After over 13 years of pain, multiple shoulder/rib surgeries, various rounds of PT, and countless disappointing appointments I was lucky to have found Dr. Lado.He helped to get me an EDS diagnosis, does both dry needling and Botox injections, and doesn’t discount me as a person due to my condition/pain.His assistant/office manager, Pam, is very helpful with insurance questions, billing, appointments, and so on.I have received more pain benefit than EVER before and my quality of life has increased drastically! Not to mention, my family and friends don’t have to hear me complain “about my shoulder” all of the time.I highly recommend him!

After months of my time wasted with another pain doctor and family care provider with my chronic back pain one visit with Derek he listened and knew the problem right away and put me on hydrocodone 3x a day and its the best I have been in months he cares doesnt waste your time puts you on the right track

I was a patient of Dr. Lado, in his Greenfield office. He and his nurse were always extremely courteous, helpful, and willing to listen and actually try to help with my issues. I would recommend Dr. Lado to anyone. I actually wanted to bring them both to Indiana with me when I moved. Lol.

I BEEN WIYH LADO FOR 8 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT. ONCE WE GOT TO THE RIGHT DOSAGE TO TREAT MY PAIN, I NEVER LOOKED BACK. HES THE BEST DOCTOR IVE HAD IN ALL MY YEARS OF BEING PARAPLEGIC. MY FIRST PRIMARY DOCTOR BEFORE HIM GAVE ME 15MG OF MORAPHINE, THEN TRIED TO ISSUE ME MULTIPLE DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS TO TREAT MY CHRONIC PAIN. JUST SO HE WOULDNT LOSS A PACIENT. I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 3 HRS TO SEE HIM EVEN ON DAYS I HAD A SCHEDULED VISIT. THEN WHEN I COMPLAINED HE DISCHARGED ME LMFAOOOO. SOMETIMES IF YOUR NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR TREATMENT YOU HAVE TO KEEP LOOKING, NEVER JUST SETTLE CUZ ITS ALWAYS SOMEONE OUT THERE WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOUR COMFORTABLE IN LIFE. BUT DR.LADO IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST IN MY CITY.

Not only was this the best experience, Dr. Lado is a doctor who cares, who connects with his patients, and who will always make you feel welcome. His assistant Casey, is just as equally incredible. What an amazing office. Casey in reception couldn’t have been anymore helpful and kind. Dr. Is smart, on-time and has a fabulous bedside manner. They did for me what no one else could. Forever grateful.

Dr. Lado is one of my favorite doctors because he passionate about helping his patients. He is good at what he does. I suffer from many health problems including severe scoliosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, celiac disease and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. I am 33 years old and have had over 16 major surgeries. He has helped me so much so I am still able to live my life. I accepted I will never be pain free, but my treatment with Dr. Lado has helped manage my pain enough I can get out of bed and do what I love to do. I am a adjunct college faculty and own my own Film Production company called Entertainment For All Network. Without Dr. Lado I wouldnt be able to do what I love to do. He spends a good amount of time with you. I trust him. I would highly recommend seeing him.

When doc lado reviews your medical proof a sees that your lagit then and only then will he treat your medical issues , hes not a pushover...............

He treats you like you matter they all do hes smart funny wonderful bedside manner.

After a few years of trying to figure out what was causing a few health scares, I got into Dr Lado. I had someone to listen to my concerns, and the knowledge/resources to get some answers. When I went to the visit, where he was able to explain what was happening, I got tears of hope again! I told him something like “thank you DR and you will be my forever DR”!! Now that surgery is done, I look forward to Dr Lado finding out why the other chronic issue continues to happen.

I do like Dr. Lado, only problem I have is they are never in the office. They say Thursday, go in on thursday and nobody there. I can understand 1 time but it happened more then once. I also would like a dr office you can call and leave a mess and get a return in 24-48 hours. Wish I would of had better service, now looking for a new spine dr.

I was in so much pain I was ready to end my life. Dr. Lado gave me back quality of life. He understands pain and treats me like an individual instead of just another patient. I would recommend him to any real pain suffers, but if your just looking for pain meds hes not the guy for you. Hes very smart and does his job very well.

I have been searching for 24 years for someone to see me.. to acknowledge me as a human being.. I ...FOUND him! My Dr was at her limit with what could be done, so she referred me to Dr. Lados office. I have only been with him a short time. He was immediately compassionate and empathetic.I have had chronic pain from a few back issues. And most recent diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, after 23yrs. I have used up almost all the meds available. They either dont work, or Im allergic. He has worked hard to try to help me.His directness, knowledge of conditions and medication is astounding.I pray that these new meds will.help to get back quality of life.

I was at my wits end with pain and doctors who just didnt give a damn. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Lado. His knowledge and compassion in the field of pain medicine is phenomenal. Very caring and a good listener and a wizard of working with chronic pain.I just cant say enough good things about Dr Derrick Lado.

Im posting from my fiancés google account, but Ive been a patient of Dr.Lados for several years and whoever posted they were treated like trash must be an angry competitor because Lado is an amazing Doctor and a very decent and respectful person as well as his staff.Once the man was supposed to charge me for two visits and he wouldnt accept payment for two only charged me for one. Now does that sound like a greedy person? Theres no other Doctor Ive encountered that comes close to the quality of care and treatment that Ive had from Lado and Kasey. They treat you like family. 10+++

After going through two pain management doctors I finally found Dr. Lado. While the others only offered injections, Dr. Lado is thorough and offers a wide range of treatment options including physical therapy referrals and prescriptions for in-home medical equipment. He is also independent and not affiliated with a corporate medical group so he has more treatment options and freedom of thought.

The absolute best pain management of any I have seen he actually CARES if you are in pain and works with you to get it under control.A very polite and super smart guy.He also has a lovely lady that works for him Hi Kasey shes very kind and a milti Tasker she has helped me out many times.If you choose another Dr for your pain management your settling for second class care guaranteed.

Its sad when a family member goes to see lado and lado is bitching outside the door to his nurse about being sick of low lifes with no insurance because he doesnt make a profit off that patient. That is messed up. They had the money to pay him and they were treated like trash. Doctors are meant to help people. He went there because his knees are bone on bone, there is no cartilage left. Im disgusted with lado and so is our family and friends. Sorry we couldnt contribute more to your fancy lifestyle!

Very patient oriented. He tries to get to the root of your problem instead of just handing over medications. After my first visit, he determined what my problem was and immediately went into a course of action.
