I took my 92 year old mother to Dr. Kakani and the experience was wonderful. He took his time to listen, examine then explain her problem and how to best treat it. We were also impressed with his staff who were all friendly, patient and helpful. The office is organized, the wait time is minimal and Covid-19 safety measures were in effect. I highly recommend this doctor.

I was so nervous and anxious coming in. I don’t trust many drs especially one I have never met. I read the google reviews and decided I would give it a try. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very calm, professional & helpful. Dr. Kakani attended me very well. I’m still amazed at my experience here. He performed a videostroboscopy which I thought would be the scariest thing and it wasn’t. He was gentle, informative, caring even had a great sense of humor. I can tell he really cares about his patients. we even hugged. I felt very comfortable with his honesty and instantly trusted him that he was giving me the correct diagnosis. I left super happy! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy ENT Dr. I am following drs orders so far so good. I’m happy!! I highly recommend him. He’s amazing!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kakani. I went to him with breathing and nose discomfort issues. After being examined it was determined I had a significant deviated septum. Having decided to operate, my surgery experience was AMAZING! He was efficient and gave clear guidelines for pre and post operation. My breathing is significantly better and I am extremely pleased with my results. The staff in his office are so helpful and work hard to prepare documents for surgery. I highly recommend this doctor for your ENT needs. 1000000/10!!!

I had a very good experience with Dr.Kakani. I had tonsil stones and was given information and options on removing them. They were very large and the pockets had become very deep through the years. I would get consistent strep throat, massive stones forming. Clindamycin was given to try to minimize the pocket size, but my pockets were very deep. It did improve on most of my other pockets a good amount but, we both agreed on surgically removing the tonsils. Surgery was quick and easy, Post-Op the back of my throat healed beautifully. Very happy that I dont get those stink balls anymore!!

Horrible experience, everytime I went in for follow-ups it was like they had never seen me before and the Doctor wasnt aware of what I was being seen for. I was scheduling surgery and was getting the impressive he was doing it without the confidence that it would work.

Aside from his willingness to take me in an emergency, he exhibited the wisdom and bedside manner one seeks in a physician. I did not need any readily accessible second opinion. Dr. Kakani will take a conservative approach when it is the best interest of the client. Maintaining his good will, is more important than profiteering off procedure. I came to Dr Kakani through referral from urgent care. I suffered from a long lasting nosebleed that did not stop on its own. Urgent care doctors put in a nasal tampon on sunday when no other offices were open.I saw Dr Kakani on the following Monday to check in, and then Wednesday of that week. He took the time to explain parts of the procedure to remove the nasal tampon, and to explain all aspects of follow up care I should pursue at home. He was kind and well spoken and I would recommend him for an emergency or day to day care.

Dr Kakani saw my 71 year old father as a new patient for symptoms of vertigo. I can not express the amount of gratitude I have for this doctor. I saw Dr. Shah for an ear infection for which I was on antibiotics. She told me if the inflammation did not go down after the antibiotics she would prescribe an anti-inflammatory. I had a hearing test which she did not bother to discuss although the results were in the system. She spent 5 minutes with me which she spent selling me over the counter sprays at 3 times the cost and which are probably samples from the drug reps. The receptionist picked up a vial from a back pack which was laying on the floor next to her chair. For the copay, my insurance card stated “$20 for surgery and specialty” but the receptionist insisted that they are “ a different specialty” and demanded $30.00.The inflammation did not subside, I called 2 days in a row to get the prescription for the anti -inflammatory and I was totally ignored. Save your time and money and go see someone else who at least pretends to care more about the patient than the money.

My daughter waited more than 2 months to see this specialist and we drove 20 miles to his office yesterday and he told us straight as he walked in the examination room that although he will see us this time, we should not return to see him again because our insurance does not pay him well. He also asked us to tell the childs PCP that she does not make anymore referrals to him. He is part of my insurance network. I spoke to my insurance and they verified that he is part of our network and his conduct was very unprofessional. He had no empathy, only there for $$ bills.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kakani’s for several years now as I had been suffering from terrible allergies and chronic sinus infections. Dr. Kakani has helped me not only get my allergies under control but explained every option I had to improve and prevent further infections (the menu as he refers to it). After exhausting all of my options, a scan of my sinuses, and a very thorough review of those scans, we decided to take the surgical route (without any pressure - he seriously only wants you to do what you feel comfortable with). I was extremely extremely nervous as I had never received anesthesia or had any other prior surgeries before. I am in my third week of recovery and feeling wonderful thus far. Dr. Kakani successfully fixed my deviated septum, opened my sinus cavities, and cleared out my damaged mucosal lining. His infectious smile and intelligence gave me the comfort that I needed to go through with the procedure and thus far I am extremely happy I did. He is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him if you are in need of an ENT!

Dr. Kakani is the best ENT Doctor. Look no further. He is so kind, caring, and educated. Has saved my family many times. My mother is an ICU nurse and knows a good doctor when she sees one. There was no hesitation whenever we had issues related to ENT we went straight to Dr. Kakani. His office is very organized so you dont wait long at all!!! He spends his time with you and always has a smile! He even calls you back if you have questions or concerns. Not many doctors are like him anymore. He explained the necessity for modern medicine during times of illness and gave me guidance on how to maintain good health through holistic and natural techniques after I get better.
