These guys did my orthodontic treatment and I could not recommend them more. Dr. Prasad is kind and caring and she really builds a relationship with every kid. Youre not going to feel like you just go in, get your teeth fixed, and get out. She and everyone else in the practice really care- all the way from the consultation to getting them off and getting your retainers. Her credentials brought me into her office. Her comprehensive exam with thorough treatment plan made me start orthodontic care. Dr. Prasad’s kindheartedness, attention to detail, and down-to-earth chairside manner are what made me a patient for life. She is always available after treatment is completed if a follow-up appointment is needed or a question comes up. I have recommended Dr. Prasad to many others – including family and friends. Doctor and the staff are not that great as they used to be. My son got his treatment twice with the doctor. First treatment when he was 11-13 years old and second treatment when he was 16-18. First treatment experience was fantastic when the facility was on Legacy Drive. Both Doctor and staff were very Patient oriented. Second treatment was at the new facility on timber ridge and we noticed a marked difference in attitude of both doctor and also the staff. Staff were not accommodative at all for any change of appointment. My son was a graduating senior and his awards ceremony was scheduled on the same day/time as was his appointment with the doctor. We called in to see if we can schedule it for a later time that day or any other day with in that week, Carmen who works at front desk essentially told us either its now or a month later. So, our son had to miss his award ceremony for the appointment. There were times when my son had to go in again after the appointment to get the braces adjusted because the dental assistant that has adjusted in the first place didnt do it well. Such follow-up visits could have been avoided if the doctor checks to see if the assistant did it properly or not. But, doctor doesnt check it and off you go only to find out next day that it is painful and you have to go in again to get it adjusted. Due to Covid protocols, parents are not allowed inside the facility, which is understandable. However, in the last one year since covid started, not even once Doctor called us to give updates on his treatment. A courtesy call after each visit could have been great. I am giving 3 stars even after the above feedback as we are happy with the end result. The facility could have been a 5 star if not for the above issues.

Dr. Prasad is a terrific orthodontist. She treated both of my sons for difficult bite issues. She patiently answered all of our questions regarding treatment plans and helped us to select a doctor on our insurance for the surgical portion of treatment. My sons were in college during their treatment and the office has been wonderful working in their appointments. They are very happy with their results.

I have known Dr Prasad for a long time and she has treated both my kids . Apart from being the best, she is absolutely a humble and most kind person. I know of at least one patient that travelled from out of state just to get treatment from her . My kids loved going to her for treatment. Side note: She is certainly well credentialed, but I think the way she related directly to my little patient was the thing that won me over. My son felt the most comfortable in her presence and she took the time to explain the procedures to to him and to me. I am so thankful that my parents made the decision to take me to see an orthodontist when I was a teenager. Having a nice smile made all of the difference in my confidence. That is why I thought it was important to take my own children to see an orthodontist when it was recommended by our childrens dentist. But, my only concern was around the fact that both of my children were pretty fearful of dentist/doctors and fairly young at the time. So, it was important for me to find an Orthodontist that would work well with my children. And, Dr. Prasad was absolutely the best Orthodontist for them. There were times (with both of my children) where they literally had panic attacks in the office. Dr. Prasad was so very patient and helped them with their fears. She spent time talking with them and at times just gave them the space they needed. I have a complicated work schedule and they have always been flexible with the scheduling of visits, I highly recommend Dr. Prasad!!

Dr. Prasad is a really good orthodontist. Frisco Family is a way to get your teeth fixed quickly and efficiently. Everyone there knows your name and they schedule appointments around when you need them. You get reminders for appointements and good service all around. After my treatment, I have a much better smile thanks to Frisco Family.

After consulting with several orthodontists in the area, my daughter (in 2nd grade at the time) selected Frisco Family Orthodontics due to Dr. Prasads willingness to answer questions and to speak WITH my daughter and not just to me. At every visit we were greeted warmly and seen promptly. Flexible scheduling was appreciated so that I didnt have to miss work and my daughter didnt have to miss school. Dr. Prasad always took the time to visit with my daughter as a person (not just as a patient) and in several instances went beyond the call of duty when a bracket would come loose after hours. Phase 1 included an expander. Now in 10th grade, my daughter has finished Phase 2 (upper and lower braces), and we couldnt be happier! Beautiful straight teeth, crossbite is completely corrected, and Dr. Prasad was always very accurate with her predictions for treatment duration.

Dr. Prasad is part artist and part engineer. Very talented.
