My kids and I have been going to Ideal Dental for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love everything about this place. The staff is always welcoming and smiling. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The main reason I continue to come here is because they are kid friendly and that’s a big deal to me because one of my sons used to be scared of the dentist from a past experience at a dental office when he was younger but Ideal Dental have changed his whole outlook on going to the dentist. Keep up the great work guys!

I usually enjoy my experience however this time the tech who cleaned my teeth Ashley was extremely rough and I got popped in the side of my face with a tube. No apology. Then to top it off I need a filing that was not even discussed with and found out as I was checking out.

Great location. I saw Dr. Artille and she is superb. She explained all of my options and which ones would be most beneficial. Jody and the offcie staff were great with check in and check out and provided me copies of my treatment plan options. My dental hygienist was very quick but thorough. I will be coming back to this location for sure!

Wow it’s like I got new teeth! So fresh, so clean! I mean everyone is just a class act. If they had an awards show for dental offices this team would sweep all the categories.

Char was incredibly nice when scheduling my wisdom tooth extraction over the phone and helping me out when I arrived. They’re following all the Covid prevention procedures and I felt safe every step of the way. Dr. Nelson and the dental technicians who set up my procedure did a great job at making me feel comfortable and telling me what was going on. The last thing I remember is a woman taking off my glasses and saying they’ll be back on when I wake up and then I woke up in my car with my husband! In recovery mode now, but the staff at Ideal Dental gave my husband the run down on how to help me recover. Very happy I was taken care of Dr. Nelson and his team.

I had my root canal done . I would say the treatment was done well but I did not like their process and procedures and the staffs treatment on calls and text messages is not very appropriate. The validity of my treatment holds goods with replacements and its in warranty only if I stick to them for my cleanings(This was told only after the treatment). I understand they are trying to retain their customers but I think that is not the way to retain. I also have my kids appointment scheduled way in advanced during the previous visit (they force to schedule infact) and in their reminder text message nor in the website they dont give an option to cancel the appointment for what so ever reason. When I call , they dont give insurance information on whether the treatment is covered or not on phone. They will say they will only do it during appointment. They dont help us verify in advance and we have to cancel the appointment in advance otherwise we will be charged a penalty . They dont help us but try to get our business. While doing the right treatment is important , it is also important to take care of these things. I will never go here.

So I came in last month and they probe allMy teeth and said I have basically periondtis disease. So I got a second opinion from a peroidontisand he said my gums are great and I don’t need pero maintaince. They also told me that I would need a root canal with my two extra wisdom teeth which I asked an orthodontist who said I don’t need both of them removed. So they charge me about 873 for deep cleaning and diagnosed me which was wrong. I will not be coming back, please everyone always get a second opinion.

First time here. Naz was my hygienist and I just had the most thorough cleaning that I can remember. Took her longer to clean my teeth than usual, but she wouldn’t finish until the job was 100% done. I will be back!

Great services at a great price. And everyone here from the receptionist up to the dentist provide great customer serviceUpdate: I have had a great experience with the doctors and the staff. The major issue is insurance. I asked them first day if my insurance was accepted. Primary yes. They confirmed secondary could cover me for services provided but they couldnt contact my secondary insurance at the time. I ask if they submit the claim and they say they did. I call my insurance a month later to see if they can reimburse me for out of pocket expenses. They say they never got a claim. So Im reaching out to dentist office again. They point me to their corporate office who handles billing and their corporate office never answers the phone. Skip forward another month Im calling my insurance and their organization and they have no claims processed. Skip another month and my insurance barely got the claim and denied coverage because its out of network (in spite of what I was told three months ago). I liked the dentist. I liked the staff. I hate their insurance policies and will not be coming back here again. Im out of pocket almost $1,000 for services I was told should be covered. Had I known my insurance wouldnt cover any of it I wouldnt have used this location.

