He has a 5 star staff, such a pleasure to go there for my pain management.Dr Prasad Doesnt just give you medicine and send you on your way,he cares about fixing the pain! In North Texas we have many choices of who we can go to for our medical care needs. After talking with the scheduling person and receptionist I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. The people I spoke to were rude, disrespectful and argumentative for no reason. Also, highly unorganized. I would say if this doctor chooses to have the voice of his business be an example of him he should get a better more professional staff. RUN DON’T WALK

I have been a patient of Dr Prasad for the last couple of years and he along with his whole office staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of as a patient. I see Dr Lindsay too recently and he is there to help with anything I need to manage my neck pain. If you have any questions you can ask Morgan or Enrique in the front offices. Anytime I have emailed I always get a response within the hour or that day! Highly Recommend!

Dr Prasad gave me an order for MRI. I had to find out myself a place for imaging and finally I had an appointment with Touchstone imaging. When, I showed up for MRI, they wanted to reschedule because they did not receive all documents they requested from Dr office.......I am very disappointed with Dr office. Irresponsibility,.......I find a new Doctor and his office is very professional and caring patients.

Dr. Prasad listened to me while others wouldnt. Staff is always prepared, courteous, and polite. I wouldnt go anywhere else! In one session he taught me more than an entire year of treatment with a group in Flower Mound. He is knowledge and direct and will discuss with you all options before moving forward. If youre tired of going in circles...come here and get the cause of your pain treated!!!

No one likes to deal with pain or see a pain management specialist. Ive been dealing with pain in my neck and right side for many weeks and was referred to Dr. Prasad by my orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Prasad was professional beyond belief, a good guy and great MD. He listened and explained everything in detail and recommended the most conservative approach to dealing with my pain. I left his office very optimistic and looking forward to my treatment plan. If youre in pain, see Dr. Prasad. Im not a doctor but can assure you that youll leave his office with the best plan of action of dealing with your pain! Now I really understand where my pain is coming from.

Dr. Prasad is an Excellent Dr! He is personal and gets to know his patients. He has done 4 procedures for me. The staff is amazing too! They will go the extra mile for you. My pain has always been a 10 and he does get to a 1-2. I highly recommend this Dr. and practice! He is the only Dr. I trust with my pain! I also have to say we were able to help me get through my wedding with on how to manage the pain and help me design a plan. Its not always about the meds. Just like time management its how well you do with pain management.

I came to Dr. Prasad after my Pain Dr., of over 8 years, switched to another field and recommended The Pain Relief Group. I meet with Dr. Prasad and after telling him about my injury from over 25 years ago, a brachial plexus injury to my hand and arm, he had a few suggestions. He advised getting a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I did some research on that and agreed and he put one in 2 weeks ago. It has greatly reduced my pain and I am so thankful that Dr. Prasad advised me of this because it has lowered my chronic pain from the damaged brachial plexus by over 70%. He and his staff are very professional and caring, I highly recommend visiting with him if you are suffering from any ongoing pain.

Unbelievable! Dr. Prasad has been great--staff too. I was pretty sure I needed to get cortisone shots for a bad shoulder. Thought that would be ortho guy giving me a shot. Dr. Prasad did a procedure in day hospital where he could see exactly where the needle should go with x-ray.Pain is gone! Much thanks to Dr. Prasad and his staff!

Dr. Prasaad Is possibly the best Pain Management doctor that Ive ever seen.Ive been a patient of Dr. Prasaad for the last few years, focusing on lower back pain, subsequent to surgeries and Degenerative Disc Disease. Treatment had been going extremely well, unfortunately, roughly fourteen weeks ago I had to undergo another surgery on my neck, again, for Degenerative Disc Disease. I had an ACDF x3 on my C4,5 &6. The surgery wasnt successful the first attempt, leaving my right arm paralyzed. After an additional surgery the following day, going in from the back of my neck, I was able to regain movement with very little muscle strength or grip. I have had Occupational Therapy three times a week since.Psychologically, I was a mess...let alone being in pain from the neck surgery on top mildly aggressive therapy and my lower back pain that weve already been concentrating on. The best thing was/is, Dr. Prasaad has been there with me with every step, not only with my physical pain, but psychologically, as well. Hes helped me remain positive during some of my darkest moments. Theres no way I would have been able to get through my surgery recovery without his direction.Dr. Prasaad is truly an asset to my pain management and my well being, let alone to any other patient within his pain management program!
