These people were absolutely amazing. I was so nervous leading up to everything but the moment I went into the clinic that all went away. They even went so far out of their way for me, I live two hours away and my driver forgot their inhaler, started wheezing, and they made sure to go out of their way to care for them and get them an inhaler. I was so calm, even in the procedure that I almost fell asleep waiting for the Doctor to come in. I highly recommend these amazing people. They make you feel comfortable, validated, and not alone.

This place is amazing. Yes, it is a very long process (6 hours) but it’s worth it. Everyone is super compassionate and engaged. I was 16 wks and the only thing that hurt the most was my finger getting pricked ( iron check ). Nothing else hurts. And you don’t remember much. Thank you heritage. I love you guys.

I had an abortion here last year for personal reasons, I had rescheduled multiple times due to fear and nervousness and each time I rescheduled the staff was incredibly understanding and helpful. At the time of the appointment they made sure I was comfortable and answered every question to the best of their ability. The therapy session provided before the procedure was incredibly eye opening and they emphasized all the options available. I’m super grateful for their professionalism. They offered financial help too which helped me tremendously. Overall they made a tough experience a lot easier on me.

My friend bled almost 3 months withPill

They treated her well when she went in for her visit but were very lazy with the abortion. Instead of trying to vacuum out as much as they can, they left a large amount of blood/blood clots in her uterus. They dont do a follow up and now she is going to have the rest vacuumed out elsewhere. She has been bleeding for 2-3 weeks.

Extremely nice staff. Very comfortable. Be prepared to spend a few hours here. They will answer and questions or concerns you may have and make sure everything is clear and makes sense. Its a scary experience to go through but they make it as easy as possible for you. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. They keep your privacy and comfort as their main goals as well as your safety. They take the time to personally speak to every patient alone to make sure they aren’t being coerced into the decision, even minors. The staff is friendly and bubbly and I had no fear the entire time I was there. It is a long wait and a long time to not eat but they are doing their best to help as many people as possible or and stay open until they do. They call in prescriptions right then and there so they’re ready by the time you get out. Honestly could not have asked for a better experience.

I just had an abortion provided by Doctor Gordon and I have to say I am impressed. Every nurse I spoke too was extremely kind. The blonde woman with the curly hair especially. She made me feel so at ease and that alone made it ten times easier. The Doctor was professional and I could tell he took his job seriously and really cared for his patients. I was barely in any pain. Im hours out of surgery and actually feel great! My bleeding is very minimal.I would highly recommend this place for womans services. I live 3 hours from the clinic and I would make the drive again if I had too just to see this doctor. Its always a scary experience having an abortion, and they made it so much less scary. What a nice and professional group of people. I cant say it enough. Thank you so much to everyone at Heritage.

Very kind staff. Doctor spend plenty of time with me answering my questions and helping me. I was scared and he made me feel better. Staff talked to me many times on the phone as long as I needed and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. Procedure was fast. You do wait quite a long time but I think it’s nice that the doc spends time with his patients and didn’t rush any of us ladies because it’s a scary thing. I had no problems or complications after.

My experience there today was really good. The staff was very attentive and made you feel comfortable. The counselor I spoke with was very helpful and you could open up about feelings without judgement. Dr. Gordon was very nice and the nurses were great.

Very impressed with the staff at Heritage. Everybody is professional, welcoming, and will provide you with the support and information you need at all stages of the procedure. I would highly recommend to anybody needing reproductive care.

After realizing this doctor has had many crimes against him after looking him up, yikes! Im so glad I didnt go through with my appointment. He has even held a loaded gun to his wifes head! Why would anyone want him to do any work on them. Scary!

A wonderful place with extremely thoughtful and caring staff.Going in I was a little anxious, however all of my questions were answered and they were more than professional. The waiting room can get a little crowded - however the people waiting arent judgmental and are respectful. Overall - a good place to go.

This place is horrible. We had a 10:50am appointment and we werent seen until 6pm. They didnt even tell us we were going to be waiting all day. We took the day off work and made other plans but ended up staying there for 7 hrs just to go through a 10 minute process. Theyre not upfront about their timing. I recommend NO ONE to come here

I went to this clinic to have my pregnancy aborted for personal reasons everybody there was very friendly an helpful with how i felt an what I was going thru I had a surgical abortion done at 5 weeks and 6 days after the procedure I went home my symptoms still continued so ten days later I returned to the clinic only to find out I was still pregnant now 7 weeks the doctor would not talk to me about what had happened or why I was still pregnant the clinic since then will not return my phone calls I feel I should have a refund or something but all they said to me was I could have the second one for free as if the first one wasnt traumatic enough I do not recommend this place at all

They are wonderful people who are there if you need them they are very kind and helpful and understanding people

Appointment was supposed to be at 9:30 didnt get seen until an hour after that and then they make you wait another hour after everything they do. Super slow process your going to be waiting at LEAST 3-4 hours with an appointment. Seem very unorganized and rediculous wait. Plus the parking lot only fits up to 10 cars so had to park two miles away and then walk there because no spots were open. Never will I ever come back here.

The parking lot is not well maintained, and upon getting stuck in the drive way, the unhelpful staff proceeded to laugh at my situation and tell me they can not help me.
