Great experience! They were quick to get us checked in, discussed our payment with us prior to getting care (which is a plus), and we didn’t have to wait long. Our provider was great, and sent us home with a care plan. Thank you!

Awesome experience with my son today. He’s been sick all week and we went to another doctor a few days ago they looked at him for 5 mins and sent him on his way. This clinic was the opposite. The doctor we saw took time with him and was awesome.

Was there twice this week with different children - 30-60 minute wait time, which is expected when a walk-in, but efficient check-ins and great doctor. Overall, a great experience.

Nice, fast, clean, professional, thorough… provider guy was super cool and great bedside manner. Won’t be going anywhere else now if I can help it - also lots of kids were there and treated well. Skipping Banner from now on.

My experience was great! Got me in right on time! Nurse was very polite and thorough as far as my medical background. Doctor was extremely professional, helpful, answered all my questions and did not rush me at all!!! Best experience in a while with medical professionals.

Wait is long … two hours in my case. Employees show no interest in helping you. Cold and unconcerned with providing medical care.

Doctor Jon and nurses are caring, great listeners, thorough and responsive to my concerns considering my health history. They gave me detailed instructions for self care that included more than just pills and also told me if I get worse in the next week, to please come back. I have also taken my kids there for sports physicals and illnesses and have always had consistently great care! The only downside is sometimes the wait can be long, but considering that I can get any tests or X-rays done right there, it’s worth it and there are ways to avoid waiting by booking online appointments or viewing online or calling in to see how busy they are. Overall, great experience!

From start to finish, the process was smooth. Dr Rodriguez was awesome and addressed all my concerns and explained everything clearly from what was happening, the medications he prescribed and what to expect in the next couple of days. They performed a rapid Covid test, an X-ray in house and a urine test. The results for came back in minutes!! I am not able to get this kind of service at my doctors office!

Was in and out in about 20 mins. It was great. The PA was AWESOME!!! He explained what I need to do and if I get sicker and what symptoms to look for. He took the time to listen to lungs and heart and just make sure he’s checking everything and covering everything. He just cared. It was nice to see. I’ll be going back here because of the service I received. Thank you!! :-)

We arrived on time for our appointment and we were seen immediately.The staff were all very kind, patient and caring with my 101 year old grandmother. Her issue was resolved and she is so much more comfortable now. Great job!

My first visit was amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My second visit was not as pleasant. The providing doctor was very welcoming and answered all of my questions, the nurse however was rude, forceful, and demanding. There was no bedside manner to patients.

They said they offer free Covid tests. We went, checked in, and got swabbed. THEN they shuffled us into an exam room. After a couple of minutes of confusion, I popped out to ask why were were in a room. They said we needed to see the doctor. I explained that we were only here for the free Covid test. She then explained that the tests are ONLY FREE WITH A PAID VISIT. Last time I checked, that is not free. They never said anything about that during check-in, they were just going to bill our insurance for THREE urgent care visits. Sure sounds like fraud to me.DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY, THEIR ETHICS ARE QUESTIONABLE, AT BEST.

I took my son here for a Covid test and their staff was extremely professional and pleasant to my son. When not feeling well, this kindness goes a long way, thank you!

I would rate this place a zero if I could. Took my daughter in there because she had a severe cut behind her ear. The employees took us back to a room and then said they can’t do anything and that we need to go to another facility. My daughters ear had a huge cut and was bleeding pretty bad and they refused to help her. The place they referred us to was not the right spot and they referred us to a 3rd place that eventually took care of my daughter. Oh, but they made sure to charge us the $150 to turn us away. They didn’t even attempt to clean her ear or soothe her in any way. Absolutely terrible!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We didnt have to wait very long for our appointment. My granddaughter had to have a Covid-19 rapid test in order to go to church camp for teens. We recieved our results very quickly. Total time in and out about 25 minutes.

Always efficient, effective and timely service. Appreciate the care we receive.

NEXTCARE is q great urgent care choice. They are problem focused and very efficient.

Only had to wait 20 minutes had an appointment and we were seen and out in a total of 40 minutes pretty good for urgent care. I have been to others and been stuck for 3 hours!!!! Process was super easy

Came in for a Covid test and was in and out pretty quickly. Staff was very courteous and professional and Jon was thorough.

