Took my 8 year old son and what a great dentist! She made him feel comfortable and explained the entire process. I would recommend Dr Parma any day. And her office stuff are just as nice. It was a good experience.

I was very pleased with our first visit at Archway Dental! My son and I were able to get appointments at the same time so that was super convenient! Hilary (receptionist) and the dental hygienists were very nice. Dr. Parmar was very informative during my exam and gave us both great reports! The office was cute and clean. They even put new Saran Wrap on the sign in iPad when I came in to avoid germs! Great idea! I can tell they really care about their patients!

Came to Archway after having a negative experience at the previous dentist I tried. I think I found my new dentist. The staff and dentist at Archway took great care of me and was very professional. The dental hygienist was very pleasant while checking me in and running X-rays. Dr Parmar has great bed side manners and very thorough in explaining details without being pushy. I was happy we chose Archway.

Dr. Parmar and her staff were very welcoming. From the first time I called , not realizing it was after 5 and Dr. Parmar herself answered the phone to yesterday when getting everything finalized for my appointment with Hilary her receptionist. This made awesome first impression.Every time I called Hilary answered the phone by saying “hi Nicole”. Even though I know it was called ID it still felt very welcoming and like she knew me. And thank you so much for keeping my little one entertained with Disney + ❤️Estrada her dental assistant was very warm natured and spoke very calmly. This helped ease any anxiousness I had with being a new patient.Overall I had an awesome experience and I will be back along with my little one for our next cleaning.

Archway Dental clinic is very professional and friendly. Dr. Pamar is very knowledgeable and she explained in detail about root canal treatment , options and she did great job. I am so incredibly thankful to have found Archway Dental. The clinic is clean, organized and COVID compliant. Hillary who answered my questions during my initial call and greeted me upon arrival of the office visit was very helpful and kind. In fact each and every staff member I encountered treated me as though I was very important to them. Dr Pamar is one of the nicest women I have ever met. She was very thorough in explaining what to expect. During my procedure she was so gentle and experienced that I did not feel a thing during the extraction and implant procedure. But what I found most valuable was that Dr Pamar took the time to contact me that evening which was a Friday. She wanted to know how I was feeling and to let me know I could contact her office at any time if needed and they would respond. I highly recommend this clinic as you will find your experience to be an exemplary one.

They were amazing and I was grateful that the dentist did my cleaning. Its my understanding she does all the cleanings. She did an awesome and very thorough job and made me feel comfortable. The services were reasonably priced. I dont have dental insurance and the dentist and office administrator worked within my budget to get the work I needed done. I HIGHLY recommend this office for anyone looking for a new dentist or to change from their current one.

I am ecstatic about the choice I made in choosing Archway Dental and the expertise and skill of Dr. Parmar! I had avoided regular dental visits for years. After years of taking care of others (and neglecting myself); then being too embarrassed, my dental condition severely worsened. I had to take action. From the first day I stepped into the office, I was made to feel comfortable and not feel ashamed about the work I needed done. I gained immediate trust in Dr. Parmar and her staff. I felt so encouraged as fear quickly subsided and turned to excitement that I was going to have a new smile! I loved how the staff smoothly worked together through the process (in EXCELLENCE). And though I hate that I had to go to the extent I did to regain my smile, I’m so glad I took that step and found Dr. Parmar! If you are apprehensive about getting the work done that you need and you’re ready for that new smile—Archway is the place for you! (And Im not just saying this--Im looking real cute about right now :) lol)

I would not recommend and stress the importance of getting a second opinion on any work suggested. Both my wife and I had work performed regarding routine cavities and left with immense pain that is still present. A complete waste of time and money, either work was performed with the intent to continue prolonged work or the dentist skills are clearly amateur; either way you have been warned. Shameful practice.Reply to update:That is all well and good and I appreciate that you respect what I think however the fact is that your conservative approach lead to endured pain that was unnecessary had the work been performed with the best intention in mind. The pain was not from occasionally there was some discomfort it was from the beginning and until we had a referred dentist review and add fillings.

Went in as a first time patient. Had x-rays, check up and cleaning.They are super nice, professional and courteous. Got me in and out relatively quickly and I am very happy to have find them!

