Impressed - its the most on-point word that I can say to describe E Line Orthodontics. It is granted that an orthodontist has a clean location with friendly staff; however, E Line Orthodontics really gets these little things right! Then, Dr. Changs explanations regarding why he does certain things really helped my understanding of the process of having braces on my daughters teeth. In the end, the results were incredible! I highly recommend everyone to speak with Dr. Chang!

I just want to say that Dr. Chang the best! I came here in 2016 with really crooked teeth and a bad smile but they did such an amazing job i feel more confident now. I had my braces for 3 years and every single year was worth it. Dr. Chang is very professional and the staff is very friendly. As happy as i am to have my braces off i will miss coming here and i am VERY thankful for my new perfect smile!

A periodontist told me my cross bite was causing problems and I needed to get it fixed. I saw four orthodontists who all recommended maxillofacial surgery to fix my cross bite.Dr. Chang and his excellent staff at E Line were able to correct my bite without surgery. He has special fancy braces that can achieve additional movement beyond what is possible with regular braces. I’m grateful for the excellent care I received at E Line and would recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Chang is a very skilled orthodontist who always knew what he was doing for me, even if he was dealing with 3 other patients at the same time. It felt very relaxing and the staff was also very kind and welcoming every time I walked into their building. The professionalism that these people had were just amazing. Being able to get their work done efficiently, but also be social and interact with the patients. If I had a problem with my braces, I could just call the office and usually get it fixed right away. While it took me a while for my treatment to be completed, at least I knew that I was being kept in good hands.

First of all, I just want to start with this review of how amazing Dr. Chang is! He is very professional and cares about his patients. The staff is also amazing and are so sweet. Ive been coming here for a long time now and they never let me down. Every time you walk into that door you are greeted kindly.

It is definitely a rewarding experience to have your smile renewed. When I first went in for a consultation Dr. Chang knew exactly what I was looking for and he went over and beyond for me! Amazing Staff, always welcoming and friendly and you cant ask for more. I got my braces taken off today and I have never been so excited!!!!!!!! I feel like I am reborn and I cant wait to show off my smile!

The treatment was very very thorough and yet fair priced. These guys care about your mouth, your face , not just your teeth. My daughters teeth are beautiful and she now has wonderful facial structure! All the way through treatment everything is explained completely, from your child’s responsibilities, to the parents, and they also have friendly and helpful office staff too! Dr. Chang and his staff are all lovely. Very kind people! During an appointment, I told them it was my birthday and they surprised me with a small little gift on my way out. It was extremely sweet of them. Very people-oriented. I had my braces for a little over 2 years, but I should’ve worn my rubber bands like he told me and I’m sure that time would’ve been less. I recommend him to all my friends.

Before, my teeth were crooked in a way that many other orthodontists simply told me treatment would be impossible without undergoing surgery. However, E Line was the only place that accepted me straight away. After 3 years of having braces, my teeth look straight and perfect. Thank you for your hard work these past years!

I came here with a pretty bad case of misaligned teeth, but nonetheless, Dr. Chang and his staff were able to completely correct my bite. On top of this, they were all very friendly, making sure I was comfortable at all times. Overall, my experience at E Line was amazing, and Id highly recommend coming here.

I have been here for a few years now as I was on a journey to fix my teeth! In the beginning, I had canine-like teeth. Now, I have teeth that look perfect! My mother was so pleased during my journey that she herself got Invisalign here as well. I also really liked how they were flexible with emergency appointments just in case something went wrong. Dr. Chang and his staff are wonderful. I am an adult and waited until my 30s to get braces. I waited so long because I was embarrassed of my teeth. But they dont judge there. I went, they made a plan for my teeth and now a year later my teeth look great. I still have a mother year to go, but my teeth look great so far. I regret not coming sooner.

This is such a great place I had a really difficult case and they were so great and I love that all the staff was so kind and they treated me like if I was part of their family. I appreciate all the work they put into my case and it really has paid off.

Amazing place, the staff was always friendly, and very professional.

Its sad that I have to give Eline Orthodontics an unpleasant rating, as I had a friendship with the Doctor and his wife. Going into this I had complete trust in Dr. Chang therefore I did absolutely no research. After several contradicting statements regarding my treatment, being dishonest in regards to a conversation he had with my dentist, 18 months in invisalign, over 5 months with traditional braces and still no end in sight, I lost trust and had to switch providers and pay the additional cost. When I requested a refund of at least the $700 I paid towards the retainer I should receive at the end of treatment I was refused any kind of refund. Going into treatment I had two teeth I wanted straightened but like a good doctor, he suggested other changes that could give me an even better smile! Unfortunately, he lacked the experience to do this with invisalign and after switching me to braces things continued to get worse. I am farther away two years later than I was when I originally started. My bite is horribly wrong, Im beginning to have symptoms of TMJ, there are spaces between my teeth, and they squeak when I eat. As for the Doctor and his wife, they are genuinely nice people but when it came down to ethical matters, such as refunding what was due to me, or experience and skill to complete my treatment, they were sorely lacking. I was shocked to find out that Dr. Chang is not even Board Certified. I wish them all the best and as time goes by Im sure his skills and experience will increase and hopefully prevent failed cases in the future, but as for mine it was a total FAIL! One last note: the staff is not highly trained, I dont want to be rude so Ill leave it at that. If you visit other offices prior to treatment here youll notice the immediate difference.

There is no doubt that Dr Chang is a nice person and a very hard working professional. All I know now is that we strongly dislike going to Eline because every appointment takes up to 2 hours. My children are still wearing their braces into their 16 months and their teeth were 95%-98% straight to begin with. My daughters friend whose teeth seemed way worse had their braces off after 12- 14 months (with some other orthodontists). With an outpouring number of recent, new patients into his solo practice office , the office is still closed 3 days a week (open Saturdays every other week). Most of his assistants appear to be lacking skills and seem unprofessional. Today, one took out my daughters brackets on one side while the other came to put the same exact ones back in. They didnt mind chit-chatting with one another while having their patients mouths open about how their back was hurting. Todays visit once again took 2 hours. If you and your son/daughter can afford 2 hours to spare to sit in an orthodontists chair during a busy school day, Eline may be a choice. To the rest of us, who have to plan our days down to the minute, Eline is well out of question. No more.

Was told that they are in network, so covered by insurance. Then found out later after services started that they are not.

I like it so much and Im satisfied! In the past, I wasnt good at smiling because I had uneven teeth and stiff teeth! I thought that was attractive again, but on the one hand, I thought it was ugly and didnt like it. But now they laugh very well. I am more confident when I take pictures and smile and take pictures naturally. Everyone from the dentists at the dentist was so kind again, so I felt good at the dentist as well. I started to pay more attention to dental care, which I didnt really care about before. Thank you teacher!
