in 2021. I felt very comfortable sharing this information with her and felt genuinely listened to.Getting bloodwork was quick and easy, and overall there was a great attention to my care. The receptionist took the time to communicate with the nurses when I came back after my blood test with questions.Thanks everyone!

Best place for families to go to.

A great health facility. It is host to adult medicine, dentistry, and pediatrics. As well as, host to a pharmacy. It has free Wi-Fi for those that choose. The area is clean and tidy. There are two entrances. One from the street. The other from the parking flat. Once entered. This can be from either entrances. There is a circular information desk, and is at the center of the building. Anyway question(s) a person may have they are ready and available to assist.

Came in for emergency dental for a wisdom tooth & ive been sitting here since 12pm, its now 3:45pm. I got one x ray picture taken since ive heen here & they still havent talked to me or checked on me since the x ray picture.

Called requesting details about a medical procedure. Was greeted the following day with an unprofessional voicemail which didnt even say it was from Cherry Health or who was leaving the voicemail. Called the number listed in the voicemail where they said they would forward me to who they think called me. Instead I was just thrown on the line with the automated bot which asked me to leave another voicemail to be called back later.TL;DR - Unprofessional and unkind.

The staff was very nic. The Doctors take the time to explain things to you like X-rays and MRIs. I like that the lab is on site and the ladies there can get a vein and be done before you know it!

Arrived 915 on a Saturday at 11:40 I asked the receptionist if I would still be seen since they close shortly. Upon asked what I was being seen for I explained a broken tooth and 3 impacts. I was told there is no oral surgeon on site and I would be referred out receiving no immediate help. Outside of wasting my time while in immense pain. Here is why I would AVOID THIS PLACE. The seats waiting to get in to see the receptionist who reluctantly moved every Hispanic person into check out but some how didnt see me ( white) or Malik (black) even tho we were both over 6 foot and talking and laughing standing dead center of the door way about 20 feet back. We chose not to sit because of the seating was Staind and no telling with what. So after making our presence known we were finally seen oddly we could see her over the monitor but she didnt see us. Strange I could read your texts in your glasses hard to see when you dont look up. The floors are Staind and gross and if we were to say well its a cheaper clinic then your over paying by not going to A spen and you get a clean friendly with a quick experience. During the pandemic most places realized appearance makes people comfortable. Cherry St feels like a med line in prison.

Been with Dr. VanDuinen for 11 years now, shes the best with my 3 kids. I wouldnt go anywhere else or have anyone but her see my kids. I love how I can call the nurses anytime and ask for home remedies.

Im at my wits end with this clinic! You open at 8, but yet at 8:20 Im still getting the message of The Office is currently closed. Everytime I call I have to sit on hold for 15 minutes before the call times out, possibly 3+ consecutive times to talk to someone if Im super lucky that day. Press 1 and theyll call back? Haha thats a joke too! End up leaving a message for the nurses? If they call you back you better hope you can answer your phone otherwise youll be on hold all day or potentially playing phone tag. I loved this clinic at first, but now that Im dealing with a chronic illness, they dont seem to take it seriously enough to feel like they care about me and my wellbeing. I shouldnt need to call you and get angry at doctor or nurse to have my concern taken seriously. I understand advocating for myself, but having to be an a-hole just to be taken seriously is ridiculous.

There are very few places you can be part of and take care of everything; from Therapy to Optical needs, from Dentistry to Medical help, and they help with Insurance specialists to Case Management for people like me, who life has just passed by for too long. Everyone I have met there is amazing at what they do and very concerned about getting you the best help available, to keep you safe, healthy, mentally stable, and unable to give up (SERIOUSLY). I personally recommend Cherry Healthy because they are saving my life one step at a time. That may sound ridiculous, but Ive spent over half of my life homeless and without resources (mostly due to bad decisions and addiction). Heart of the City has helped me focus on me and also enabled me to spiritually get back to where I needed to be, both by caring for me and enabling me to care for myself. They offer solutions to many challenges all of us experience at some point in our lives and keep you positive with caring and individualized help that is never pushy, condescending, or in any other way, something unbearable after life has already kicked you down. I started at Network 180 almost a year ago and if I had no been referred to Cherry Health, I honestly dont think I would be sober this whole time. I also believe I would not be able to face the future, as mine was very bleak before they helped me find resources. The staff at Cherry Health not only enabled me to honestly look at myself, but heped to elevate me into a position of feeling like a human being again. mentally, to physically get me back in a They have helped me to find a position to finish the Race of Life, finally, knowing that I was strong enough, not broken too much, and able to get back up again after being knocked down over and over again in life. I highly recommend you look into this all in one place of health and knowledge. I can honestly say that Heart of the City is changing my life one day at a time and at 49, I need every advantage in life that I can get. Now get yourself some health!! Aint nobody got time to be playing around like were gonna love forever without help, get some!!

