Exceeded my expectations for the price! We celebrated a friend’s birthday. We opted for the combination back and foot massage. Let me tell you; I felt as though I had a full body massage! The friend that opted for full body massage agreed! She thought there would be an added expense for the service. Hot stones whaat!!!! Amy was very attentive (e.g., pressure, comfort, etc.) The decor is intentional. In my room I notice a picture of a band that plays jazz. The atmosphere was soothing and very clean. The owner is professional. I appreciate masks are required.It is an hour later and my body feels relaxed. I highlyrecommend this place! This is the first time I received special attention on my feet which I need because I walk a lot. Great job, exceptional service! I’m looking forward to my next experience.

I moved to Frisco in August, 2020 and tried this place on a whim. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. They are excellent at what they do. They are so good at working out the knots in my rhomboids. I come once every two months or so and they absolutely know my problem spots and just how to work them out. I recommend at least 60 min per session. 90 min is better and gives them time to focus on a full body massage or really target any issues you have. I highly recommend the masseuse named Lin.A tip to others out there - no pain, no gain. If you really allow them to work into the muscles, youll get the most out of your time and money. Its very intense at first, but if you do your part and also hydrate, stretch, and eat well, you will feel like a newly minted coin over the next few days.

Just got home from massage with Cindy - focus on upper neck and right shoulder. Excellent!! Ive had many massages over the years and most have been good but I can honestly say Cindy gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. Because of ongoing issues with my neck, I went ahead and scheduled another appointment for next week but frankly, if I could afford it, Id go back tomorrow. Im hoping her magic hands can help me get my old neck straightened out.

Linda and Steve were our massage therapists this evening for a couples massage. We appreciate the special couple pricing, but what we most appreciate is that each therapist listened to our respective preferences and responses during the massage. We will definitely go back!PS if you choose to patronize a service provider like lemon tree, please remember that it is appropriate to tip the service providers. We were embarrassed for and by the couple who preceded us when they left a $2 total tip for 2 massage therapists who had just spent a full hour with them. This was after they told the person at the front desk that they were very happy with their massage. Please dont be like them!

I Literally Just Left. Me And My Boyfriend Had THE couples Massage. We just moved here yesterday 10 hours away and needed a great massage. I seen a review from a year ago about the manager belittling customers for tips but I ignored it. I asked him over the phone does the massage include feet and he said it covers the entire body. It Was Amazing Until They Massaged everything BUT me and my boyfriends feet causing me to pay $70 more for a extra 30 minute massage for my feet and my boyfriend feet and wasn’t focused on the feet . That of course dipped into my tip because their tip was 30 a piece at first but because I’m on a budget being that I literally just moved lol I put down $10 and he told me that “only 10? They worked very hard and did 90 minutes” okay? Sir your employees aren’t my kids they work there and you should pay them. Tips are optional and I tipped what I could. Had I gotten what was told which is 30 minute on feet 30 on body I wouldn’t have to spend 80 of their tip on my feet. I was about to book my next appointment until he said that and told me “I’m just letting you know “ I’ll stick with massage envy pricey prices instead where I’m appreciated. As a business owner you have to understand that yes a customer paid for the service that YOU provide for the price YOU set. Once they pay that price your customers DON’T have to pay anything else unless it’s mandatory and tips aren’t mandatory. I’m really disappointed.

We just did a 60 minute couples massage. Oh sooo good!!! The staff there were so friendly.My husband had Steven and he said its the best massage hes had in years. Steven was so on point and really massaged the right areas.Definitely will go there when we visit Dallas again.

Came in for a quick 30 min massage between matches for a pool tournament. My back is an absolute rock and Ima (I believe is her name) did an incredible job. I like as much pressure as possible and she did not disappoint. Worked out big knots, etc.... Especially when walking on my back. I think she was a little surprised how much pressure I could take. My back will take a lot more work to get loose and Ill be returning often because this is one of the few massages that Ive gotten that really made a dent.. and at an affordable price. Not gonna be paying for expensive luxury spa massages again when these folks do everything Im looking for. Great stuff...if you are constantly disappointed by lackluster weak massages that dont work out problems... Come here.

The staff were courteous and hard working. The massage itself was relaxing and reasonably priced. The knots in my trapezius melted away.

The care and attention to detail provided by the staff ensures that we will be customers for life. Who could turn down affordable service with outstanding results? No one; thats who. The couples massage is a great deal and worth the drive from almost anywhere. Not only do they believe in providing great service at a very reasonable price, they also have an almost telepathic response to my bodys pain points. I give little to no instruction and yet somehow they always find the troublesome areas full of knots. This is true expertise and attention to detail. I would only expect this kind of service from a 5 star hotel and spa. To be leaving a small shopping center feeling like a million dollars on a Sunday afternoon is some other kind of life I probably cant afford to live. For now, Ill take these small victories and when I hurt from all the celebration, youll know where to find me.

Ouch!!! This is my second time coming here and the first time it was ok but I came back because my back didn’t hurt and they promised if I came back I would have a better experience, it was worse I had 30 minute massage and it was incredibly painful, I told the lady to please use her hands and not her elbows and she kept using her elbows. I would not recommend and seriously feel like the positive reviews at this place are bought or are family or friends of the owners.

