Love this place. They have all the best equipment. Hydration, red light, and tanning. Every thing is spotless and well kept. The girls that work there are awesome! Always so helpful and sweet. Highly recommend!

The moment I walked in I felt relaxed. They have a nice seating area, clean and professional. The girls up front were welcoming and ready to assist my needs. I wanted to try the red light therapy because I heard it would help my psoriasis. I did converse with another customer about the red light therapy and she said it helps her fibromyalgia and another customer piped in and said it has done wonders on her lower back and she loves the way it makes her feel. Being this was my first time I was excited to hear such positive reviews. After they cleaned the room they guided me to a beautiful dimly lit room (which I prefer soft lighting on my eyes) and showed me how to turn on the bed, pointed out the nice bathrobes I can use to go to the next room when Im done with the red light therapy and a towel for my personal use. Once I turned on the lights I was relaxing and taking in the heat. I really liked how it feels on my skin and bones. It was all around a great experience. From there I did the massage chair - Oh wow, that felt so good I fell asleep. They woke me up to guide me to the steam capsule! I loved how it made me sweat and clean out my pores. It was very relaxing and my skin looked great afterward. The whole experience really was wonderful. Beautiful rooms, the staff was nice and courteous. I had a great time and will be back again and again. Btw - my psoriasis looks way better and my joint pain has diminished greatly thanks to Michelle and her staff.

I needed a long lasting tan for vacation. I spoke with Lauren and she guided me through the whole process. I was booked for the next few days starting with 3 base tanning sessions. 1 day before I left for vacation I did what was called a double dip (spray tan then stand up tanning bed). My tan lasted for about 10 days with no uneven spots and solid gorgeous color from head to toe. This is a service I will definitely do again. Lauren also recommended a tanning lotion that has the most attractive scent, Designer Skin Visionary. It is a bit pricey but you can purchase sample packets which is what I did.

1st....I had purchased a 10 tanning session pass back July 19. It would have expired July 20. Due to COVID EVERYONE else has extended services for up to at least 6 months. HOWEVER, this company, gave 1 month onIy! So to say the least, I lost any remaining sessions!! That’s my first issue.2nd... the last time I was there, was March, right before COVID restrictions. I went in for tanning, I always receive darkest settings, but it appeared the girl had input wrong settings and I received the lightest one. I called and spoke to them, but I assumed they had credited my account for their error.I was informed that nothing was documented!!So not only did I lose sessions because of our current situation (CoVid) , I also didn’t receive credit for a service done wrong!The young girls at the counter tried to make it right, but their boss (who hid in her office) shut the door, said there was nothing that can be done!!Lastly, the tanning machine was filled with dirty water after cleaning, I had to ask them to come clean it out! She was surprised too. Isn’t that a health hazard?I have pictures for both tanning and water in machine!

My experience at this location of Planet Beach was wonderful. I was welcomed by your associate Kelsey. She asked if I had ever been to the facility before. When I indicated no she took the time to take me on a mini tour of the salon and show me all it had to offer. I especially enjoyed the hydro massage bed and slim capsule. I would definitely recommend Planet Beach.

This is my new haven for spa treatment. Aside from being treated royally, the spa is very well decorated and has every imaginable treatment available in cool, private, clean rooms. The staff is friendly, and helpful. I have been using the Red Light Therapy for 5 visits now and my skin has never looked so good! I bring my headphones and the 1/2 hr in the red light bed its twice as enjoyable. Under new management recently, more beauty services are available by a talented and capable RN, Michelle Francis. Botox, fillers, so many options to choose from! Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the pampering!!

I was going on vacation and wanted to get a base tan. I spoke with the girl at the front desk and explained to her that I only wanted 1 month of unlimited tanning. She said that they could do that. I then asked if my credit card would automatically get charged and she said that it wouldnt as I made myself very clear, Now 4 months later after reviewing my credit card I see that I have been charged every month! I spoke with the manager, Sarah, and she said that she would speak with the owners. She also stated that they do not ever give refunds. I got a call back from her and she said that she could offer me 10 free tanning sessions. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They charged my credit card without my authorization. I was lied to by the employee and ripped off by this company Stay away from this place as they are dishonest and will rip you off.

Planet Beach Arrowhead by far is the best salon out there! Alex and Kelsey are amazing!! Awesome customer service, very friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a great one. Honestly an amazing salon. I walked in, and was greeted by Kelsey who explained all of the services that they had offered, along with all of the plans that they have to offer as well. She was extremely helpful and thorough with pricing and explaining which “membership” or plan would be best for me. The salon is extremely clean, everyone is very inviting and helpful. Absolutley love and enjoy this salon.

Signed up last fall and am very happy I did! Staff is friendly and answers all my questions. Adding these services to my weekly health and fitness routine has been amazing and I can tell the difference in my results as well as my skin from the red light therapy!

