I’ve been coming to HerKare for over a year! It’s completely changed my life. I was desperate to find a place that would help me with my menopause issues. They are very helpful and understanding! It’s great to find a doctor that actually understands the struggles I’ve been through. My appointments are always so easy to get in and out! I also like the receptionist Serena. So helpful and kind. Love this place!

Serena is the best! She is always so helpful with all my questions, billing, scheduling, just everything! Love her! As well as all of the staff, Misty, Laura, everyone has been so very helpful with getting me back to normal! I have been very pleased at how much better I’m feeling and the difference in my energy level since coming to HerCare. Very thankful I found them!

I’ve been coming here for several years and love the approach they have to women’s wellness. I don’t ever feel like a number and I feel like they treat me based on how I feel and not what the labs say. All of the providers are awesome and easy to talk to. I only wish they had a location in Plano!

I’ve spent years trying to get someone to help me with my thyroid. I knew that it was running slow I kept gaining weight nobody would help no matter how bad my hormone levels were… Once I had my blood work done at her care everything started falling into place.feeling much better!! Losing weights! Great staff! Lovely ladies! I’m so blessed to have finally found them!! Yay God!

I have been going for just at a year now. I have nothing but rave comments about each of the staff there. I have only ever had issues with the payment process in the beginning but that was a corporate issue and not a staff issue at this location.I went in there with no hopes of fixing what I felt was wrong with me. But after getting my results and the shockingly low levels of everything I was supposed to have Dr. P got me on the right course of action and have been making improvements by leaps and bounds.Misty really cares what is going on in your world and how it is effecting your treatments. She also makes it so very comfortable to be there and discuss things that are private.Brionna is so sweet and very good at her job. She gets things done with authority. And Penny is just a joy all the time and also does a bang up job.And Laura, what can I say about Laura. She is fantastic, fun and so easy to talk to. She loves to get to know her patients and communicate with them.I look forward to my weekly appointments at this location!

HerKare has literally changed my life for the better. I lacked energy and had lost the spring in my step. After meeting with Misty, she ran blood work and discovered the multi causes of my slump. Now, not only do I feel much better but I’ve prevented the long term damage that would have occurred if I hadn’t found out my issues. Thanks HerKare, you are a life saver and energy restorer.

I’ve seen the PA Misty several times, she’s been wonderful and informative. I came in with some very serious pelvic pain and saw the actual doctor this time around. I was in tears during the exam and she told me I needed to just relax and do some stretching. Asked about the loss of ovarian torsion and she told me my pain east bad enough. Sought a second opinion and surprise! Ovarian torsion. This doctor treated me like I didn’t understand my own body, pain was brushed off, and I was prescribed anxiety medication for something extremely painful and dangerous. I’m so disappointed I won’t be back.

I have been a patient of HerKare, Frisco for almost 2 years. Every time I go I receive excellent care. Its easy to make an appointment and the staff is very friendly. The experience has always been GREAT!

Unfortunately this company will no longer have my business. I am a former client, I had scheduled a new appointment with new insurance, (I did this all on a Wednesday and schedule my appointment for the following week that next Tuesday). I was told they took my new insurance and the receptionist said she would get back to me later in the week to tell me of my copay. I didn’t hear anything the rest of that week, so I called that Monday before my appointment and asked what my co-pay was. I was told they would get back to me later that day and they never did. So I called the next morning the day of my appointment mind you I’m fasting and trying to get my kids ready to get up there to be on time for my appointment. I was basically on the phone with him the entire morning trying to figure out what my co-pay was but wanted to be a good client and also make my appointment and not cancel last minute. And since I was being told that they took my insurance I went ahead and headed up there which I am also an hour away. Halfway through my drive up there I was told that I was going to have to pay in full which is about 300 and something dollars. Because they couldn’t get my insurance verified, mind you they should’ve been taken care of this well before my appointment. I told him I couldn’t pay that out-of-pocket that day and was very upset because I was already on my way there I was told that they would take care of my visit for that day. I continued up there with both my kids in tow went through my appointment, schedule a follow up for my blood work. Still to this point the day before my follow up I had not been contacted to be let known that now I owe money even though they said that they would cover it because it was their mistake in the first place because they hadn’t done their job. I would have never booked an appointment if I had known I had to pay that much just to be seen. It was a complete waste of my time and a waste of my day all because they didn’t do their job. I’m complaining over the principle of it and the fact that I did everything that I needed to as a client to get there on time and make sure that my insurance was taken and now they want to treat me this way. I will no longer be recommending them to friends and family. And they will no longer have my business...

I booked my appointment online. I only received a text to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t show an appointment for me but would add me on and oh, it would be $350 for today with insurance. I just walked out. It all seemed very chaotic.

I absolutely love Herkare, I wish there was one closer to me. If you havent tried Herkare you are missing out.
