Definitely the best dental practice I’ve ever visited. I had a very positive experience from the minute I walked in. Jill, Dr. Rachel, and Kassandra were all very compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job answering all of my questions and explaining everything I needed to know. While a trip to the dentist isn’t something anyone “looks forward to”, their friendly and calming demeanors helped me feel extremely comfortable and they seem to genuinely care for their patients. I highly recommend this dentist office.

My son had a toothache and I noticed it was a huge hole in his tooth. Dr. Azinge was able to see him same day. He is 9 years old and they had to do a big filling on him. It was his first time at her office. She took care of him with the assistance of Joy her assistant and he did not cry or even flinch. Came home out of pain with no more decay and a happy visit. He wants to go back everyday. He tells his sisters how cool his Dentist is and how they need to hurry and see her. They are younger than him. So I will be scheduling the girls this week sometime. If you are looking for a caring, kind, knowledgeable, pain free doctor look no more here she is. My some did not feel nothing and she did not even give him a shot just the jelly to numb the gums. Her staff is amazing and the office is clean and when you walk in the calmness and peace you feel in the office is so overwhelming in a positive way. From the front to the back they know what they are doing. They take Medicaid for adults and kids which is hard to find. They are willing to work with you to help you. My daughter and I have been coming to Dr. Rachel Azinge for almost 2 yrs now. Weve been to several different dentists over the yrs but she is by far the best in my eyes. She is very professional, personable and is all about family, which I LOVE! Her services are so affordable, her hours of operation makes it even better for us to come in the evening. She goes the extra mile and not nickel and dime you like MOST offices. Her right hand Woman LOL! Jill(dental assistant) does an amazing job as well. Both are very calm and gentle which makes your experience that much better. Most people hate visiting the dentist but my daughter(12 yrs old) and I enjoy coming to them. Jill actually just celebrated her 13 yr anniversary with Dr. Azinge!!!! What?!! You dont find that type of loyalty, dedication and GREAT customer service like that now days. Dr. A. is very gentle dentist and does not recommend services that are not needed. Her assistant, Jill, is always full of life and laughter. Additionally, she has flexible payment plans.I am pleased with the services my family and I have received for the past 10 years. My son, Prince, and my husband prefer Dr. A. if they must see a dentist.There are a plethora of dentist in the vicinity, but, onky 1 Dr. A.

The workers here (Brenda and Jill) and Dr. Azinge herself are so good. They are patient, considerate, great relaters and helpful in anyway. They put the health of your teeth first and carefully make treatment of the teeth as comfortable as it can be while maintaining professional standards. Most importantly, these world class treatment is relatively very cheap/affordable by a great margin. Had a root canal and it went well. Going back to get a crown.

I have a special adult child Laura and they Are Soo Gentle and Patience with her she has Very High Anxiety And had to get Tooth pulled and i know it took at least an hour and a half or more but they bared through it with her ! I have been coming to this Dentist since I was 13 (Im 20 now), The staff is always so friendly. When I was 13 one of my nerves broke and Dr. Rachel Azinge was able to treat me and make me feel better, the cleaining is always top noch. Dr Rachel Azinge is the most gentle dentist. She and her staff will help you feel comfortable.They work incredibly well together. Jill is awesome makes you feel very comfortable but she’s also hilarious. You can tell her and Dr Azinge have been working together for years.Dr Azinge is super efficient, she knocked a root canal and fillings on the same side at the same time. I wouldn’t even consider another dentist.Then there’s Marcy in the front office who will go over insurance and cost. She makes sure you have a clear understanding and get the most out of your insurance.

Absolutely horrible! While she is a sweet, sweet person and her staff is great, her work is horrible! The first time I went she had a wonderful dental hygienist. Once she left, she had quick cleanings (I mean literally 15 min). I had many, many work to be done. Her root canals she did, hurt since I left the office that day until 1 month later. After several visits to her office, and nothing done, I finally went to another dentist who indicated she didnt clear all of the issue from the bottom. So, I had to get all them done again. She refused to refund my money and said I chose to go somewhere else. 10k later, I now need implants due to bad work. I suggest that if she cant do the work or doesnt have experience, refer your customers out and do what you can! I will NEvER go to her again. NEVER!

I love this place! I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Azinge changed that! They took great care of me and I needed a lot of work done. They worked with my schedule and stayed late to ensure that the job was done right. I had to have some extensive and painful work done, but they handled my case with such care and patience! I have had bad dental experiences before, but this one is by far the worst! I came into the office with a voucher I found on Groupon for Invisalign. After the consultation with Dr. Azinge, she recommended I do Fast Braces. I went along trusting that she is an expert and knows what shes doing. Boy, was I wrong! Now Fast Braces is a new technology that supposed to move your teeth in as fast as 3 months or less! Since my teeth are horrible, they said it should take from 7 to 9 months! I was very excited and happy but after 7 months with Fast Braces, although the teeth have straightened a little, it has a long way to go. Every time I came in the office, she kept on complimenting on how beautiful my teeth looked but I felt as if shes only saying that to cover up her unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge and expertise on Fast Braces. Maybe Im not a dentist but I know the difference between good and bad orthodontics. Then 9 months came and my teeth were still awful! Worse, the ones that at first seemed to move in place slowly move out of place so I basically started back to where I came from. Now, after almost 2 years and its still awful! To make the matters worse, I didnt have insurance when I did my fast braces so I paid thousands of dollars from my pocket. Since I hate paying monthly, I paid the entire balance upfront. When I asked for some refund since the Fast Braces didnt do what it supposed to do because the dentist lacks the skills, the expertise, and experience, they refused me. I felt it would have been better if Dr. Azinge had made better decisions regarding my treatment. But my teeth arent really improved due to her poor decision making and lack of knowledge and expertise in orthodontics. Plus, now I have to deal with bleeding in my gum everytime I brush my teeth. If she is not an orthodontist, she should refer me to someone else. I also feel she should not be doing orthodontics in any form at her clinic because she lacks the skills.

Overall a great experience, no pain and a friendly staff.

My personal experience with Dr. Rachel Azinge ( DENTAL SPA of Texas) has been a horrible one. She has presented herself as a thief and a liar to me. She contracted my temp services because she needed an employee and she did not want to take the time or effort or spend the money to find someone herself. I ran the ads, found someone and I sent her Samantha Mendoza, that she continues to use, but refuses to pay the contracted fees for. That is a theft of services. She is sent secure invoices via square which she continues to ignore along with text messages. She has not paid December 28th bill of $150, January 4th bill of $ 90 and now she has another bill out today of $ 150 plus like $ 300 in late fees. I even offered her to buy out her contract so I could be done doing business with her, but she refused that as well. Out of all the offices I work with she has been the only one that has not paid her bills. In the business of dentistry services are sometimes marked up 300% to 500%. For example, it cost between $75 and $150 to make a crown, but patients are charged between $800 to $1500 per crown, now if dentistry is so expensive, you would think dentist would pay for the services that help keep their offices running. Dr. Rachel Azinge has not to me. As far as having a business relationship with a dental office, the worst mistake I have personally made was doing business with Dental Spa of Texas.
