Amazing service. The doctors are incredibly hands on and knowledgeable. I got my braces here when I was 12 and, upon having a small issues with the bottom installed retainer, Dr Dula and Brandon did not hesitate to schedule me in ASAP and help me fix the issue. It’s been over 10 years and they still remembered me. If you’re looking to have braces put in don’t look any further!!

From the beginning to the end of being with Dula orthodontics was such a great experience. They have helped my teeth in so many ways. The people are so nice and welcoming to everyone. I had an amazing experience at Dula orthodontics! I had orthognathic surgery (jaw surgery) in January 2020, and Brandon and Dr. Dula did an excellent job with the orthodontic work that was required before and after my surgery. I did not experience any complications throughout the process and I am very happy with my new smile!😃

This orthodontist was the only one that would help me with my teeth, I went to 3 others before and they all told me they weren’t sure what to do. It is a very nice office and in a very convenient location in Frisco. Dr.Dula has been very helpful for the years I have been going here and have been very flexible recently with me being away for school. Brandon is usually the one that works on my teeth/braces and he’s very funny and kind. The staff really get to know you and let you know what’s going on each visit. If you want an orthodontist where you feel comfortable and supported by staff this is the place to go!

Dula ReviewIn June 2020 I took my daughter to Dr. Dula’s office for what they advertised as a free orthodontic evaluation and consultation. After evaluating multiple orthodontist, we began treatment with another practice. In September I discovered Dr Dula had billed my insurance $156 for the visit. They also sent me a bill for $103. After leaving three+ requests for a call back, I was able to connect with Brandon (office manager) who stated I shouldn’t have received a bill but that they did charge the insurance as they took xrays and that was not part of the complimentary evaluation. A charge of any kind was never mentioned initially and it’s highly suspicious that they’d bill the insurance likely in hopes that I wouldn’t notice. Brandon refused to reverse the charges stating the Dr’s consultation was “free” but the xrays needed for the consultation had to be paid for. Plus, he stated, he doesn’t know how to reverse an insurance charge. Overall I’d say Dula Orthodontics uses deceptive practices given this was never mentioned initially (paperwork they have you sign as part of information gathering doesn’t state that either - it states you consent to pay for treatment. We didn’t choose them for orthodontic treatment). I’m glad we didn’t go with them for my daughter’s braces as the practice seems incompetent and deceptive. We did receive complimentary consultations from 3 other orthodontist and no one else billed our insurance or billed us. Buyer beware.

We’ve been so pleased with our experience with Dr Dula. He is thoughtful in his approach and in his attitude toward his patients. He and his staff are professional, kind and efficient. We never have to wait long and they are all just easy to do business with.

Braces have been a constant for my daughter. She had them put on at a young age due to a huge over bite. The second time braces were put on, it was for the long haul. She needed to have an Herbst appliance put on for 9 months followed by braces on the top and bottom. 2 years and 6 months later, she got them removed. Dr. Dula and his staff have been such a blessing to work with. They are professional, run on time and the office is always clean. Most importantly, he takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Dula for any Orthodontic needs.

Dr. Dula has put braces on three of my four boys. Two of them are out of braces and have beautiful teeth. One of them was a difficult case and required a Herbst Appliance to correct a severe overbite and he transitioned easily, although we had heard horror stories about it. Dr. Dula is very personable as is his entire staff and they always make my boys feel at ease. I am sure my fourth boy will visit him when the time comes to evaluate his needs.

Dr. Dula and his staff are excellent! They are all very friendly and always professional!! My son is a more difficult case, as he is missing two lateral teeth on the top. When we first consulted with Dr. Dula, he wasnt sure if we could get my son to a point where his teeth would both align correctly and have room for implants. Dr. Dula did not give up and he worked hard to come up with a treatment plan. My son gets his braces off in one week and we are happy to say that everything has aligned beautifully and he WILL have the necessary space for implants in the near future!! Dr. Dula has put three of my family members in braces, myself included. I had to wear adult braces for 23 months because a problem that should have been addressed in childhood wasnt, and caused me problems later in life. I cant say I enjoyed the process, but I can say that I am pleased with the results. Dr. Dula and his staff were wonderful to work with. They even met me in the office after hours (on a weekend) when I had a problem. I also found this kind of attention and care to be the case over the years with both of my children, who are both on their second round of braces.I met with three orthodontists before deciding to go with Dr. Dula. I am on phase two of my two younger boys treatments (so six phases total...two phases x 3 kids). It has been a good experience (though long with 3 kids). I think Dr. Dula is good at what he does and has put together a logical plan for all my kids. Weve had some issues with space so I feel like our cases have been a little tricky. My only complaint is the wait time occasionally. Mostly its good but sometimes it can be a little long if there are many patients. Dr. Dula also does a good job recommending specialists if you need them to see in conjunction with ortho treatment.Update---finished with phase 2 of my 3rd kid (so 6 of 6 phases completed and done!!!)...I am about to get my 3rd kid out of braces with Dr. Dulas practice. It has been a great ride and I really appreciate their expertise over the years! All of my kids have wonderful smiles and super straight teeth so what more can I say?

As an adult, I was not that excited and a little nervous about getting braces for the second time. However, after my first appointment at Dula Orthodontics, I felt at ease and grew extremely excited. From the minute I walked in the door, I was happily greeted and almost immediately taken back for my appointment. Everyone is SO nice and extremely friendly. I had the best experience and I am so excited to see the end results.Dr. Dula is THE BEST. I learned so much about the ortho process. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I would not go anywhere else for Ortho needs. I highly recommend!

The dentist at our family dentist office recommended my oldest daughter for an ortho-consult, and they just happened to have one who comes to their offices. The orthodontist did a basic exam and determined my not yet 11 year old had a standard case that would require 18-24 months of braces and that her bite was off and would require some extra bands. And we could put the braces on immediately. I wasnt comfortable with his lack of explanation and his broad, non-specific statements, so I sought a 2nd opinion. Dr. Dula was recommended to me by a member of our church and we got in right away. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Dula did a thorough exam and presented his findings with photographs, and detailed explanations. He concluded my daughters bite was nearly picture perfect and she had a few teeth that needed to be rotated into proper position. He also explained only one of her 12 year molars had come in, and he saw no need to begin treatment until all four broke through. Having no idea how those teeth would come into place, straight or angled, could mean hed have to re-do all the adjustments done prior to their appearance. Dr. Dula suggested waiting 6 months for the remaining three molars to come in before putting braces on. And it is possible that my daughters treatment would be 12 months in stead of 18-24. I appreciate his willingness to take the time to do a thorough exam, and present his findings in a comprehensive way, and also ask me if I had any questions and actually waited for me to ask them. He answered my questions with the same thoroughness he used in presenting his findings. I asked if he had a dentist he could recommend and he asked his assistant to present him with a list of my insurance company approved providers and he would select several from that list that he would recommend. After that, we were given a tour of the facilities. They have thought of everything and have a very clean, youth-friendly, and parent-friendly environment. I would highly recommend you consider this office for an opinion when considering treatment. Because I have not used them for treatment yet, I can not comment on it. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.Update: It took 18 months total, but I’m happy to report - my daughter is getting her braces removed and a permanent retainer! It’s been about as wonderful an experience as I could imagine.... and the results are fabulous! So until my next child needs braces (probably another year and a half) .... It’s been a pleasure! (And I’m going to miss the coffee ☕️ & 🍪 in the waiting area.) And I bumped my rating up to 5 ⭐️s!
