Customer service recording is absolutely horrible. Weve been receiving mail addressed to someone who no longer lives at our address for months, and it is nearly impossible to get through to a human being without already being a member.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Who designed their website and how do I get them fired? From a cannon, into the sun, if possible.

I have literally been trying to pay my bill here for the past three weeks, but the website that I used before is down and I cannot find a human at the “member services” hotline to save my life. Your phone tree is trash and the woman/robot/whatever recording it is has the most irritating voice I’ve ever heard.“That’s not a valid entry”Fine, I’m not paying. Fight me.

Bought on marketplace because my PCP was covered. Shortly after I needed to find an urgent care or ER and there are none. Being from west Michigan theres more than enough networks and its a shame you work with none leaving your customers feeling like they have no options for emergency care without having coverage. For a $300 month plan I would expect better.

Terrible! At least Lansing Urgent Care took Meridian. I go to Sparrow for tonsilitis and the other day, I get a letter in the mail saying, I owe money for something that should have been covered! I call Sparrow and they said that it was a invalid Diagnosis, but they paid for the medication for that invalid diagnosis. What does that even mean? Yall are cheap and horrible to do this to people during a pandemic! I didnt write the diagnosis, so you cant say invaild like I made it up, but pay for the medication. God dont like ugly Molina

This is by far the worst insurance Ive ever selected. The wait times are rediculous. Ive been on hold for hours with no resolution. They transfer you so many times you dont know what department theyve switched you to. Theyve denied errors on there part. They give you there opinions and not facts. The phone disconnects hours later with no return call. Definitely a language barrier with many employees. The wait times for staff calling staff is equally long as it is for customers.

Worst experience with a medical insurance company I have ever had and I have been to Veteran Affairs. I have had my Dr submit a claim for imaging for my lower back 2 times now. This first time it was denied because I needed physical therapy. Understandable. The second time I had my phys therapist fax it to Molina and they said they never received it. Did it 2 more time before they got it. They then told me I had to have my primary care fax it over to them not the phys therapist. Did that. Then they said I needed another request by the Dr BC the last one was denied. Then they changed their story when I handed the phone over to the drs office and they told them that a Dr to Dr call was all I needed. Then it went to review. Now I need another request submitted. I have jumped through every hoop that this sorry company has out in front of me. I just want to know what is wrong with my back. If I were looking to purchase insurance, my personal experience will tell you to run to mexico and try your luck there. On a positive note, all of the customer service reps that I speak to are always friendly.

How can you deny cancer patients the things they need? Be careful with this insurance company. Shame on Molina. All I see are negative reviews.

The people who answer your phones speak way too fast. Sometimes it seems they are just reading paragraphs and not thinking about communicating. Medical insurance vocabulary is specific to medical insurance. People who dont deal with this vocabulary need time to process information and need to be able to ask questions. When the person on the phone just reads paragraphs at you, the confusion remains.
