Wait time is 1hr and even if you make an appointment you maybe lucky if they find your appointment in their system. Follow up are the same you are been place on hold for 10 min to tell you they are out of appointments for the hold week. Good luck

I had an 11am appointment and wasnt taken to the back to be prepped for the doctor until 12:30pm. Once I finally did see Dr. Christina Holtz she was in there for 5 minutes, wrote a quick prescription (didnt even tell me what it was for) and was gone. When I tried to fill the prescription the pharmacy they had questions and called the Drs office for the rest of the afternoon with no response. It wasnt until I called myself THE NEXT DAY and had to wait on hold for 10 minutes to speak with a nurse that the issue was finally addressed. Horrible service, horrible wait times, horrible follow through. I would reccomend NOT using this doctor!!!!
