The people who work here are wonderful. The company they got bought out by…. Eh. I used to love the small feel of this office but now it’s extremely corporate and you can’t ever get anyone in the office on the phone. I also don’t feel like the allergy drops I get from them now are as effective as the ones I used to get. (They are mixed by different companies)
I love this office. Lauren is my favorite!! The front is super sweet and very welcoming. I started my shots a couple of weeks ago and my nurse was amazing. I did not wait more then 1 minute to be seen. of course i had to wait 30 minutes after my shots but i felt fine, they checked on me a lot. The doctor wonderful, he communicates and understands what youre going through so he will have a better understanding on whats going on. i would highly recommend this office :)
Personnel very friendly, service is ok but the prices are abusive for those of us who have no insurance. I took my son to a different allergy office for same type of treatment and prices are 50 to 70% lower. Do not recommend due to prices being so high
Awesome service even though they could use more staff. Dr.Schmitt was more than helpful and was very thorough and pleasant. Even though my insurance company would deny my medications, the staff, including Dr.S and his PA, were quick to provide any samples that they could AND coupons! Though it can be ENORMOUSLY crowded, my wait is typically well rewarded. BEST ALLERGIST IN DFW!!
Shots are ALWAYS late! Make an appoitment ---then wait for a nurse that will be consistently late. I hate coming here. Wait after shots is 30 minutes, but when called in 20 minutes after appoitment, it turns into an hour.
Horrible rude office manager and billing manager, Lauren and Lisa, would not recommend. Treat there staff rudely and not professional at all.
Ive tried numerous times to speak to someone about my sons allergies. Unable to get anyone to return my call. Theyve also prescribed non-FDA approved medication for my son without making me aware that it was not approved.