Wyoming Cherry Health Vision. I normally go to Heart Of The City but due to my insurance I decided to go to Wyoming because I had full Medicaid in December and the Optometrist that I normally see wasnt going to be there that month. Anyway, at first I was told that I didnt have full Medicaid, then when I was called in I had said that Im going to wait until she checks to see if I have full Medicaid. Then she had said that I was good to go. Well apparently they had billed my Medicare. So now they keep sending me a bill to which I have not paid because of they would have billed the correct person it would have been taken care of. I was supposed to go back in a year because of a eye problem but Ill be earned if I trust them again. So my plans are to contact Medicare, Consumer Affairs and Human Services. This is twice that I have had issues and really need to walk on eggshells when it comes to these folks.

I love everything about this place. I use all the different services from the pharmacy to the dental. One stop shop for medical needs.

Today I called to make and appointment for my 6 year old she is in pain and had a broken tooth. The lady on the phone said she has to wait 3 weeks for appointment. Or be a walk in but don’t forget it’s first come first serve. I told her she was 6 years old. She said everyone gets treated the same. That’s so wrong to say to a parent that is seeing her child in pain. Can’t keep giving her pain medication for 3 weeks.

#WALK IN = WAIT.. SUFFER..PRAY..WAIT....!Having an emergency I was referred to this office-- and I suffered for hours! How do you walk in, and sitting over 3-1/2+ hours feel so awful from an infected tooth you concede youd better go !?? I hate Im poor and they treat you as so... I apologize for being impoverished... That IS NOT how walk ins should be treated--- EVER! #sigh...😥😭😥

The worst Drs office I have EVER been to. The staff is nothing short of incompetent. It sends shivers down my spine to think that the individuals in the office are handling sensitive medical information on a daily basis.Mary in the adult internal medicine office did everything short of laughing at me when I called, asking for help with a billing issue.I said So you are going to do NOTHING to help me with my issue? She actually responded with No. I am not. When I called back to talk with her, she wouldnt take my call and diverted the issue to her co-worker, Alicia. Although by comparison Alicia was a little better at her job than Mary, Mary had set the bar quite low- Alicia was only marginally better at blowing me off.In the end, they pinned their mistake on me and had zero tact in doing so.The office should look into modifying their hiring process if this is the best they can find.I would STRONGLY suggest finding another medical provider before you look into this one.

I may amend this review, but as Im sitting here with a friend, waiting for the urgent dental clinic that is only offered on Saturdays between 9am-1pm, I am entirely underwhelmed by their lack of organization and preparedness for the number is patients that are waiting to be treated.We have been in line since 9AM. There are 15 people ahead of us. What SHOULD be happening is that, while we wait, the necessary paperwork that needs to be completed should be in our hands. Once completed, another admin should intake the paperwork and enter it into the computer. That way, when it is finally our turn, the admissions admin can make short work of the questions they need to ask. Then, instead of standing in line with a toothache that is radiating through her entire body, we could be comfortably sitting in the waiting room, awaiting our turn.Its simple things that can make someone feel as though they matter. Being herded like cattle when there is a simple solution is not only inefficient, it feels uncaring.Also, the facility does not have access to courtesy wheelchairs on Saturdays. For only offering urgent care on the weekend, it works make sense that the greeter could access a piece of medical equipment that might ensure a little comfort for a waiting patient.UPDATE: at 9:48AM, the long-suffering receptionist was left with the unhappy task of informing the 10 people in line that they had reached their max number of procedures for the day. (Keep in mind, they advertise that they are open until 1PM for urgent cases). The dentist is now doing evaluations only. AT 9:48AM! They havent even been open for an hour! I asked how many their max capacity of patients per day was, and was told 9 for walk-ins. Nine. Absolutely abysmal.No triage. First come, first served - regardless of the condition the patient is in. Couldnt make an appointment after being seen in the ER yesterday because their phones dont have an after-hours or emergency answering service.I understand that the clinic caters to the non- and under-insured, but there are just so many opportunities for excellence in patient care that they are missing. Its frustrating that the system is set up to make these patients feel like second-class citizens EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

A lot of helpful services when you dont have enough income. People in behavioral health services are very helpful most of the time. They really try to meet the needs of the client or clients.

I like that there is also a dentist office,an optometrist, pediatrician, a pharmacy, a lab ( blood etc) and adult medicine all in one building. I especially like the woman who draws blood in the lab - Im kinda a chicken and shes REALLY good, although all of the staff I have met are really nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

We were referred here for my daughters dental care, due to the option of nitrous oxide. The dental assistant was very friendly and upbeat, which put my daughter at ease and set the tone for the entire visit. When the dentist came in she explained everything that she was going to do, and with what instruments. Through 2 fillings and a stubborn baby tooth extraction, my daughter remained the most calm and comfortable i have seen her at a dental appointment.I would recommend taking your children to this office if they have experienced any kind of dental trauma or are nervous and uncomfortable at their appointments. This office has a team that shows compassion and patience for every client.. And in todays hustle and bustle world, thats not easy to find.

I am only giving a 3-star because I found a bedbug and the health insurance office. And I brought some bed bugs home with me so if you go into this office, please make sure you check yourself before you go home or bag up your clothes before you toss them in your house because you will get bed bugs too. I have a picture to prove it and maybe a little bit blurry, but I know what a bed bug looks like because I used to have them they need a really clean their office and most likely their whole building because it spreads and now I have to pay an exterminator to come to my home and to get rid of them. They obviously dont keep up with their cleaning