My PA was fantastic! She was very nice and her bedside manner was excellent . I felt she actually cared to help me!

There werent any appointments for when I needed a COVID test,, so since I was symptomatic I went anyway. I think I was in and out in 15 min. Staff is very friendly and all patient areas are very clean.

Care was awesome, but the cleaner used in the facility was overwhelming. I had to wait outside. It irritates my lungs. I was surprised that for a medical clinic a friendlier cleaner wasn’t used. I would have given the clinic 5 stars.

Do not go to this facility as they do not follow up with you regarding your test results and make you wait. You cannot get a hold of the individual facility you go to a call center. The customer service is of no help as well, meanwhile you are extremely sick in need of medication and yet they don’t follow up with you

Poor reception, one of the women was quite rude and ridiculously condescending as soon as we came in. She may have been having a bad day but in general it felt very unprofessional. Seemed like she was actively discouraging me from getting a rapid COVID test when we had a member of our household who was positive, because “it didn’t matter since we all breathed the same air.” I needed one so my workspace would know if I had inadvertently exposed them and so my household could determine who would be the caretaker for our elderly family members. If there were a better, alternative way for me to get a rapid test without coming in she could have told us; however, I also know someone who came here for a rapid test when their family member was positive and the website also said it might offer tests to those with positive household members, so the rules here seem to be generally inconsistent and unclear.She also ate a snack and took her mask off at the front desk, which surprised me; obviously people have the right to take a break, but I thought by now it was common practice to only do that in the back, away from patients sitting in the waiting room. The other staff in the back was fine but overall I wouldn’t recommend going here if you can help it.

The nurse/tech administered the test very efficiently. She was knowledgeable and confident. PA John performed the examinations on both me and my wife with the warmest bed side manner. Love this Urgent Care location! Wait times are reasonable and all the doctors we have seen have been wonderful. Especially today, the physician we saw was perfect. He helped calm my daughter down so they could remove an earing that got embedded in her earlobe! A very painful procedure ..but it was successful and she will be able to sleep tonight. Thank you!

We went here to complete my daughter’s athletic registration and the provider was phenomenal! My daughter wanted to switch here for her primary care and I told her we couldn’t but that’s just how much she loved this guy he gave her her physical. I wish we could switch as well. Prompt and friendly and efficient! Great job. The receptionist wasn’t as friendly but 2 out 3 is ok with me.

Gave five stars because we walked right in without waiting, took a COVID test and received the results in about 20 minutes. Most of the staff was really friendly. The receptionist was more robotic. Barely bothered to look up from what she was doing to greet us.

Was seen for an ear infection. Made an appointment and was checked in and seen on time and was in and out with an RX in less then 30mins. Great staff and I saw an incredible PAC, Rebecca Fleming. Will definitely use again if needed and would most definitely recommend if needed to be seen and you can’t see your GP.

Everything was great except for the front counter technician. She was a bit rude and snippy. No person skills and didn’t seem friendly.

I scheduled online by checking in and getting an appointment time. Nobody else was in the waiting room when I arrived on time. I got right in after a few simple forms were filled out. The process was smooth & the doctor was very kind & helpful. I would definitely come back again if I need an urgent care in the future.

I really appreciate the availability for COVID testing at NextCare! It’s nice that you get a text with your ‘place in line’ so that you can estimate when you’ll be seen.

Quick response to calls and questions about sports physicals. Scheduled one online showed up to a nice facility and had a through exam done for my son. The whole process with paperwork filled out was very efficient with a same day appointment!!! Highly recommend their services ;)

The staff was friendly and Dr. John was super helpful and attentive. I would definitely go back here again. My only negative feedback would be that my appointment was scheduled for 9:30am and I didn’t see the doctor until 45 minutes later. Hence the 4 out of 5 stars.

This was my first time here. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. They worked efficiently and explained everything that was happening to make me feel very informed. If you’re looking for an urgent care I would recommend this one for sure!

