Poor service and worse customer care. For yearly checkup, they dont even do vitamin D test or A1c but charged us as non preventive. When we contacted them, they were rigid that what they did was correct. Never going back there.

Dr. Patil is an extremely amazing doctor, she’ll go out of her way to make sure the patient is doing well and they have all they need. I’ve had a wonderful experience at this location!.Not to mention what a friendly and helpful staff she have!.

Came for a 20 min test and have been here 2 hours and still not done. not sure if the place is too busy but may be time to find more efficient place for primary care. overall office staff efficiency is very low..the new tech crystal messed up my tests.. except Dr Gartenburg he is the best. They did my annual physicals and the techs again messed it up , send it for tests which are not approved and now I am with a big bill for annual physicals !!!! hello wake up guys !!!

Have been seeing Dr Patil for a few months now. I have Blue Cross and have not had a problem. Dr Patil and the staff have always been more than courteous and polite. The Dr listens to my concerns, answers questions, and explains everything quite well.

They are always nice and the doctor is great. Ive been going to this clinic for months and I have never had an issue with them.

I set up an appointment to meet with the doctor a month in advance but had to cancel due to a family emergency. When I called to inform them and re-schedule for another time, the receptionist explained that they will not re-schedule for any reason. This is highly unprofessional. Apparently, patrons of this health practice are not allowed to have emergencies and reschedule their appointments. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I urge everyone to consider this if they want to use this practice for their health needs.