I love going to Ideal Dental Frisco West. Every one is so polite and courteous here.Naz does my periodontal cleaning every three months. She is amazing! She does a very thorough job and is so gentle.

I called to make an appointment in the middle of last week, thinking it would be a few weeks before they could fit me into the schedule. They had an appointment on Saturday. It was my first dentist appointment during COVID. I was a little apprehensive but the process was easy. The staff has everything well organized. I waited in my car until they were ready for me. They only allow you inside when the chair is free. A mask is required, they took my temperature, asked me to wash my hands, then directed me to the room. They did a thorough cleaning but were also very gentle. Even with the extra precautions I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff is very nice, they explain things and answer any questions you might have.

No wait in seeing the dentist. Service was prompt and professional. Facilities were very good. COVID-19 guidelines were strictly adhered to. Staff were well trained and professional. Overall a pleasant experience.

Ive been coming here for a little over 3 years. I came in needing a lot of dental work performed, and Dr. Arcila was patient and understanding of where I was coming from. During my first procedures there was a lot of care taken to make sure I was as comfortable as one can be, and had everything done cleanly and professionally.I still go for regular cleanings which are nearly a breeze at this point. Im always treated respectfully, and theres a whole group of people who remember me when I come back. Truly makes me feel like Im not lost in the weeds.Overall I rate 8/8 would recommend.

I moved here from another state and chose this office because it was near my new home. Scheduling for my 6-month checkup went well. Ditto for checking in for my appointment. Flags started going up when we began X-rays. Either the equipment was malfunctioning or the operator didn’t know how to run the equipment. The panorama machine would rotate around my head as normal, but something didn’t work correctly to produce the image. After having this happen twice, the operator got another tech to help. The third time worked, but I wonder how much radiation I got. Cleaning was fine. More flags went up when the doctor said I needed a crown, multiple fillings, and other work totaling thousands of dollars. This was surprising because my teeth were fine 6 months before with my last dentist. I got the high-pressure sales pitch that they would give me a discount if they could start the work that same day. I said I needed some time to think about it because I haven’t needed anything other than regular cleanings in 10+ years. They kept pushing, saying I could lose my tooth if I didn’t act quickly. The sales tactics felt more like a used car dealership than a dentist office. I ended going down the street to another dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist confirmed that my teeth were fine and none of the work being pushed on me by Ideal Dental was needed. BEWARE!!!!

Went to Ideal Dental had the best cleaning ever by Naz, she is absolutely amazing. As far as the dentist Dr. Acila she is by the far the most pleasant dentist I have ever been to.

Took my daughter to Idea Dental Frisco. Everything was fine until I realised they overcharged us $90. It took 4 months to get a refund check. Now Im dealing with the same issue after my visit. They owe me $70. Each time I call they tell me that the insurance is still in accounting. Its been 7 weeks since my appt. Tired of being made a fool of. Im on a fixed income and every dollar is like gold.

Im very thankful that Joddie works at this location, she is a life saver!!! During this pandemic money is tight to get major costly procedure done right now. Joddie went out her way to call me on Saturday to see how she could assist me so I could get this procedure taken cared of now before it got worst. I really appreciate her patients and her empathy with my situation financially. Thank you again 🤗

My daughter has an Orthodonic appointment. They always treat her quickly and nurses listen to her. (Sometimes wires can be long and poke.). Dr. Pan is patient and always friendly.

I had surgery for an implant and gum issues. The care was excellent and all tried to make it as comfortable as possible.

In the afternoon of July 13th 2020, I had my teeth examined by Dr. Artille. I was experiencing sporadic pain on my top left side of my mouth. Dr. Artille showed me the x-ray pictures that I had a couple of fillings that were cracked. I only planned to get my teeth cleaned that day, but the friendly staff helped setup the process so Dr. Artille could repair my fillings during my visit. I felt no pain during the filling repair process, and Dr. Artille is extremely detailed too. I no longer feel any pain. The entire staff from the front desk, to the person that took my x-rays to the person that cleaned my teeth are really nice and professional. I had a comfortable time too watching HGTV, while my teeth were getting fixed. This was a fun time at the dentist.

