I was recently scheduled for a routine cleaning and filling with Woodmeadow Dentistry. The scheduling process was incredibly easy and Janet sent reminders directly to my phone, which I greatly appreciated. The entire staff was kind and informative throughout the entire process and procedure. Dr. Kobierzycki was gentle and genuine, and explained everything; this included how all dental instruments would function with regard to my cleaning and fillings. As someone who can fall victim to personal dental anxiety, I was reassured and felt my dental experience was one of the best I have ever received. I highly recommend Woodmeadow Dentistry for both kids and adults!

I have high dental anxiety, but the team at Woodmeadow dentistry made me feel comfortable. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the front desk to the people in the back office. They actually listened to my concerns! When making a treatment plan, they explained it step by step and answered any questions I had. I will gladly continue to get my work done there. I was recently a patient of Dr. Robert’s new associate Dr. Ola Kobierzycki. The appointment with her was quick, easy and most of all painless. She was very thorough, communicated well, listened to everything I had to say, answered thoughtfully and gave me her undivided attention.She really cares about her patients, I felt very informed and confident in the care that I received. She did not upsell any unnecessary treatments. I felt like she was super genuine, honest, knowledgeable, and most of all humble- she treats you like a human being!It was truly a unique dental experience(this is coming from someone who grew up hating going to the dentist!) She helps you be an active participant in your own dental health and empowers you to make decisions for yourself!! She’s awesome!

As much as I hate going to the dentist, Dr Roberts somehow makes the experience enjoyable. Carmen and Dr. Roberts were very patient and kind even when I had some initial concerns and anxiety. They calmly talked me through what was happening and never made me feel like I was being difficult. Again, thank you Dr Roberts and his whole team for making this a pleasant experience!

I loved my dentist and the options they had for me as well as offering me to buy a night guard because I grind my teeth at night. I have been going to this dentist office since I was a kid for at least 8 years and even after they changed management they still do an amazing job.

Ive had a few dentists over the years, but none of them have prioritized making a visit painless and pleasant like Woodmeadow. A lot of people avoid the dentist; I look forward to every visit. Thanks for not only taking my smile to the next level, but giving me a reason to test it out every visit!

I have a lot of anxiety with visiting the dentist. I went to Woodmeadow Dentistry today and had a wonderful(!) experience. All of the staff were very kind and understanding. My hygenist and Dr. Roberts were wonderful. I highly recommend.

Ive been a patient for 35 years, first with Erick Rupprecht and now his successor, Dan Roberts. You dont stay with a medical office unless you believe you get the best care and follow up. The staff is solid with little turnover which leads to excellent long term dental care. If you are looking for a dental office for your family, I recommend checking then out.

I never write reviews, but my experience with Dr. Roberts was very concerning -- I hope someone else could benefit from reading my experience.At my new patient exam, Dr. Roberts forecasted that I would need extensive work in the near future (8 crowns at least), and that I should get several fillings in the meantime. This need for so many crowns was shocking because I had no pain on any teeth, never had any dental interventions with my teeth besides fillings on biting surfaces, and no dentist had ever painted such a dire picture of my teeth.When I went to get the fillings done, he said he saw more areas that were vulnerable so he drilled/filled those. Five minutes later, he found another reason to crown a different tooth in the very near future. When I expressed anxiety about these huge problems he seemed to be finding out of the blue, his explanation was winding, convoluted, and extremely confusing. He showed me worst case scenario pictures and pictures of elderly patients (twice my age) -- their teeth looked nothing like mine. it was very anxiety inducing.Everything just felt so off, so I ultimately ended up expressing my concerns and cancelling my future appointments. Days later, unsolicited, I received an email from Dr. Roberts (that would have been 10 pages if I had printed it) attempting to justify his reasoning for such extensive work; not only was this email odd and alarming, but it also further added to the stress and confusion I felt. For weeks I worried about my teeth until I could get a second opinion. Turns out, my new dentist said none of the work was needed and that I had nice teeth for my age. In an odd coincidence, I learned that a friend had also had a strikingly similar experience with Dr. Roberts.Maybe his dentistry approach works for some, but if he recommends significant interventions you dont feel comfortable with, I would get a second opinion.

I followed my long-time hygienist when she moved to Woodmeadow and Im so glad I did. The office staff is welcoming and very efficient. Dr. Roberts takes time to not only examine my teeth (Ive only had them cleaned), but then discuss problems and options. I never get the feeling that hes trying to sell me something! And, of course, my hygienist is the best!!If youre looking for a dental practice, I highly recommend Woodmeadow Dentistry!

The staff at Woodmeadow are wonderful. Whether they are delivering excellent care, education, or trying to find you an appointment that works with your schedule they are professional, warm and friendly. You feel like a valued friend when you go to this practice.Dr. Roberts is very skilled. I have been chasing a cosmetic fix for a gap in my front teeth for decades (yes decades) and never quite got the results I was hoping to see. Dr. Roberts took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and when he was finished I had tears of happiness in my eyes as the results were better than I had hoped.The entire staff follow proper hand washing/sanitizing procedures (yep, I notice these things) which gives a patient confidence that standards and protocols are a high priority here. Needless to say I highly recommend this practice!

The people here are so kind. I did not go to the dentist for 8 years out of fear. I finally decided to go and chose Woodmeadow, and I am so glad I did. They really give your personalized care and work with you every step of the way. Carmen went so far as to schedule my root canal appointment for me so there was no stress involved for me. They are gentle, kind and never once passed judgement on the state of my teeth. I love this office. Ive being going there for years after a coworker referred me. Their office is always kept up to date with the latest technology and was renovated so nicely. The team of hygienists and dentists are so nice and very knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I’ve had more than a few dentists recently as the last place I went to was bought after my dentist retired. I started coming to Woodmeadow and immediately loved it. Dr. Richards doesn’t just jump to recommending unnecessary procedures which I like. And the office staff is the very best!

I was pretty hesitant to get my crown done - so much so that I cancelled appointment after appointment for it - but it was needless to worry so. The process went smoothly and the staff was really patient. I have TMJ so my jaw hurts if it is open too long - they took steps to ensure it would not happen while fitting or adjusting the temporary and the permanent crown. My dental assistant - Riley - was very helpful - I am glad I stayed with the office after my favorite dentist retired!

I have seen Dr Rupprecht since he was in practice in the blue house in EGR and was saddened by his retirement. Dr Drew DeZwaan was my backup (I thought) until I heard that he moved on after the practice was acquired by Dr Roberts. For the past few years, I have been plagued with enamel loss and many small cavities. At my recent cleaning, I met Dr Roberts. He delivered some bad news in a kind and caring manner; I agreed to meet with him the following week to make a plan for my teeth. He listened carefully to my goals for dental care and my many concerns and then proposed a plan that satisfied all of my issues. Satisfied, I made an appointment to have the work done. I find him to be quietly confident, extremely organized and efficient, and delivered excellent dental care. Im happier than I dreamed I would be. If you are also concerned, please dont be... theres another excellent dentist in the house!
