I was very impressed!!!!! I wanted to try them out after I heard such great things from my co-worker. I was nothing but impressed from their staff knowledge and service. I been wearing glasses it seems all my life so I know my way around. They explain everything and suggested options but only to my needs, witch I loved. I didnt feel pressure or oversell me. I Love my new glasses & new look. I highly recommend it. I know I found my new Optical. Thank you Manager and staff

Great customer service! I was able to get in for an appointment right away and the doctor is amazing! He listened to all my questions and my concerns! Prices are really reasonable for the frames and I was able to get my order for my contacts right away..it was also very convenient that the employees speak both English and Spanish!

I usually dont give out reviews but for the way I was treated for my visions health and being a private practice it deserves it. Awesome experience... I was tired of being treated like a number or just another customer that walks in through the doors, not a patient. Staff make me feel totally different as soon as I walked in like a patient and treated me with respect. Best of all I found my new Doctor for my visions health. I Totally recommend it

Probably one of the worst places for service I have ever seen. Called to pick up a prescription was told Saturday hours and arrived an hour after they should have opened to find they were closed. Went back again a few days later mid-week and again an hour after they should have opened they were still closed. How hard is it to follow your business hours when you say your open? All I can say is I have since moved to a better area and will find an establishement that can better serve their customers.

Every time we go their always closed early or open to late it says they close at 6 but it was 5:15 and they were closed

I wasnt prepared to order my glasses today although the price was right! Poor service I didn’t have the glasses in 1 month after they did it wrong

This eye place is not that great to get ur eye glasses my mother had to wait 1 month to get her eyeglass when she got them she could not see that well at night with them this is twice she had to order her glasses and twice they do the glasses right not good for business

Everyone is kind and the service is great.

After talking to a guy, and driving 30 minutes to get there, they closed early.

I have worn glasses for a while and have gone to various places to study and select my glasses. And the service and notion of this place has amazed me with excellent work. I am a newcomer to progressive lenses and like everything to accept that it is time to use them comes first. Im super impressed with Bellas help, I managed to adapt super easy. Thanks