Both my son and daughter are patients at Ideal Smiles. We typically have good visits and like the office. However the last visit in December was exceptional. The Doctor and Assistant were thorough and friendly like usual. However I have to point out that we love Sharon and the rest of the front desk staff. They are super welcoming to say the least. After my wife read the great reviews for Ideal Smiles in Frisco we decided to give them a try. Went in today for basic cleaning and had an excellent experience. Turned out I had a cavity that needed to be filled on my front tooth and the dentist did an outstanding job blending this in and showed care and patience, which made me feel comfortable. The ladies at the desk were also great, very friendly and easy to talk to about billing payment questions. Lastly- great looking office very clean and modern!

My family and I are new to the area and were in need of a dentist! I took to google to find a dentist that had great reviews and was close to home! Ideal Smiles had excellent reviews and was just across the street!! I went for my schedules visit and they did not disappoint! The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time! I will be bringing the entire family for all our dental needs!!

I love them!! they are awesome and have such good plans if you need braces or what i am almost 22 and i have a little boy and married and were trying to get on our feet and i really need braces and they told me what to do and how to do it the cheapest way ever! i have now had my braces on since February 2015 and i am the happiest and they try so hard to keep you happy as much as possible!!! i love them so much and will be taken my son there now and he is 15 months old :) if something is not right they fix and are just really sweet people :)

My wife came in on 2/29th for a scheduled appointment. The office manager very smuggly informed us the appointment was cancelled due to a mistake. They sent a confirmation email on 2/27 confirming appointment was still valid. She never once apologized, instead dismissed us, stated she’s the manager Christine, and until now not offered one apology for making us come out here and never notifying us the appointment was cancelled. Her tone implied we should have known better. How about, “hey guys sorry for the confusion, we will get you in to see someone”The general dentistry team at this location is absolutely amazing, it’s unfortunate that they allow visiting dentist teams to be so incredibly arrogant and dismissive. Then she states I was yelling, I’m here with a lobby of guests. My tone became serious because she wouldn’t acknowledge the error or say sorry just once. The arrogance and unprofessionalism of the office manager is something I’ve never faced. I’ll never use the oral surgery team again for any service.I should have known when they tried to increase the price after I was quoted by the general dentistry team. Christine tried to claim my insurance only covers anesthesia for minimum 3 teeth pulled. I got the codes and had to call my insurance who informed me that was completely untrue. So now the mgr not only tried to fraudulently charge me extra, which required me to call my insurance to sort out, but today she treats us with such condescension that it made us feel like we had no value to them.Again, this location general dentistry and staff is first class, their visiting oral surgery team, specifically the manager Christine is dismissive and lacks any professionalism.

These guys put my old dentist office to shame! Seriously. The front desk is usually busy but very nice and attentive. The wisdom teeth doc they have there did a fantastic job and they were able to get me a quick follow up apt when I asked. Going here again!

I love this place. My husband and I went to this place for a regular cleaning for about a year. We really liked it. The office is nice and clean. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist are thorough and kind. Reluctantly I decided to try a different office closer to my home. At this other place I was told I had many cavities and needed fillings as well as other treatments for my teeth. I was shocked and decided to go back to a place I trusted for a 2nd opinion. True to form they were kind and professional and got me an appointment quickly. They even offered to help with my 3 year old as I had to take her along. They took x rays and looked at my teeth and told me that I had a few places to watch but didnt require treatment. I am so pleased with how well they listened and treated me respectfully. I feel they went above and beyond to treat me. My husband and I will continue to visit them. I would recommend this place over and over.

Its all in the name! Ideal smiles has been an ideal place to get your teeth checked on. From the friendly front desk, to the assistants and Doctor everyone here will put a smile on your face. Dont hesitate to call as I cant express enough how easy and helpful the front desk was to work with my schedule and allow me to get a check up. Once that was settled, its was smooth sailing from there.

