I have been coming here for about 45 years which is a testimony in itself! Dr. Leito and the staff are professional and friendly. The office and exam rooms are clean and well organized. Any questions I have had are answered concisely in a way that is clearly understood. I would not hesitate to refer them to family or friends.

First time back to the dentist since Covid. Switched practices and was nervous. Great experience everyone was Genuinely nice! From the moment I entered I was greeted by Kat By my first name and she made me feel welcome. I noticed she knew all of the clients coming in after me call them by their first names I knew a little tidbit about them. Great customer service and relationship builder.The dental hygienist that took my x-rays was training and took her time to get things right. Another hygienist was training her I believe her name was Sherry walked her through each step to make sure it was done correctly and professionally.The doctor was Exceptional! He took time to explain everything to me thoroughly, check for understanding, answer any of my questions, and great bedside manner. I didn’t feel rush to make any decision felt my opinion invoice was heard.Sarah my dental hygienist was not only friendly kind and professional she Went above and beyond Smalltalk by really getting to know me, offering a wonderful coffee joint around the corner, offering suggestions for whitening, as well as contacting her representative from Crest to ask about new products for me.Holly the office manager was professional give me numerous options and pricing and answered all of my question. I felt valued and parts of this new family.I hope I didn’t forget anyone seeing how everyone was so nice there, or spell names wrong. I will be recommending this facility to family and friends. Thank you all around to all of the staff for a great first impression. Sorry I don’t have a Facebook account otherwise I’d post this review there too!

Arrived on time after my temperature was taken, I filled out a digital form and immediately called for my cleaning! I have been going to Heritage Dental for many years and the service by the staff, dental hygienist (Valerie) and Dr. Leito are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional!

I have been a patient at Heritage Hill Dental for several years now. The hygienist are all amazing! I have sensitive teeth and the hygienists are all very gentle and caring when cleaning my teeth.Dr. Lieto is very knowledgeable and skilled. When I have needed a cavity filled or a crown he has done a great job explaining what is going to happen and and the treatment is done with great care.That said, there is no high pressure or scare tactics to do treatment. I trust when they tell me they will keep an eye on something that might need treatment later that it truly can wait. And I trust when they tell me it is time to move forward with having treatment completed that it needs to be done.Great all around dental team. Ive been going here for about 4 years and love it! Very pleasant and friendly staff. Perfect balance of modern, up-to-date facilities and practices, while still maintaining that homey neighborhood dentist feel. They always give very helpful advice thats in your best interest and do a great job of monitoring my dental health—in my case, the wear I create from teeth grinding. I love the cozy Heritage Hill setting and the fact that its close enough that I can walk to appointments from home!

I had been going to the same dentist for 15 years on the East side of the state. When I made the move to West Michigan, I was nervous to find a new dentist. Heritage Hill Dental has been an excellent choice. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and the location is great too- so close to downtown! I’ve recommended Heritage Hill Dental to many of my friends.

The receptionist Stephanie was completely rude when I realized I had missed my appointment I had scheduled a half an hour after it was supposed to start. I was quite rudely informed that at this point I was not allowed to pre-schedule any more appointments (mind you this was my first ever appointment at this dental office) and that I could just call on a day when I knew I could make it and see if there were any openings. So I wouldnt suggest this dental office if you are a busy person with a lot on your plate or if expect any human compassion and understanding when being spoken to.

If you live or work in or near downtown Grand Rapids, you should seriously consider Heritage Hill Dental. They are in a convenient location, and as far as dentist offices go, Id say that they are a very good one. Ive been to several dentists in my day, and have had a fair amount of dental work. I found everyone at Heritage Hill Dental to be knowledgeable and courteous.

For the past ten years I have been a patient at Heritage Hill Dental. They are fabulous - I have been very pleased with Dr. Lietos and Dr. Wenys skills and the staff is organized, courteous and helpful. The one time I had a billing issue they resolved it quickly, politely and graciously, taking the attitude that the customer is never wrong. I am thankful to claim them as my dental health provider.

Just had my teeth cleaned today! No cavities mom:) As always, Heritage Hill Dental is friendly yet professional. I appreciate them getting me in at my appointment time realizing their schedule varies as patients needs vary. In the past, they have worked me in quickly, as well, when I had an urgent dental need. Very much enjoyed having Kelsey today filling (no pun intended) in for my regular hygienist who couldnt be there. As always, great to see Dr. Weny. I will miss him when he does retire.

We did not have the best experience here. It started out great but then it all started when I scheduled an appointment as I always do when I’m done with another appointment and I always put it in my phone Incase I lose the card they I’ve you or they don’t send the reminder to your phone. I saw my appointment was coming up so I had mentioned to my wife, he my dentist appointment is this Thursday. Her appointment was a couple days before mine. After her appointment she texted me and told me that the receptionist had told her that my appointment was not on Thursday, it was a different day. So I called to make sure, no answer so I left a voicemail. No call back.Needless to say they counted it as a no show. (Didn’t charge me) So I was on my way to my scheduled appointment and called to let them know I wouldn’t be there because of traffic. Kim then told me I would be charged because it was my 3rd time being late. She then said one of those no shows was that appointment that I tried calling about and got a no call back. She was very rude and was talking over me and saying she was not responsible for my appoiments and I told her I knew that. Needless to say I ended the conversation because I couldn’t get a word in edge wise.My wife then called the next Monday and told them we wouldn’t be canceling with them and we needed our records transferred to another dentist. She proceeded to tell my wife that she would not release records until that late fee was paid. ...... totally illegal. My wife couldn’t believe it. Once my wife had said that that was illegal Kim changed her tone.I will never recommend this dentist office again because of the service by Kim. All of the other staff was very friendly every time we went in there.

I would not suggest going to Heritage Hill Dental. One of the front desk staff was very condescending to me which made for a bad experience even though the other dental hygienist were very kind and polite. The dental work I had done though was not done correctly and complications ensued. I felt like they were after more money vs worrying about the patients actual needs.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. I am thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of Heritage Hill Dental. The staff is courteous, efficient and professional. They have managed my dental care for many years and I trust both of the dentists and the rest of the staff to give me wise, honest advice.

Dr Lieto & staff have changed my attitude, with knowledge, gentleness & kindness. Dr Lieto has a way of doing the injection numb shots without it even hurting, not even afterwards! So thankful for him & his amazing staff!

My family has been going to Dr. Weny for over 25 years. The fact that we live almost an hour away is a testament to the friendliness and efficiency of his (and now Dr. Lietos) practice. The hygenists create such a sincere rapport with their patients, that its hard not to feel at ease in the chair. Cheryl is always up on my current school/job status and shares all her great stories with me. Her attentiveness to my life makes me feel even guiltier for not consistently flossing.
