Clinical staff have been great. I can’t say that for the receptionist. You can’t understand a word she is saying and extremely rude. If you can tolerate getting passed her you will be ok. She needs to be sent to customer service training. As we all know that person answering the phone is the first impression of all!

Lets see, I initially got stuck with an NP who, instead of actually listening, took yes, I snore and have occasionally waked myself from snoring loudly to OMG YOU WAKE UP GASPING FOR AIR AND NEED A SLEEP STUDY...in spite of that never occurring and stating as much.Then, after waiting something like 1.5-2 weeks to consult with a different provider, I missed my appointment. Except, I didnt - they sent two texts and I accepted the most recent one as truth. Only then to be stuck with waiting at least another week to see someone (to which I declined).In short, this office appears to be as competent as a walrus performing open heart surgery while standing on a floor covered in olive oil.Id advise going elsewhere.

I originally only came here for Testosterone treatment. I knew my levels were low, and had my Family care doctor at the time check. I was right. Not being a expert on Testosterone therapy she put me on a program that was actually making my levels go even lower. I was referred to Mens Vitality Center by a friend of a friend. From the first visit I was convinced they knew what they were doing. Besides my T-levels they did a complete blood work up, more inclusive than my regular doctor ever did. I got more info on my overall health from tests from my very first visit than ever before. FNP-C Nick took the time to actually listen to my concerns, read my results, track any changes in my results, put me on the correct meds, and explain in real world terms what they do. They quickly became my full time doctors.While weight loss was not my main goal with visiting Mens Vitality center I have lost over 130# and have cholesterol and A1c under control. Blood pressure has always been a issue for me when going to the doctor. I have nerve damage in my upper arms from sports, and work injuries. When getting my blood pressure taken it cause great pain, that always make my pressure reading spike. The nurses like Laci, Ashley and the rest here are awesome. They are always caring and friendly, and take the time to be gentile when taking my blood pressure. Allowing me to go off unneeded meds other doctors love to throw at you. I highly recommend going to Mens vitality Center for all your medical needs.

Men’s vitality is amazing. Come in when you want, no appointment necessary. The staff is always friendly. I was out of state for a year and went another men’s clinic and it wasn’t as smoothly run as Men’s Vitality. Men over 40, you need to go here. It’s worth it. Your libido will thank you for it.

I had concerns about starting testosterone treatment but these guys make it very simple. I also enjoy that it is easy to get other small issues handled while I am there if I need a simple prescription or advice. A weekly visit can take as little as 10 minutes and the staff is always super friendly. Rita makes sure everything is pain free and easy.

This place is amazing.!! As a new patient I was a little uncomfortable but boy did this staff sure change my attitude. Super friendly and full of knowledge! I have been treated with the most respect and kindness I ever have going to a doctor!! From the front to the back everything and everyone has been amazing. I recently visited this office as a result of a recommendation of a family member and Im forever grateful for that recommendation. The service here is fantastic. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Maddie at the front desk who took down my information and made sure that I was comfortable while waiting (wait time was also short, another plus!). I was taken back into the room and Laci, the lead MA, talked me through the preliminary steps to the visit as well as covered what I should expect from the visit as a whole. A few minutes later, Dr. Archer arrived in the room and we had a lengthy and insightful conversation about the concerns that had brought me there in the first place. After all was said and done, tests ordered as needed, medications prescribed, I visited the front office one last time to speak with Danielle and Maddie about exit paperwork. Ashly, lead nurse, assisted me with some questions I had about my paperwork and insurance information. Lastly, days after my visit, I received a follow up call to see how the medications were working and discuss my next steps. Overall, I couldnt have been more pleased with not only the facility itself but all of the employees I spoke with. They were all extremely kind and genuine. If youre looking for a quality doctors office, and youre still reading these words, your search is already over.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Im usually in and out with no real hold-up or wait time. Pricing is fair and theyre always ready to answer any questions you might have. Made it way easier to come regularly, as I was a little uncomfortable with the idea at first.

Hay guys can you still keep up when your wife goes on Hormone replacement therapy. Are you tired and feeling old? Do you still have the desire to be close to your wife or girlfriend? Lack of desire could do you in. But it may not be all your fault. Men can have Low T and a simple blood test can tell you what your levels are and if you need Testosterone replacement. I’ve been coming to this clinic every week for over 3 years. Everyone here is awesome! And I don’t just say that either. I’m very analytical with high expectations for my health! Brandon is an excellent PA and Ashley is a fantastic nurse! Both are very knowledgeable, caring and positive! The nurse assistants Rita and Jennifer are second to none as You won’t spend a lot of time wasted sitting around waiting as everyone is efficient at their job too! The clinic is more than just for testosterone shots as well, I use Brandon as my primary care physician and has helped me with my Rosacea more so than my dermatologist! But if you’re still reading this, let me give you the best reason to use this facility. They are honest and fair. I had a problem with my insurance company not accepting my treatment/billing (after 3 years) and they stepped up to the plate and actually waived over 5 months of service/billing (in writing) providing me a letter saying that I’m not responsible for the cost and going forward will have to pay in cash on certain treatment! I’v never heard of a medical facility do that for a patient but because I was a loyal patient and still am they did that for me. This level of service is quite rare and I stand behind them and won’t go anywhere else for a primary care.

