We were greeted by the most god awful woman ever. She was rude from the moment we walked in the door, she was Very disrespectful and the way she talked to us was awful to the point I asked her to stop being so rude. The doctor was great but this woman needs some serious help.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! Absolutely horrible service from this office from my doctor as well as the office manager. I would give them zero stars if I could. They do not care about you or your well being. Im not going to go into detail on here, but I asked to switch providers since I was not receiving the level of care I expected or needed and was denied. What office refuses a patients request to switch doctors when they state they are not happy with their current doctor? I will never step foot in this horrible office ever again! They do not care about your well being or health, I would not recommend anyone go here. No wonder they have horrible reviews. I now understand on a personal level after what I just went through with them. Will be finding a new endo office asap!

Careful, caring staff. Modern treatment equipment and methods. Advocated for care and specialized drugs needed with insurance company to obtain them. Dr. Kawji and his team have been great to work with.

I was shocked to see so many negative reviews. It goes to show most people like to complain, not many people like to give praise. Ive been going here for 6 years and have never had an issue. If you actually take the time to download your pump ahead of time like they ask its amazing how quick the appointment goes. Ive had good interactions from the front desk to MA to PA and the Doctors.

They have knowledgeable, skilled diabetes specialists that I fully trust. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Been a patient there since 2012.

I have read numerous negative reviews but have not witnessed any issues as I have been a diabetic patient for 28 years with Spectrum. Dr. Pomeroy is fantastic and his nurse practitioner Katie Dalton is even better. I appreciate the technological advances they have made in the office and seem to be up on all the latest education and training when it comes to pump therapy and CGM equipment. I have had nothing but positive experience each and every time I visit!!!

Ive never had a bad experience in the endocrinology area, all of the staff is very friendly and the doctor knows his stuff. I have never had a long wait in the lobby. One time my BS was extremely low at an appointment and one of the staff went as far as giving me their lunch to help bring me into range. The gesture was excellent and is a testament to the excellence of the staff here. Im a lifer or will be until diabetes is cured lol. As for perscription refills, no difficulty there they handle everything over the phone in a timely manner. Ive never had to leave to pharmacy with out my test strips or insulin. Thanks spectrum and i hope you keep up the good work.

Will be staying away from spectrum. Can’t call my prescriptions in in a timely matter..except to a pharmacy I last used YEARS ago which is my problem apparently, wouldn’t schedule future appointments at my appointment, by the time I got a new appointment I needed to wait five months instead of three just to abruptly have it canceled for a “other” reason, doctors and nurses are unmotivated and honestly really rude. I’m sure when I call Monday they will let me know that it’s my fault my appointment was canceled for no reason after waiting five months they are pretty good at pointing the finger instead of telling you a polite excuse.

When I was a patient here they failed me horribly my insulin that is not covered on my insurance so I have to have prior approval. Dr. took his sweet time so I went without 8 shots ended up in the ER with blood sugars over 500. Then did a follow up to get my syringes they changed them again had to go without. So I changed doctors. So 4 months ago I quit my services there and today I get a reminder that I have an appointment with them this week. Seriously?

My visit met my needs. I needed education about type II diabetes. I had the staff attention. My questions were answered, the literature I received was spot on. Thank you

My experience at this office was horrible. I had to wait forever while everyone else went in and came out. Once I got in the office, I was lied too by the medical staff regarding test results they claimed they couldnt see on their program. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone who is interested in honesty and their own well being!

Went here to see Dr. Kryshak, he ran blood test and said all is normal. I wouldnt of went to a specialist if I felt normal. Useless office. I have to pay out of pocked $350 for a $750 blood test. Now that Dr. doesnt even work for Spectrum anymore. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE

Had fun waiting almost a literal year for my next appointment. The schedule of which my prescriptions are sent to my pharmacy is incredibly inconsistent to the point where I often have to borrow medication from friends.Staff tend to be either overwhelmed or unhelpful. Yikes.

I would like to give this office 0 stars. Every time my wife needs her insulin prescription renewed she has to leave multiple message for about a week before anything happens. This is ridiculous. The people at this office are obviously overwhelmed and the service is sub par. Especially when considering that insulin and related supplies are life saving medications that cannot wait. My wife has run out of insulin and only, because the pharmacy illegally gave her some to make it through the next few days, did she make it.
