Was a patient for over 19 years. Since it was almost 2 years, THEY CONSIDERED ME A NEW PATIENT. I came and saw the PA, she took me to the schedule desk personally. I was told I would get a call if THEY had a cancellation. The relationship with the PA for Osborne tanked. Would not recommend this place after Osborne left. My friend told me a month ago, NOT TO GO TO ANY MALE THERE. THEY ARE CONDESCENDING TO WOMEN.

They worked with me to get my medication at a good cost, control my symptoms and continue to help with any questions. I see Triemstra and will always recommend him. Their office is extremely busy so it is hard to get in but definitely worth it.

Two years to diagnose a hiatal hernia.. When all along I was told I was trying to make stuff up off the internet. Definitely would seek help somewhere else 😞

Was referred to this office over 3 weeks ago and still do not have an appointment. I have called 2 times and Im told its being reviewed, we will call when we are ready to schedule. This last time I was told the office was backlogged and it might be a few more weeks....I will be calling my PCP tomorrow and request they refer me to another office!

Awful customer service. Awful scheduling. Just awful. Messed up my prescriptions for surgery prep multiple times and did nothing about it each time and even got hung up on. Horrible, horrible, place.

Had a CT scan today. Was easy enough to schedule the appointment and they got me in within a week. My records and some other test results were sent from another hospital and they received and had them into the Spectrum system efficiently within a day. The front-desk and CT scan team were professional and courteous. Procedure was quick (15 mins?) and simple enough considering I dont like IVs. Afterward I called to ask for the records and the person there was super also very courteous and helped me out.

Wouldnt recommend this place.They use what they call Conscious Sedation.Dr Ogilvie used this kind of sedation.Terrifying being awake during this procedure.I guess Ill stick with Metro at least they put you out!

Extremely poor customer service when scheduling. Would give 0 stars if possible. When youre the only game in town you can treat patients poorly.