Great place. Wait wasn’t long because I had an appointment. Just went for COVID test. Nurse practitioner was fantastic! Very kind and understanding. She was quick and efficient and has a great attitude.

Been there several times. Docs and nurses are wonderful. Front desk people are usually short and rude at check in. If you can get past that the service is great!

The staff are all friendly and helpful! This clinic also has an x-ray machine which is what I needed this visit. I didn’t have to be sent someplace else to have an x-ray done.

This negative review is not for the entire staff but for one member of the staff. The worst experience I have ever had. I went in requesting a Valley Fever blood test (which you advertise you provide online). She told me I cannot just walk in and request any test I want and that I do not have VF (I was very polite, she was incredibly rude). She did it anyways when I forced it and left rolling her eyes at me. I drove away crying and still very sick. She was also not wearing her mask over her mouth. Guess what, I came back positive for VF! Two days later was hospitalized when I lost my vision and my speech while driving due to my infection (confirmed by Neurologist and Pulmonologist). Listen to your patients!!!

Absolutely horrible experience, I would give no stars if it would let me. Front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful with insurance. PA Rebecca Fleming wouldn’t listen me and gave me attitude about my diagnosis. If you want medical staff that will listen to you about what is going on with you, don’t come here, waste of time.

John the time needed to discuss my symptoms answered all my questions and gave me solutions. Felt I had a good plan of action when I left. The girl that took my vitals and gave me a shot was amazing.

They were professional, patient and explained everything in detail . The wait was a bit long but they communicated and were up front about it

I have been calling for almost 4 hours without a response. My husband and I were tested for Covid on Saturday at 2pm (at the same time) and he received his results today at 11, and I still have not received mine. My husband works from home, I work at a school, so it’s frustrating that I have to miss work for the 3rd day in a row without answers. I recognize that everyone in health care is extremely busy and working very hard, I honestly wouldn’t even say I’m upset I don’t have results, I’m mostly upset that no one will answer the phone. It’s extremely unprofessional.

NextCare Urgent Care on Higley was one of the best urgent care experiences. I scheduled online, got taken back in a timely manner, treated kindly by all staff, especially the nurse practitioner who saw me. I would recommend to anyone seaking urgent care.

Made appointment for covid test, waited one hr and nothing, only one person working on back, everyone in front of me left too. Better off going to comunnity college for a drive through with no wait at all!

No one answered the phone. I get they are busy but I have been calling for 2 days about my appt. No one answers, no vm, nothing.

Made an appointment for a student sports physical for 2pm on a Friday, filled out the paperwork online, showed up 10 minutes early and only 2 people in the waiting room, but it still took an hour to get seen. Probably will never go back there unless it is an emergency.

This office is clean the staff was courteous the waiting was not bad for a walk-in. Will choose this office again.

From out of town and area found next care while driving by. Was there 8 AM Sunday morning found good care at reasonable prices but would make appointment prior to showing up next time as others may increase the weight time you are unaware of but still in and out in two hours with lab work Would

Coming to this Urgent Care was overall a good experience. The PA was very thorough front desk personnel was welcoming despite pandemic going at the current time. The only thing is that the time waiting in waiting area was long aside from having an appointment at 2pm I wasn’t taken back until 3pm. Due to the circumstances Of Corona I understand disinfecting everything all the time is needed and takes more time. Overall I was content with my appt.

The process this morning was easy and the staff was great. Mia was absolutely amazing in going through testing, results and all other information. She was thoughtful and a great communicator.

The worst place ever! I made an appointment on their website the prior day for my daughter. Over 3 hours after our appt time, we are still sitting in their waiting room with no end in sight. The app has said ZERO people in front of us for the last 2 hours, yet they have taken in 4 different people in the meantime. When I ask the staff, they are almost incoherent and just talk in circles and are unable to answer a question. After waiting over THREE HOURS their only answer to how many people we have ahead of us is that we “don’t have to stay.” I am embarrassed for the incompetence of this place and hope that this review helps for anyone thinking an appointment means this place will have any respect for a person’s time...especially with a sick kid waiting.

Have been multiple times to this location and have been thoroughly satisfied every time. Minimal wait time (with appt), clean, very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
