We have been going to Linda at the Geneva, IL location for over 5 years and are ALWAYS greeted with a smile and thorough, fabulous service and love their selection. She confirms our insurance, consults us about our order and ensures all our glasses have a perfect fit.

Lots of new staff, but that is happening everywhere. The same doctors are still there and great as usual. The only issue we had was that they talked me into lenses with coatings that were supposed to help with online work, but the coating has a strange sheen to it so they cannot be used during any online meetings (or in person meetings because they look ridiculous and obscure your eyes). Think 1970s trashy opalescent sunglasses. Very disappointing considering how much money was wasted on these glasses. My husbands are great - no strange coatings at all. His were just all smudged and we had to clean them when we got home. They should just warn you, better yet have examples of what the coatings look like in the store. Some people cannot be effective in their job if their eyes cannot be seen by the people with which they are having conversations.

Got my eye exam and told them that I wanted the middle lens of my tri-focal lens shifted up and to be set for 32 inches as I use this for my computer work and have had this done to my glasses for the last 40 plus years. They never said that they couldnt and when I got my glasses they were not as I instructed. I was told that they couldnt do it and that no company could but that they could make me a separate pair to be used for my computer work for 50% of the normal price. I sent an email to the parent company stating how upset I was they said they would look into the problem. About a week later I received a call from Pearle in Geneva and was told that they could still make me the separate pair, but nothing else could be done. I told them I didnt want the glasses and wanted my money back. They gave me my money back and I immediately went across the street to Americas Best and asked them if they could do what I needed, and they said yes. They were going to use the prescription that I had from Pearle, but I asked that they give me a new exam. So they gave me a new prescription which was different from Pearle Vision and I now have my glasses with a new prescription set as instructed. I can see again.

Only place we could get appointment at before school started. That was a mistake. Cant even get trial pair of contact lenses. It has been over 3 weeks already. Keep getting the run around. One eye has come in the other one is on back order.

I walked in to replace an old pair of glasses. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and the kicker, so helpful that I was handed my brand new pair of glasses on the spot! They matched my old pair (discontinued) to the closest models available and had them ready to walk out in 10 minutes. Great experience!

Ive been going about 5 yrs now. I have bad eyesight. During my exam, Dr Tweed saw some things going on with my vision and referred me to a specialist. I am grateful he recognized the serious issues also. Nice guy too.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I just went in to order contacts, and they messed up my order. I was under the impression that I would be getting 4 boxes and insurance was already taken off. No, they messed up my order and then called me and was extremely aggressive and rude towards me. Then she told me that I couldnt get my contacts anymore without paying another $200. So she canceled my order and told me to find another place to go. Never going to recommend them to anyone, this chick should not be in customer service.
