She was patient with our inexperience and initial discomfort with the product, but provided hands on instruction and left us with how to videos. She’s been very responsive to our many questions. Excellent and fast service. I was able to be tested and get expert advice on the decisions I needed to make quickly and efficiently.

My husband had hearing loss for ten years but was resistant to getting hearing aids. Luckily, a friend recommended that we see Dr. Michelle Matyko. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and she made it so easy for my husband to transition into getting hearing aids. My husband felt that hearing aids were for “old men” but Dr. Matyko changed his whole outlook on it. She said “If you couldn’t see, wouldn’t you get glasses? So why wouldn’t you get hearing aids if you couldn’t hear?” That changed his whole perspective and made it easier for him to accept the fact that he really needed them. Once he finally made the appointment to get them, he got caught in traffic and was really late. Dr. Matyko was so patient and pleasant, she changed her whole schedule around to fit him in when he got there. I was so impressed with her expertise and how easy it was to work with her. She actually made the experience enjoyable for my husband. Dr. Matyko has been a pleasure to work with. The hearing aids are so small and discreet, you can’t even notice them at all. I don’t know who’s happier- my husband or me!

Dr. Michelle Matyko changed my life. I had lived with hearing loss for many years, often in a state of denial and reticence. However, my inability to hear was starting to affect my marriage and family life, always asking people to repeat themselves and watching the tv at full volume. I became sheepish, guessing what people were saying when I was not able to see their mouths.Then I was referred to Dr. Matyko. She showed me how much I was missing out, how I was coping, and how simple the solution was. She helped me to select superb hearing aids, fitted them perfectly (I have a narrow outer ear - I hate standard earbuds, for example) and drastically improved the quality of my life.I never knew how much I was missing, but thanks to Dr. Matyko I dont miss anything anymore.
