I’ve had major knee surgery and my recovery was less than ideal. I’ve had a lot of pain in my knee and shoulder for several years (including post surgery) and nothing I tried really improved my range of motion, weakness in the joint, or the pain I would experience daily. This is what led me to Dr. Timmermans. After a Thorough examination it was agreed that a round of injections may help my condition.I had stem cell injections in my surgically repaired knee and surgically needed shoulder. After about 1 year post stem cell injections I can honestly say my knee and shoulder are better than they’ve been in several years. I have been battling bilateral labral tears in my hips for the past year or so. I was at the end of my rope, and was very close to having surgery after failed steroid injections, physical therapy, rest and finally gave in to taking otc pain meds daily. That alone was very hard for me to do. I feel it’s a bit dramatic, but it was really affecting my quality of life. I couldn’t play with my 2 year old, hiking and running were my favorites and I had to stop both. I heard of Dr Timmermans from a FB group I was in, and called the office shortly after. I ended up getting PRP injections in both hips, and couldn’t be happier with my results this far. It wasn’t the most pleasant procedure, but he was so kind and kept asking how I was the whole time. I would do it again 100x to avoid surgery if I had to. I am happy to say I just ran for the first time after my procedure (6ish weeks ago) pain free. Dr Timmermans is a relentless learner and keeps digging until he finds the root cause of what is ailing you. He’s the kind of Doctor Who doesn’t mind when his patients come to him with new ideas and if they are sound, he’s willing to try new things that weren’t necessarily his idea. While he specializes in pain, he also is great at age management.

Ive been working with Dr. Timmermans for a little over 3 months now and hes been amazing. He takes the time to listen to what your concerns are, what the issues are, and comes up with a plan for treatment. I battled a digestive issue for quite some time and it wasnt until I was able to acquire his time, knowledge and get the right things scripted to me, was I able to fully clear up any lingering issues, and start working on some chronic issues that stemmed from the digestive problems. Ive managed to heal up things that have bothered me for years now and Im on my way to feeling the best I have since I dont know when. And considering Im pushing 40, to say that Im almost 100% pain free and feeling amazing seems to be an unusual experience for most in my age bracket. My experience overall with Dr. Timmermans and his practice at Regenerative Performance has been stellar, I will continue to work with him as necessary in the future. Best experience with any doctor ever. Ive been suffering from a herniated disc for a year. Dr. Timmermans treated me with PRP. 3 monnths later and my pain went from an average of 6-7 to currently a 1. I feel I have regained my life and am now able to work and do things I wasnt able to before seeing him. Dr. Timmermans is compassionate, VERY thorough, comprehensive (be patient with the long questionnaires hell have you fill out.. theyre for a reason) and passionate about what he does. He stays on top of the latest research and is even a regular speaker and educator on ultra-sound and injection therapies. I traveled from Los Angeles to see him and would recommend for anyone consider seeing him to travel from wherever necessary.

Had a small tear in my Achilles tendon last year due to playing soccer too much. It was very painful and forced me to stop playing. I went and saw Dr. Timmermans at Regenerative Performance. He treated me with PRP and most recently Stem Cell injections in my ankle. He is very professional, knowledgeable and listens to me as patient.A couple months after the PRP injections into my ankle, I was seeing a vast improvement. Was able to get back out onto the field with minimal discomfort. Recently went back in for a followup visit and the tear in my Achilles is now healed.
