Joe and I (Joy Sarnicola) both are very pleased with the Care we receive at this Dental office. Upon arrival being Greeted Very Nicely at the Reception area. The staff is extremely caring and proficient at each task they perform. We highly recommend our Dentist, Dr. Wonderly. She is Excellent and has a kind, caring nature. So happy we found them.

My family and I have been with Dr. Orourke and her incredible hygienist Jill for many years. Now, my 2 y/o nephew and 4 y/o niece are their newest patients. Jill is no longer with the practice, but I think Ive found a compatible favorite in Tori!The bulletin boards in each patient room change periodically and serve to offer some type of oral education: the risks of overindulging in sugary treats, the benefits of flossing (I need this one tattooed to the backs of my eyelids), and Invisalign.The latter grabbed my attention as I have been self-conscious about my lowers and their slow regression to pre-braces placement for some time. One consultation with Dr. Wonderly and a few photos and impressions later, I was on my way to *perfect* teeth in just T-10 weeks!Full disclosure: Invisalign isnt for sissies. My mouth, gums, and jaw were quite sore for the duration of the treatment. I trained myself to bite down on foods using my lateral incisors and canines rather than my central incisors (Google it, I had to). I ate handheld foods with a fork and knife. I also painstakingly (pun unintended) walked away from many between-meals snacks and treats to avoid fumbling the retainers out and in again.DESPITE THAT, I am completely in love with my new teeth! The 10 week treatment was WORTH IT, giving me a newfound confidence and satisfaction in the way Ive always wanted to look and be seen by others. I felt supported, encouraged, and reassured in my decision throughout the process by Dr. Wonderly and her awesome assistant Tara. An added bonus was that I could use my HSA to finance the Invisalign - win!I am grateful to Dr. Orourke and Dr. Wonderlys team for their ongoing care, and especially for this most recent procedure. They have more than earned these five Google stars!

The staff took appropriate precautions to avoid Covid transmission/exposure from the time I entered the office until leaving. Each person I met was friendly and left me feeling comfortable. Sheila did a very thorough cleaning—my teeth are smooth as glass! Lastly Dr. Wonderly was professional and friendly with her exam.

Ive been with Dr. ORourke since the late 80s. She has always been great. She is excellent at what she does. She has discussed some procedures that I have not wanted and she is great about it. She has my greater interest in mind and wants me to have a beautiful, happy smile. I look forward to my cleaning appts. with Jill. Shes sweet and we always have a great chat. Office staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Guess thats why Im still a happy patient!

The staff are all friendly here and are quite understanding of whatever circumstances you may be in. For example, my wife, who suffers from terrible dentist anxiety, felt comfortable in their hands and was able to get the care she needed. They are always upfront about cost of procedures and do a good job explaining why procedures are recommended for you. You can wear headphones during procedures to help keep your mind occupied too! In fact, when my mother was looking for a dentist I felt comfortable referring her here, what more endorsement do you need?

Called Monday morning to get an emergency appointment scheduled to replace a good portion of my two front teeth that had been knocked out over the weekend. When I moved to Grand Rapids three years ago, I needed to find a good and reputable dentist that I could trust. Dr. ORourkes office was recommended to me and I couldnt be happier. Every time I go there, I am treated like family (I feel this is a cliche you hear about many businesses but here it is the TRUTH!) The staff always know my name and little things like that make you feel special. Dr. ORourke is an amazing dentist and is very thorough. She really goes the extra mile to make sure your teeth are in top notch shape (I hear dentists are perfectionists and she definitely fits that stereotype, thank goodness!) I also love my dental hygienist (looking at you, Shelia!) She is amazing and my teeth always feel squeaky clean afterwards! I highly recommend this office! Since moving to GR, Ive already sent my friends to her office and they have also been extremely happy with their care received. I love the staff, the dentist, and the atmosphere. Dr. ORourke has been my dentist since I was 8 years old. I now bring my children to her. I am not an easy patient, and she has been willing to ensure my comfort and to incorporate my input into care plans for many years. Her office is comfortable, her staff is kind and they are great with the tiny tyrants I brought into this world.

I had a piece of tooth break off, and even worse, I didnt have a dentist in Grand Rapids. I asked a close friend for advice and she recommended Dr. ORourke. I am so happy that she did! Doctor fit me into the schedule that day during lunch time and I was on my way. The staff at the office was so welcoming and really made me feel comfortable. I have since gone back for two check ups and cleanings. Sheila (the dental hygienist) is very fun and great to talk to, answering any questions I may have along the way. Dr. ORourke is very professional and sweet. Everyone is so knowledgable and I am so happy they were recommended to me! As a child I hated going to the dentist, as was the old time dentist until I told my mother that I would not go back to him. Have gone to other dentists since then and only one other dentist compared with Dr ORourke and that dentist died suddenly. Trying to find a dentist since then was difficult and stopped going to the dentist for awhile. My husband called your office several years ago and was very satisfied with Dr. Karens work. I then went and I was also satisfied. The people who work for her are friendly and very helpful. Keep up the good work!!!

I too was pushed to have work done. I felt like the dentist needed a new boat and I was the ticket to get it. I left the office in tears and this was the worst dentist expeience Ive ever had. I switched dentists and the recommended teeth work was 1/3 of what this office said I needed.

Much too expensive and I felt pushed into having non essential dental work done. I have been to several dentists in my life and never had an experience like this. I was also offended that the office called me when I was less than five minutes late to my appointment to see if I was still coming.

If I could give negative stars for this hard nosed bunch of rude greedy money grubbers I would. They definitely dont deserve a 1. Beware of the unsolicited barrage of phone calls and emails you will start receiving from this aggressive practice. She will also find unnecessary things to do on your teeth and then end up causing more issues. The office always keeps track of how much insurance money you have and wants you to get more procedures done in case you dont have insurance the next year. She will even refuse to do preventive cleanings if you try to put it off for financial reasons. And then if you finally decide that YOU need to see them(the dentist) on YOUR own due to an issue- they are extremely vindictive, rude(downright angry) and unprofessional. Please heed my warning and stay away from this outfit. Not a very caring practice at all, and down right mean at times. They definitely need a course on humanity. This mean rude lady calls herself a Catholic! HA! Go Figure... Good luck, Karen, with that charming personality! Not!