I found this place by looking at the google reviews and I really loved the fact that I was able to call the office right when they opened and get an appointment for an hour and a half later that same day. I had some major dental pain going on and the staff was very friendly and courteous and provided me with several options as far as taking care of the bill for the treatment plan that was required to resolve my issues. I was also able to get the work done the same day which was a huge relief. Im so glad that I was able to find the reviews on this place and I feel as if I have found my new dentist for sure!

Horrible place! The GPS location is misleading and the SEO of ideal dental takes you to the colony. I got lost and called prior to going which they said they would take me. When I get there, no option at all to take me. Oh, they would just take me for x rays but no work. No option or customer service. Just wanting to bill and take revenue. Go to waterfront across the street. Very friendly and great service. Would never go back to these guys.

This was my first visit to Ideal Smiles of Frisco. I went in for a cleaning and I had a few cavities. They were able to fill them for me that day and didnt even have to numb my mouth! The fillings were quick and painless and everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning in six months.

We have been with Ideal Smiles Frisco since summer 2014 and they provide great service and convenient times. They use high tech equipment and provide a thorough over view of any issues. Receptionist is super friendly and welcoming. All employees treated us with respect and super friendly. Love this place.

My experience with Ideal smile was awesome! i went in for a routine cleaning and whitening trays. They took me in quick and i got out fast. With a busy schdule this was awesome. They are completely inflexible with their appointments, but they ask their patients to be flexible with them. After trying two times to find an appointments finally I moved my schedule, ask for a day off and accept the only open option they offer and after waiting 30 minutes, they wanted me to re-schedule again. I do not think they care about others people time, I do not think they respect their patients either. I DO NOT recommend this place if you work or if you have busy schedule. Also they did not return my calls.

I took my 7 year old son in and it was probably the best experience at a dentists office I have ever had. We have been to at least half a dozen dentists between my 4 kids over the years and the staff her is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful and understanding. They took such good care of my son, he was at ease and all smiles even after getting his tooth pulled. Dr. Strumwasser was great and I plan on taking my whole family to see him.

I am new to this dental firm, and was very satisfied with the professional manner that the staff showed to me. The office has very modern up to date equipment. The procedure I need to replace my old dentures, was completely explained to me and I feel confident that the I will be very satisfied with the end result. My 8 year old daughter had her first appointment for cleaning and a tooth extraction yesterday. I was highly impressed with the visual asthetics of the office and waiting area. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend adding a childrens activity center for the younger siblings waiting with parents, but the staff was extremely accommodating with TV channel selections to occupy my active little silly girl. My 8 year old liked the Dr and assistants as well as the entire experience! Stop in and give them a try. Youll be happy you did :-)

The office is great! All the staff is pleasant… they greet you as soon as you walk in to the very modern waiting room. Not like you typical office the chairs there are comfortable. Then when you get to the patient area it is very modern, they have a TV in every room that they tune to what you want to watch. They took me in on short notice and fixed me up with the best care from the DR to the Assistant!

Ive visited this office twice and both times were exceptional! The office is in an excellent location and the staff is friendly and professional. They have flexible appointment times making it easy to be seen. I will definitely refer this practice to my friends and family.

First of all let me say the main reason that I gave them 5 stars was due to the urgency to get me in. I literally called the late morning hours and had an appointment that early afternoon. That alone deserved the 5 star rating. Upon arrival the from office ladies were super sweet. The ladies in the back we just as sweet. Normally I am a very nervous person going to the dentist but they talked me through everything and made sure I knew what was about to happen. The actual dentist was a sweetheart and really cute ( I am happily married but he was cute lol). Id definitely recommend this office. The free whitening is not so bad either. :)

Dr. Arcila is my favorite Dentist. She is incredibly helpful, thorough and informative. She did couple crowns for me and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this place.