I’m so grateful for Dr. Parmar and her staff!! Hillary and Estrella were amazing.I needed emergency care and googled and found Archway. I literally requested an appt at 5 in the morning and Dr Parmar got back to me quickly and I was in there later that morning when they opened. I was scared and in tremendous pain. I cried. She was so comforting and caring and gentle. I felt no judgment from her or her staff for neglecting my mouth over the years. At some point, you just give up because you have grown to hate going to the dentist.This experience totally changed that for me.Not only did she take the pain away, she walked me through all the things I would need to have done, and answered all my questions.After tending to the emergency dental work, I went back in for a full exam and cleaning. My gums would bleed when I brushed. After the special in-depth cleaning she provided, my gums don’t bleed anymore. Literally after ONE cleaning, her caring for my gums, her taking the time to educate me on what I needed to do and why, my gums are no longer bleeding when i brush. I plan to maintain this new lease I feel she has given me.10/10 highly recommend

I have visited since Dec 2020, Prasad NLV is my nameIt was a horrible mistake in my life to visit this place for permanent cap. Dr. Parmar ill treated me couple of times during the entire process. After 1 week when i revisited her due to constant pain, she told me by mistake there was bite misalignment, for which she tried to treat me without numbing, which is horrible. Now i had to visit another dentist.

Dr. Parmar and her staff are amazing. I wish could give them 10 stars. A dental emergency took me to her office and I couldnt be happier to find her. My case was quite complicated but she went an extra mile to save my tooth. She is the most carring, thoutful and skilled dentist in the entire metroplex. I had quite a few root canals done by different dentists before but this one was by far the least painful. Also, the office is very nice and clean and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable too.

Great staff always make you feel like you are important I lost my benefits when I quit my job a year ago and everything that was promised then I received when I returned also they get the job done ASAP then set you back another appointment

Let me start by saying I typically have anxiety attacks in the chair and the dentist has never been a fun place for me. With that said my experience at archway has been phenomenal. These people care and take their time and make sure I understand and above all they are gentle! I have now been going to archway for more than a year and we have accomplished a ton of dental work from extractions to root canals and fillings. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is as uneasy as I am, I have never had good experiences at the dentist until I walked into Archway Dental, great job guys see ya at the end of the month!

I went there for the first time today. Hillary was a big help in all of my questions regarding financial plans and questions about procedures. Estrella, who did my exam, took all precautions necessary with COVID-19 which I appreciated. I also met with Dr. Pamar who explained everything in detail and was helpful to all of my questions as well. Everyone was incredibly helpful and helped make a comfortable experience.

I took a leap of faith going to a dentist I have never been to. Hillary is a Jack of ALL trades! Incredibly efficient, professional, and made me feel so welcomed! Both dental assistants were so sweet and accommodating!! I was very nervous and they were so patient with my nerves. I chipped my TWO FRONT TEETH on Bobby pins 😏 and Dr. Parmar was incredible! I decided on the ZOOM whitening (which did not hurt AT ALL) and she talked me through why I should do a different (and probably way more difficult) procedure instead of just shaving my teeth down. She is an absolute perfectionist and she NAILED IT!! I am beyond pleased with my results and they have won my business!! You must make an appointment with Hillary now!!

From this front office to the assistant and the doctor; you are treated with professionalism and kindness! It’s a hard combination to find but you will find it here.

Dr. Parmar is awesome she spent time needed to find the problem that was troubling me for over a year and no other doctor even attempted to figure out and correct; she explained her approach first and was very methodical in figuring out the root of the problem and did a fantastic job with the crown. She has been very patient and considerate with my questions and concerns. I would give 10 stars if there was an option.Also want to mention staff at Archway are the best; it was very convenient to make appointments and everything was on time.

I got introduced to ArchWay Dental because my old dentist quoted me $3000 worth of dental work. I immediately started asking my friends and family for recommendations. A couple people mentioned ArchWay Dental, so I called. Hillary was extremely helpful and welcoming! She answered all my questions and got me set up for my appointment. When I arrived, the team was very welcoming and the space was very COVID safe. Dr. Parmar went through all my x-rays with me and tested my teeth. I went from a $3000 bill to a $200 bill. She doesn’t charge you for unnecessary work and really cares about you. If you need a great dentist, go here!

