This was one of the best dentist offices I’ve been to since I’ve moved to Texas. They are very friendly and welcoming. They explained every step of the process to me, showed me pictures and videos. My wait wasn’t long at all. This was a great overall experience!

Front desk, excellent customer service. Assistant is very sweet and respectful. Dr. Kang is patient, kind, detailed, and honest. He answered all my questions and doubts. He made me feel welcome and not like numbers. He is very professional doing his job.I have a new great dentist!😃

I was in major pain for 3 days and Lisa(office manager) got me in quickly.Dr. Kang and his staff are amazing. He made sure that I was numb before pulling my tooth and educated me well on what was going on with the tooth and gave me options on a bridge or a implant. The staff really listens, collaborates and doesn’t sell you anything. I like the way they treat peoples teeth like a holistic part of the body and don’t use advertising the way many large chains in the area do. They get to know you and will meet your needs and keep you healthy and smiling :)

This is not a review of the staff. For the staff and for the dentist, I give 5 stars, hands down.However, this rating is for the appearance of the office, which appears to be neglected and in disrepair. While this may be cosmetic, it’s not the impression you want from an establishment that will be working inside of your mouth.Starting in the lobby, the carpet is soiled and stained, as is the sofa. The walls are unfinished and unsightly. There is no trim and are no baseboards, so in many areas you can see the concrete or drywall underneath.The chair within the exam room I sat in had rips and holes in the leather. The appearance of this place is a major turnoff. But, the fact that I return visit after visit is a testament to the quality of care and the level of service and professionalism that I’ve always received.I do trust that the office is clean and hygienic, as I can see the staff constantly wiping down surfaces and sanitizing the different areas.However, I wish the quality of the office mirrored the quality of the staff. I hope whoever reads this takes this as constructive criticism.

We have gone to this dental practice for a long time. Dr. E. is a wonderful dentist, and we love her practice. Her hygienists are friendly and gentle, and good listeners when you tell them what you need or how to deal with your teeth. The receptionist is friendly and accommodating when scheduling. There is never any pressure to do procedures if youre not ready to have them done and need to do them in the future for whatever reason (finances, timing, etc.). Would definitely recommend!

Im so happy with the care of Dr. Elrabaa and her office. I met her yesterday for the first time and she is very genuine in how she treats you and gives you a sense of comfort with her care. I used to have an overwhelming fear of any dentist. Recently, my filling fell out. Long story short, I have no more fear. The Dentist and her staff made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire procedure. I now have a beautiful crown and no more fear of a dentist!

This is a great dental practice. Every member of staff is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Dr. J is very engaged and approachable. Let me begin by saying that if you are looking for a dentist, consider this location.. Dr. Elrabaa not only loves what she does but she is outstanding at it. I went in for a slight emergency (chipped tooth that contained a filling) and she considered all options prior to completing the dental work. Prior to arriving, I had called explaining my situation and the staff did what they could to fit me in to be seen prior to this long holiday weekend. When I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and I appreciated all the kindness that I received throughout my visit. Going to the dentist isnt always the highlight of my day, but leaving this evening knowing that I wasnt going to be in pain over the weekend put me at ease because Frisco Dental Associates took the time to care for me. Thank you all for your dedication!!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I went in for a dental implant consult and the dentist, Dr. Kenny, sat there and talked like he was a God. He sat on his phone and looked through pictures to show me. All he did was brag about how much better and faster than other dentists he was and that he could crown my teeth all that day. Didnt even consider what I really wanted. He proceeded to drop the F bomb and was cussing like I was his drinking buddy. I was never shown the x-rays that were taken. He had the assistant do a mold of my bite. She apparently didnt do it good enough so he brought in two assistants and taught them how to do it properly. By taught I mean he talked down to and berated them right in front of me. I then went to my car to talk to my husband about getting the dental work financed. When I came back in about 5 minutes later, Dr. Kenny was storming to his car with about 3-4 of the office staff chasing after him. When I got inside, everyone left inside the building was distraught and told me they were trying to talk him out of leaving the office, although he just told me he would be there to do my dental work that day. Thankfully, I was denied financing because this was the most unpleasant and bizarre experience I have ever had at a medical facility. I would not recommend them at all!

After putting if off for a year I got a crown and it was very smooth. Of all my crowns this one seemed the least painful and the tooth felt normal very quickly.

Been going to Frisco Dental for about 2 years now and really enjoy it.I get anxious seeing a Dentist but the staff (especially Tammy the office manager), hygienist and dentist do a great job of making you feel relaxed.I also have to recommend them for how the handle flexibility with making appointments and changing them when I need to and Tammi has been awesome dealing helping out with my insurance claims spending time on the phone with them on more than one occasion.

I have been going to Frisco Dental Associates for almost two years. The staff is extremely friendly, and the doctor is knowledgeable with a good bedside manner. They take care of young and old alike, making it convenient to make family appointments to get everyone helped all at once. So glad I found this dental office! Actually a pleasure to come in every time...everyone is just so friendly and helpful! I went in a few months ago to see about getting invisiline done and they made the process seamless and painless as possible. They are really good at working with your schedule as well and give reminders so you stay on the same page.

I absolutely love this place. they are so honest. Ive had so many experiences with greedy dentists and i love how straight forward they are. about 6 months ago, they removed an old baby tooth that was stuck in my mouth that was just annoying. A lot of other dentists kept giving me the runaround. but they just removed it. so thankful to them for it.

