While I very much like having Dr. Gadow as my doctor, I am not a huge fan of Cignas decision to route all of the calls to a call center. Just adds another layer of confusion. That being said, the care I get at this facility is first rate. I have gone to another Cigna location and found the care lacking in comparison.

Dr. Gadow is the best primary care physician ever! He is kind, considerate, listens to his patients, returns phone calls, remembers me when I go in, and I could go on and on. He has been our primary care doctor for over 10 years. The office is also the best! The nurses are very caring. I highly recommend this Cigna!

The Cigna web site shows an 800 phone number for this San Tan Gilbert office. Finally after an irritating automated answering service I did get to ask a real person for the phone number for Dr Gadow. In the process I was asked 3 different times, If this is an emergency, please hang up and dial 911. It was getting to the point of emergency after all the irritation. The problem had nothing to do with the San Tan Office.

Dr. Del Mundo has been my doctor for the past 3 years and shes amazing! Very caring and patient (I always have a ton of questions haha) as well as easy to be comfortable around. I never feel like Im in some cold/ anxiety ridden Drs office; the staff are always friendly and dont mind striking up a conversation with me- which I like!

There is alway a problem with scheduling. They don’t do confirmation calls and move appointments around without your consent. I have scheduled my days accordingly to appts. I make, to only be told once I walk in the doctor cancelled or I came on the wrong day! And they make it seem like it’s your fault. I have also been hung up on while asking them a question on the phone several times in the past. The only reason keeping me here is, I really like the doctor other than that I’d be out the door since they hung up on me that first time.

Dr. Mitchell Gadow is amazing. I have been his patient for over 12 years .. I have recently moved to Tucson ... An I do the 2 hr. Drive just to see him for my appts. Kind and understanding and honest . The other Dr. There is good too I have only seen her a few times .

EXTREMELY rude doctors and staff. Had to switch my insurance just to get out of this place. Would never recommend for any reason. Disgusting how they write off patient concerns and basically laugh them off.

Receptionists are very rude at this office. Looking to go somewhere else.

Usually very friendly staff in the pharmacy. Closed during lunch hour though so check their availability.

Two front desk receptionist are extremely rude.