I called at last minute to have a cleaning, and was advised there was a cancellation. My appointment was scheduled. At the initial visit with the receptionist to seeing the DDS, Dr. Parmar, my experience was exceptional. I have referred a friend and will refer others to this practice.

I would like to highly recommend Dr. Parmar for providing me the best dental care for my root canal treatment. Dr. provided me with in-depth explanation of my dental problem and every possible treatment option. There was no push for any particular treatment. Love the honesty and sincerity for the dental care and genuine compassion.

They are always compliant and happy to help. They listen to what I need and respect me as a patient. I have had bad experiences with nurses talking with each other about gossip while cleaning my teeth which is so unprofessional, but not here they concentrate on what you need and remember you from your past visits.

Initially I posted that “I will highly recommend this place very through in their analysis.” But after my second trip I would suggest that good place for regular checkups but not for any extraction or procedures; may be not the right place for us but had to end up with specialist for a regular extraction into a difficult one and lots of pain.

Dr. Parmar and her team have earned my highest recommendation for a family dentist. Dr. Parmar really has put me at ease with her caring bedside manner and prioritizing the dental work I really need. Her and team are not at all pushy with sales and services and I really appreciate that.

Excellent service. I had a cleaning and was so happy with the one on one treatment that I also decided to get Invisalign. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. Dr. Parmar put me completely at ease. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done. She (and her staff) made sure I had nitrous, earphones and TV to watch during the shots to numb my mouth and the procedures. Additionally, she only numbed me on the bottom so that I wouldn’t have a completely numb mouth all night. This was an exceptional experience and I’ll be back in three months for my follow up! Last week i visited Archway Dental which is next to Texas family fitness, very conveniently located bear our community. I have been with other dental places in the area but i could see so much of difference with them. Dr Deval is very thorough and professional. She took carte of us very well, explained in details about dental hygiene and every procedure she was doing. I also took my son there and she is great with kids too. First, these people are so incredibly kind. Seriously some of the nicest people Ive met. Frank (motorcycle man), I was in the office the evening you drove past on your motorcycle. I was seconds from walking out the front door and couldve easily been hit. What if I wouldve had my kids with me and they ran out the door? I told the doctor and her husband that they should call the police, and I could tell they were hesitant. So, I called the police when I left and made the complaint. I totally get the small parking lot, but its not safe for motorcycles to drive on the sidewalk, especially when there were plenty of spaces in the back of the building to park.

Even though this is a Dentist office - I love this place! from the Front Desk to the Dentists they all treat you like family. They are always up front & honest about your costs after insurance deductible.Upon my arrival, I walked in and waited LESS than 5 minute for the dentist to see me. Dr. Deval Parmar is awesome and her team is just as great! everyone there is very friendly and they go above and beyond to take care of your dental needs. They have the latest dental equipment and her dental office is sparkly clean. Dr. Parmar takes her time to get to know you and she dose not try to up sell you on services you dont need. Because she stud dentistry in India and then here in the USA, in my opinion she is the best all around dentist I have ever meet since I move to the USA. Her personal approach that was taught to her in India and the technological expertise that she learned here give her an advantage over all the big chain of dentists in the area.

I went on Monday and got appointments for my entire family within 2 days. I went in skeptical due to issues I had with my previous dentists in the DFW area. Issues so bad I hadnt had a check up in 8 years. I was able to speak directly to Dr. Deval Parmar. I told her about my previous experiences/issues with dentist in the area. Since I was a cash pay client, I asked about the payment discounts for a cash paying family. Her rates were great and I felt confident I would not be up sold upon arriving. I felt she was knowledgeable and could help with my dental needs, so I made an appointment. 2 days later, when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted and seen immediately (no waiting 15+ minutes for the dentist). The entire staff were completely professional and well knowledgeable. My exam and cleaning was fast and painless. I am glad I decided to give Dr. Parmar a chance. She will be my familys dentist as long a we are in the DFW area.