The past reviews reflect the previous dentist and staff. Since the new dentist came in things have gone downhill. My daughters first experience with this dentist was a mess. They left her sitting with an imprint mold in her mouth for 45 min. An appointment that should have been relatively quick taking 3 hours! They removed wonderful long-term staff and told me at my cleaning that all of my crowns needed to be replaced (none are damaged). Looks like they just want more revenue and not good patient care. Dont be fooled - go somewhere else.

I am new to the Dallas area and I saw that this dental practice had good reviews. I decided to make an appointment for a routine cleaning and check-up. The dental hygienist was very sweet; however, the dentist was extremely rude, dishonest, and condescending. He told me I had SIX cavities when I have never had any cavities before and I have my back molars sealed. I also go to the dentist frequently and I take good care of my teeth. When I expressed doubt and concern, the dentist was quick to shut me down and tried to convince me that getting 6 cavities in 6 months since my last check-up was normal and it happens to everyone. He never once referenced my X-rays when diagnosing these cavities and the receptionist was trying to pressure me and bargain with me about doing 3 of them that day for $100. I said no and decided to get a second opinion. It turns out that I had ONE tiny cavity! In addition, my new dentist tried to get Frisco dental associates to send my X-rays (mind you I got the second opinion the next day), and they said that they lost my X-rays and didn’t know where they were...This is a dishonest dental practice and I feel sorry for any person who has been lied to and gotten their teeth drilled unnecessarily. The dentist was very unprofessional and even accused me of lying about getting a gum infection. Do not go to this dentist unless you want to be lied to and treated badly.

I have been going to Frisco Dental for the last 4 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! They have been very helpful and are able to address all of my questions and needs from grinding my teeth to cavities to fillings to whitening; they also treated me while I was pregnant. They are always upfront with costs and insurance benefits (or lack of) and work with you and your insurance - Ive never been to another dentist that is this flexible and transparent. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming; Tammy (who works up front) remembers your name and addresses you as soon as you walk in the door. I recommend them to everyone and now have friends and family all using them - even my cousin takes their toddler here!

I visited this office in 2017 when i had insurance that fully covered me from my previous job. Now, over 2 years later I have received a bill for the full price of services. I called and was told the person who used to work there never filed it with my insurance (which i no longer have) and that they are trying to collect now. After informing them this is illegal (it exceeds the amount of time they are allowed to file with insurance), they let me know they would remove the balance. Today i received another bill in the mail showing nothing has changed. I am disappointed because they either lied and didnt remove the balance with the intention of still collecting, or didnt think it was important enough to take care of as promised. I especially worry because I wonder how many others have been billed 2 years later without knowing this is not legal.**Updated: The office called me back and resolved the issue. It was appreciated.

Ive been coming to Frisco Dental for about 5 years now and have yet to be disappointed! I am always greeted and treated in a timely manner and their reminder system has saved me more than once. I even got my wisdom teeth taken out with them and it was a breeze (from what I can remember)! I will be coming here for all of my Dental work for the foreseeable future without a doubt.

If you are looking for a great dental experience, I highly recommend this place! The staff is super friendly and they answered every question I had. As a new patient, it was a really easy process for me, there was minimal paper work for me to go through and sign and the billing was really clear. Usually at dental and doctors offices there are a lot of hidden fees that will surprise you but this place lets you know ahead of time exactly what you owe and how much is being covered by your insurance. This was by far the best experience ive had at a dental office!!! It looks like this will be my new dentist in the Frisco area from now on.

Of all things! I had to have a root canal! Dr. Elrabaa and her staff stayed late to help me. Her office was going to be closed the next day and if they hadnt stayed late I would have had to go all the way to Monday before receiving help.I dont know how Dr. Elrabaa did it, but I had a cavity and root canal done and no pain afterwards and needed no medication either.I highly recommend Dr. Elrabaa. I could not be more pleased and appreciative. Great Dr. and great staff!

I was in there today for a full cIeaning. I had Dr. Emily and he did a very good job, no sores on gums or lips after. Fast and quick, was out of there in 45mins. Its good to know there are dentists like him. Will most likely be back for the next scheduled cleaning.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I literally CRAWLED into the office today in such pain from a crown that needed repair. My appointment was scheduled later in the week, but Dr. Elrabaa took me right in and quickly numbed my pain. Even though it was late in the day, she fit me in her schedule. Two hours later, and an emergency root canal, I left so relieved and grateful. I hugged Dr. Elrabaa and her assistant before I left!From the friendliness of the front office, to the gentle and through care of Dr. Elrabaa and her staff, this dental practice goes well beyond customer service to help patients feel well cared for. I did not think you could find this level of professionalism and kindness in a dentist office. Ive had bad experiences with dentist in my youth which has led to a deep, intense fear of even going into a dentist office. Its been 15 years since last time I visited a dentist, and my teeth was in a bad shape. Frisco Dental took their time to listen to my problems and respected my fear. They explained what was going on every step of the way, and even went out of their way to find the best deal with my insurance.Ive had 3 procedures now, the first one was pulling 6 teeth, including all 4 wisdom teeth. They organized IV sedation and a surgeon, and I was in and out within an hour, no complications whatsoever.Im very grateful to have found Frisco Dental, and it has become me and my familys go-to dentist. I would recommend Frisco Dental to anyone who suffers from Dentist anxiety or phobia.
