If I could give zero stars, I would. This staff is heartless, rude, and just plan awful! Please do yourself a favor and contact ANY OTHER LOCATION. I really tried my best to deal with this front office staff, but my god. THIS IS A PLACE OF HOPE AND HEALING. Whoever Dina is or whatever her name is up front- FIRE HER. Good riddance.

The office manager Martina is rude has zero empathy, refused to see my child because we couldn’t pay $400Up front. I offered to make payments and she refused care for a child! They need to do better.

My kids have been going here for years now. I absolutely love Dr.H and Dr.Wayne! And when needed to get a little extra help my kids see Jessica as a therapist. My daughter is bipolar and Jessica teaches her self calming exercises. I dont know what i would do without them.

I cant complain about the misunderstanding i encountered while at this place. I wish i was still there. It felt like home and family in this place. And the Cook..... Bless His Heart. There was alot of love given at New Leaf Faith House Shelter. Even though somethings happened that almost knocked me off my feet, there were more Good times than Bad times. I would refer this shelter to any Battered Woman. Key is to keep the lines of communication clear and do your own Housing search dont wait on the caseworker. You will be successful no doubt if you work with them as a team. Love you Guys

This is a very good program for kids until adolescent.. my son goes here and they even give after school program which is free including snack and transportation. Wow!

Getting answers and giving tools and help is what these people do. Have been getting great help for my son which is bringing a sense of peace within my family. Thank you New Leaf.

Terrible service!! They have the rudest, most unhelpful receptionist ever!! All of them have attitudes and they dont help you with anything ever!! Then they give you an appointment time and when you show up for it they tell you youre late when youre not!! And then they lie when you ask who you talk to and another receptionist will say I talked to them and made the appointment and agree with the other receptionist!! Worse place to go for services!!

My kids and I were so very appreciative, excited and ready to start this new chapter in our lives. We were hopeful about our future despite some of the challenges we faced daily. Being a single parent of a 3 and 6 year old is very tiring. It seemed as if it began to be Daily I would get in trouble for things that werent a big deal ie.: clothes in the dryer, my suitemate complaining about my son (who has a disability) etc. We had support from some of the other ladies and even a couple staff members. A couple months in, a few new ladies were hired and as soon as they got there shift and were done with training, almost immediately began to nitpick on not only me but my kids as well. My food was getting thrown away daily(BRAND NEW FOOD, NOT EVEN OPENED FOOD) , lies were being said abt my family, My kids were intentionally getting left behind for feild trips (I say intentionally bc I made sure to let both staff members that were supervising the kids on the field trip know) etc. These specific staff members kept on until we got kicked out. The supervisor (Ruby)didnt care to hear what was really going on while she wasnt here. They did 0 investigating of any accusations that were made. She soley took the word of the incompetent, ignorant staff and kicked my kids and I out. When asked staff to call another shelter (so that we wouldnt be on the street) they disgustingly said no. They wanted NO PART of helping us get into another shelter. I am in shock of the way they run this business. I am still in shock that after blantant lies were told abt my family by staff, and I confronted the staff abt the lies that they would still take her word with 0 investigation and KICK US OUT! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

My son and I love A New Leaf. Jessica is amazing and Dr. Wayne is a great psychiatrist. After having a bad experience with a different facility A New Leaf was finally able to give my son the help he needed.

I had really bad experience in this office not from staff but with the Dr W he was really rude not with my son but with me I dont know if it was because I was Latin or what but he was rude towards me. Found better office.

Even though the driver is always late it still teaches me alot of things about life its the best i recomed going to after school program there

This place has been amazing, from the front office staff to the therapists and doctors! Our daughter has made significant progress under their care.

The receptionist are Eye rolling , smart talking so rude I don’t even know why they are working there with kids . We love Dr. H, and our therapist Amanda, and Ms J they are excellent to my grandkids but they need to replace the receptionist !!!!!!

Friendly attitude from the front reception is a hit or miss. Wayne is the best psychiatrist there.

Not a horrible place but they have no communication skills and not all of the staff is good with kids.
