Excellent service and professionalism at this location! Dr Conley and staff were extremely kind, helpful, and informative and I felt that they thoroughly cared about my immediate concerns as well as my desire to formulate a wellness plan. Highly recommend them!

I love Judith Cooley. I love Dr. Sharon Gray also but I’ve been seeing Judith for the past couple of years. They are both so pleasant and thorough. Judith ,who I see the most, will run all test I need to to make sure I am well and healthy. She knows my fear since I had a stent in my heart from a90% blockage in the LAD and has my blood work run every six months. This eases my mind and let’s me know the medicine is working.The entire staff is worderful. I can usually get an appointment quickly and never have to wait in the waiting room long.I highly recommend Brookwood Bapist Health in Gardendale.

I love Judith Cooley. She is the most kind sympathetic provider I have ever had. She takes her time. She cares about you as a person and a patient. She does not push you. I would not think of going anywhere else.

For 20 + years my Primary Care Provider has been Dr. Terry Kinnebrew. He is the best Primary Care Physician I have ever met. He cares about my health and inspires me to live a healthy life.

I was seen at BBH Gardendale i must say the staff front and back really care about patients needs and satisfactions...i was seen promptly and was taken care of i will definitely high recommend for any of your primary care needs!!!

I used to go here when they were on Main St. I always have liked Dr Gray very much but her nurse practitioner is a joke. They took my money & then she told me that since I moved they were no longer my doctor & tried to hold me against my will to get me admitted to a hospital after I told her I do not have health insurance. I definitely wont be back. Waste of money and time dealing with that woman.

I have had a mixed reaction so far. The staff was really friendly. But I wasnt happy with the Nurse Practitioner. She wasnt friendly, and instead of getting to know all my health issues first. She came right in telling me what I was going to do. She left the room three times during my exam, and was pushy about wanting me to take the flu shot after I said no. I have heard Dr Gray isnt like that so Im giving her a shot. Also my husband was going to become an established patient, but they said new patients have to be seen by 2pm. Well he doesnt get off work until 2:30 and they said theyre are no exceptions. That really doesnt seem right. Just my opinion.

This doctors office is very slow.The doctors do not perform in a timely manner.The staff is not helpful nd does not want to help you.I have been sitting in the waiting room for nearly Two and a half hours.

Dismissive appointment setting staff. I attempted to make an appointment with Dr Gray. It was going to be my first visit and was told theres no way I could see a doctor same day as a new patient. I was told to go to an urgent care even though Dr. Gray had open appointments.
