I have been to several audiologists looking for expertise with the Lyric hearing aids. This practice has to be the most experienced in their field! Everything is done with such precision, from the hearing test to the fitting of the devices, even following up. I have never been so pleased, I am so glad to have came across this office! Friendly staff. Kate is amazing and so is Jessica. Kate really listens to you and works with you to get the best hearing device for your individual need. She does not try to sell a brand of hearing device over another but helps you to understand what will work for you. Jessica is friendly and assists when Kate is not in the office to make sure your hearing device issue is working up to par.

I am very pleased with NYC hearing Associates they are very professional courteous. I recently went in to get custom musician plugs as I am in a band and the doctor spoke to me about different options and helped me choose the manufacturer that would be best. Upon pick up, they went over how to insert and remove the devices. I will absolutely be back !

I was blown away from the state of the art technology and the level of expertise demonstrated by this office. As a patient You really get the full experience and the entire staff is not satisfied unless you are. Made an appointment to be evaluated and then found myself in need of an emergency appointment and they were very accommodating!! Very good experience from the phone, to the front desk and the Audiologist !! Caring , knowledgeable staff . My sister went here and was so impressed she recommended I go too . Still having ear problems but they referred to a wonderful ENT and hopeful that will be resolved soon ! Highly recommend this office . They make you feel comfortable right away and truly know what they are doing

Too many loud rock concerts in my youth finally took their toll. Dr. Mikhailov led me through the various options until I finally decided on my new hearing aids. The office is modern and professional and the service is professional and caring with personalized follow-up. Be prepared for Cindy to offer you a coffee and a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie too.

I would highly recommend NYC hearing, my family and I wont go anywhere else. The Drs are so helpful and knowledgeable, they were so informative and gave me many options to choose from. The staff and customer service in the office always are accommodating when I need to schedule my appointments. The atomosphere is great and you are always greeted by their friendly staff. NYC hearing provides comprehensive and hearing health to my family and I. For a hearing test, for new hearing aids or even just an adjustment - NYC hearing is the best! My experience at NYC Hearing Associates was great!Im a locomotive engineer and Ive noticed over the last several years that my hearing has been slowly deteriorating. I spoke to a co worker and he recommended for me to go to a audiologist to get a pair of custom air buds , I quickly did a google search and called a few places, when I spoke to NYCHA I had a feeling of confidence so I set up an appointment . Once my appointment was set I receive an email reminder of the time date and traveling options (sweet). I arrived at the garden city location and parking Lot was super easy to find and had a 2 hr time limit. I got to the office and was kindly greated by the receptionist , the office decor was super nice with a home-like feel to it, they had plenty of snacks! ( fresh cookies too). I was then greeted by the Doctor-Dr. Hurtado, she was awesome , super friendly super knowledgeable with helping me choose the right earbuds, she then took a cast of my inner ear and within 2 weeks I got my earbuds. Thanks you to the NYCHA staff, i recommend going here for all your hearing concerns. My wife and sister are planning to come and get a pair for sleeping! (No comment for th reason why hehe) and I bought the Westone Defender Max in case anyone was interested.

I brought my mother to this office and I would not confide in anyone else ! They made the both of us feel comfortable and accepting of this journey. We walked out with new ears I would highly recommend this office!!!!!!