I used to be a member here at this Planet Beach. Their staff started off to be really nice, after awhile there was drama with the staff, the consultants up front were talking about how they partied and got drunk the night before. I felt like I literally was thrown into every service. I was going to tan in what they call their platinum tanning bed and I hadnt been tanning in a long time and the girl put me in for 10 minutes I BURNED LIKE YOU WOULD NEVER BELIEVE. Obviously they dont know what they were doing. I also used the hydration station which smelled like stinky feet and nobody told me about the heating things underneath so of course I burnt my knee! There were no signs warning me about this or anything! This could have been a huge law suit. I canceled my membership after fighting with one of the managers who was completely rude and she said I had to give a 60 day notice which is crazy! I had to make the payment up front. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. The girls in there are just money hungry, if you dont buy anything they wont like you.

Absolutely Wonderful, no matter what treatment I have had I always feel like a queen when I leave. This place is always fantastic! Excellent employees and friendly staff! I personally want to thank Alex leger for making my afternoon so relaxing :) I highly recommend this spa!

Im very impressed. I just moved over to Glendale from Scottsdale and decided to try this place since it is right around the corner from me. After a very stressful move,I wanted to try the Hydro massage bed. It was relaxing and loosened my tight muscles. I also tried the tanning, although I am not into spray tanning, I did use the tanning beds. I got the unlimited membership, and keep going back every couple days. I have had 2 sessions on the teeth whitener, and want one more to get where I want to be. I really feel like I get my monies worth when I use 2 services in one visit. It feels like stuffing myself at a buffet. I appreciate that everyone has been friendly. It made me decide to not use up some tanning I had left at another place.

Ive been to this Planet Beach only, and it will stay that way. I have heard great things about Planet Beach spas. I bgh stopped by when I was out running errands to find out all the details and information.Great prices, very clean and organized.A sweet young lady Alex greeted me and was happy to show me around and explain everything. Alex was knowledgeable and friendly.She pointed out that not all Planet Beach spa locations offer everything their location has. I am glad to know that.I was able to get a spray tan right then without an appt.and am looking forward to trying their other services and making a spa day for myself.If Alex is working, I recommend utilizing her. She is great

The girls working were very nice, but it was the WORST spray tan Ive ever had. I came out super blotchy and when I went into the machine itself I was standing in a puddle of cold water which was just gross. I feel like I wasted $30 and now Im stuck looking spotted.

Wow!! So I had gone on here and done a poor review because I had called to schedule a tan from a package I had purchased a year ago, and was told my packaged expired. I was furious! But the woman, Megan, told me she would speak with her manager and call me back. It took two days but she did call back and they are honoring my package. Also, because of the trouble they put me through, they gave me a spa service to make up for it. Megan was amazing and patient and accommodating! If this company is looking to keep clients, they definitely know how!

I used to have a tanning membership here. The girls were nice at first but after a while didnt care about me, the customer service quickly got worse. They would pressure me to buy something everything I came in and if I didnt buy anything they would snicker and make me feel very uncomfortable. They go through employees constantly and the manager Stephanie has been nothing but snotty and rude. She ignores any concerns that customers have. Stay clear of this place... its the worst experience I have ever had with a business. If the owners were smart they would be more involved and completely get all new staff with better training and customer service skills.

Awesome experience! the girls at planet beach treated me like a star! There beds were extremley clean! As a guy i felt out of place using the spa services at first but they made me feel welcome and i noticed alot of other guys using the same services. They were very helpful when teaching me how to use the services. i am looking forward to going back there with my wife.

This place is horrible and the customer service sucks! Every time I go in, they are never ready! Their scheduling skills are useless, and I always have to wait ! Whats the whole point of making an appointment if you still have to wait!? That so stupid!!! ... and dont even get me started on the girls who work there!!I regret getting a memebership here and I dont recommend it to anyone!

Where to begin with Planet Beach Arrowhead Ranch...First off, Ive been going for 3 years and have never had a problem with anything. The managers and employees are always so sweet and helpful. They make you feel so welcome! They are always on top of everything to make sure you get in and out fast, while leaving feelng great! The entire spa is always very clean along with all the services that are always clean and fresh feeling. Unlike any other spa, the prices are amazing! With their different packages, they make it affordable for anyone. I feel like I get a better experience at Planet Beach Arrowhead Ranch then any other spa Ive been too. I have also sent my family and friends there and they have all had an awesome experenice as well. I would definitely recommend this contempo spa to everyone!!!

I have to say, I used to go to Celebrity Tanning and just recently checked out Planet Beach. I thought it was just a tanning salon but I was pleasently surpised to find out they had spa services. After hearing the sales pitch I was expecting to hear an outragous price for the membership but I am actually paying $40 less per month then what I was paying at celebrity. I am able to use steam beds, saunas, massages, and tanning. WAY better deal then the other places. Very clean too. The staff has been amazing and very informative about the products and equipment. They also allow you to schedule appintments, whereas most tanning salons only take walk ins. I would definetely recommend this place!
