My 85-year old dad had his $6K Oticon hearing aids break, and since he was visiting from out of state, it was extremely difficult to find someone to help. We literally called six other local audiologists, most of whom did not bother to even call back. Dr. Moore and her office staff not only responded, but were friendly. They sent his broken hearing aids back and reprogrammed his replacements. Glad we found Dr. Moore.

The audiologist in the Garden City was very professional, courteous and thorough.The office staff was welcoming and I was seen promptly for my appointment.

Dr. Meredith Moore is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure to see. She has been taking care of my hearing needs for 10 years now and she is fabulous. She is always patient and listens to my concerns. She is so warm, kind and always professional. She is highly educated on the newest hearing aid technology and is always making sure I’m comfortable, happy and of course hearing! I have also had the pleasure to visit some of the other Earworks offices and have been very happy with the cleanliness, friendliness and the ease of making appointments at all of the offices. Earworks is the only place I would recommend going and Dr. Meredith Moore is the best!

My husband has been a patient of Ear Works Audiology, West Islip for 10 years and we have worked with Anne Capogna, AU.D. She is the most professional audiologist who really cares about her patients. Anne goes out of her way to ensure everything works perfectly. Jenny who is the receptionist also goes out over and beyond to ensure all is well.