Its been up and down with my treatments at mens vitality. Dont get me wrong it not the staff at all they have been amazing. My Dr. Brandon has been very easy to communicate with and Rita has always been super professional and always has a smile and something nice to say.

I have been a member of MVC for several years now and I am extremely happy. I had no idea how much my low T affected my every day life. I feel so much better and I wish I had found them sooner. If you want someone who truly cares stop your search here. Men’s Vitality Center goes above and beyond for their patients. The level of care and concern for my husband was remarkable. He was very nervous taking the leap to get the support he needed. As soon as he met with the nurse practitioner, Charlene, his anxiety was reduced and we knew we came to the right place. She listened to him without judgement and made sure he was comfortable with the process for starting buprenorphine treatment. She made sure that we were both informed about the process and that his support system was in place to ensure success. I have never worked with a NP or doctor that texts, calls, and ensures her patients are ok through the evening, weekends, and even on her vacation. She made sure that my husband made it through the induction phase comfortably and successfully and addresses every need and concern with care. Charlene truly cares about her patients and their well-being. Finding a clinic that would accept new patients was so challenging as it was and Men Vitality Clinic is doing this right, providing the discretion and care we desired. The office staff is warm and friendly and always there to help as well. Thank you for all that you are doing for my husband, you truly are a gift!

All I can say is RUN! The only reason I gave one star is because the front office staff, medical assistant, and phlebotomist were great. I had an appointment scheduled with a specific PA at this location based on a personal recommendation. When I arrived after waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, I was told that my appointment had been changed to the new NP in the practice. I decided to go ahead with this appointment and then had an experience so awful that I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and angry. I was never asked why I had come in, I was told by the practitioner why I was there. I was then given treatment advice and options in the form of some pill. I tried to explain why I was there but was repeatedly talked over and unheard. When the expensive consultation was over I came out of the restroom to find this practitioner waiting for me because the physical assessment part had never happened. I was appalled at the treatment. The lack of professionalism was phenomenal and I would never return to experience this sort of lackluster quality of care.

I went in today to get some information on what services they provide. I asked for a pamphlet and the receptionist said that they didnt have any. I told her I had a couple questions to which she couldnt answer. I asked if there was someone there that could answer my questions and she asked a coworker who was just a few feet away. This coworker could hear my questions but never turned away from her work to answer. After a short conversation between the two both started laughing and said there were a whole list of negative side effects. That was it. I was totally shocked at to their lack of professionalism and their lackadaisical behavior. I walked out and will never return. The business owner or office manager should be concerned. Its never a good thing to lose paying clients.

Ive been going to this clinic for a couple years now and have had nothing but friendly and professional service. I have a thing about showing my butt to anyone and theyve made me feel more comfortable than Ive ever been. Not only do I get my testosterone care here, but they have been my primary physician for colds, sinus infections, and even a hernia. I highly recommend going in and setting up an appointment.

I have been going to Mens Vitality Center for over a year and a half now. I am always greeted by my name when I walk in the door, and told to have a great day when I leave. I have lost 50 pounds and off all meds for the Trifecta, High Blood Pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, and High Cholesterol. I cant thank the staff enough for my new life, and helping me along this great journey.

I have been going to this center for almost a year. My previous PCP was trying to treat my low testosterone levels, however they were not well trained in this area.So, I made an appointment. The staff was very friendly. I met with Brandon, and he throughly explained the science behind the treatement.It has been almost a year. I have dropped nearly 40lbs and 10 inches on my waist. I am no longer tired all time, and my family says I more friendly, and wifey is happier if you know what I mean.I have always had a good experience with the staff(Michael, Sophia, Teresa, Ashley, Jennifer, and Brandon), there are others, but I cant remember their names. They have always remembered who I was and make sure I doing well. Anytime I have had questions or concerns they have been able to answer them.They check your vitals weekly, and very diligent with their records.The office staff has always been friendly and remembered me by name when I come in for my injections. There has never been any problems with billing or records.This place has been a life changing experience for me. I try to encourage any guys that are experiencing Low Testosterone symptoms to come here and get checked out. This place is also a PCP, which I like so much more than family doctor that may see me once a year.

I was not feeling good in general. I came here to find out what was going on. They help me getting my body back and feeling good again.

Having had over 10 Knee surgeries and multiple procedures related to everything from car accidents, being crushed by 2 tons of drywall or falling off the side of mountain you can imagine how much contact Ive had with people in the medical field. I can honestly tell you that the staff at this office are some of the best Ive ever come across! Dr Buzan has been nothing short of life changing for a man like me. Ive never had a Dr listen, react, teach,care and most of all actually help me, more than Dr. Buzan. Anyone who has the good fortune to be able to call him my Doctor Is a privileged individual!

Except for one receptionist the customer service in incredibly horrible. Its highly likely that any level of care of a primary physician is far beyond the capabilities of the office. I suggest looking for another option for basic care and Testosterone replacement

Phenomenal service, very professional and accommodating!

I previously made an appointment for a physical, and when I called to double check the time, the receptionist had no record of my appointment in the system. I tried to reschedule for that morning, but the clinic only had a 1:30 and 3:00 PM available. Physicals involve fasting, and should be done in the morning. Very frustrating because I scheduled multiple appointments for that day in order to not miss more than a day of work. If you make an appointment here, request to have an email confirmation sent.