The owner was unprofessional, in the middle of my massage they changed my masseur, I had foot massage with warm water, they didn’t use warm water and they finished 10 minutes earlier than expected and I asked for deep massage, but unfortunately they did soft on my legs. Ok, real talk, I carry 80 lbs of tools every where I go all day long. My back is just a wall of knots held together by this weird skin sack I call my body. I usually do 90 minute with a cupping treatment before I go to the chiropractor. Usually they do an amazing job of getting every single knot worked out. I would sincerely urge you or anyone really to go here if you have a physical job. Your muscles will thank you. They have a unique style for cupping that also incorporates scraping. Its worth the investment.

I woke up with a pinched nerve in my back and neck so I called and was able to get in later that same day. Steven was very nice on the phone and also when I arrived and got into a room immediately. Lynn came in and did an amazing job on my major sore areas. She worked very hard on me and I felt better when I left. I received an excellent massage by a new girl named Cindy. She provided excellent hard pressure which is what I like! The owner told me they just hired 3-4 additional staff members. Also I was told there was someone else named Cindy that no longer works there, so this is a different/new person named Cindy.

We had an amazing experience, very well priced, professional, clean, and relaxing! I booked their 60 min couples massage special on Sunday at 4pm. They sent me a reminder text that morning around 11:40am and we’re very friendly and polite. My boyfriend and I came in, filled out the form which let’s them know specific areas to target, medical issues, oil, herb, scent, skin allergies, etc. It also asks you to specify how hard of a massage you want from light, medium, to deep. We went with medium which was perfect for us. We went to our massage room and undressed and laid on the table with a sheet over us. A few minutes later, our masseuses came in and introduced themselves and got to work. I had a lot of tension in my should and he worked it out very well. The hot stones were wonderful and it was very relaxing, calming, and my boyfriend even fell asleep half way through. They were very professional, clean, and welcoming. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend their services!

I have been here twice now. First with Sonia then just recently with Eva. They were both fantastic, and this place is great! It is very easy to schedule an appointment, the staff are friendly and professional and the facility is very clean and welcoming. Came to LT on a whim for a combo massage. Spoke with Steven over the phone to confirm availability and he was able to immediately accommodate my desired service. The staff was pleasant and the facility was clean. My services promptly commenced. Steven was my masseuse and provided ample pressure based on my request. At other reflexology establishments I have to consistently reaffirm the level of pressure desired. Steven achieved correct pressure for each segment of the body. He was very appropriate by engaging in conversation when I initiated then allowed the melodies playing throughout the facility fill moments of silence. I will be back to LT for Steven. As a three timer so far here at Lemon Tree, I think this is the best massage place in Frisco, TX. I have had many massages in my lifetime. Steven and his team are professional and meet all your massage needs. Steven made sure every tense muscle in my body was relieved. Every time I come here I feel the same consistent relief. This place is not like other massage businesses where they massage you good one time and not so good the next. I have had the same consistent relief and comfort. I feel so relaxed after.. I have been going to Lemon Tree Massage for about a month and I am very very happy. Emma has been the masseuse and she is very knowledgeable and has great technique. I go there immediately after I work out at the gym. Emma does a combination of assisted stretching and massage. My flexibility has improved and she helped me resolve a painful knee through some unique stretches. I highly recommend Emma and Lemon Tree.

Steven was my masseur and he applied the perfect amount of pressure and showed professionalism the entire massage. This place is very clean and the masseuses are very professional. My wife and I did a couples massage. The manager, Steven, did my wife’s massage and he worked all of the tightness from her shoulders and neck with a very firm pressure. She said it was painful at times, but in a good way, because he was able to really work out her soreness and loosen her up. We really enjoyed our experience and would choose this place again!

I had Linda conduct a deep tissue on me. Linda was extremely professional and good communication. I have several issues with my back from my prior career and she was able to work the knots out and relieve the pain from some muscles and joints I was feeling. On-top of that, they provided hot stones free of charge with several more that were covered up by towels where they were placed on my back to provide heat to cause pain relief for me on my shoulders and back. Linda, then used the rest of the hot stones which was amazing to pull out any other knots on the muscles.Overall, they provide a fantastic, clean and wonderful environment that you can feel safe in. I have had many massages at other places. This was my first time at Lemon Tree Massage. They were able to book me the same day and it was truly the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I had an hour long massage and it even included hot stones. The price was 60.00 and they even have a reward card that will make it a little cheaper on my next visit. I will be driving from Bonham Texas to Frisco for all my massages. Steven was truly amazing.

I usually have lower back issues due to my nature of work, every time I visit this place, all of the therapists are well trained and relieve the knots depending on where the muscles are sore or tight, they figure it out very intuitively and this is where their expertise lies, kudos to the management , the therapists I worked with Sofia, Cindy have a lot of expertise, please give them a try , you will feel great!

I had a last minute doctors appointment scheduled in the area and had time for a massage that was desperately needed, got in right away with Steven/Stephen. I had the 90 minute massage (60 full body with 30 feet), 1000x highly recommend getting this service. I’ve never had my feet massaged and I don’t know how I never did it before, such a wonderful experience. My aches from morning workouts and 2 small children have melted away.I mean look at my hair, I’m sure I feel sleep as well lol

After a decent 1 and 1/2 hour massage that cost $90, I gave the masseuse a $10 tip. The owner belittled me in front of her that it wasn’t enough, and demanded I pay $20. I was very embarrassed, I think tips are at the customers discretion, and $60 per hr for a service is pricy enough, $10 was reasonable and I shouldn’t have been made to feel cheap. I paid the $20 tip, but I won’t go back. That’s not how you treat a client. I’m sorry to the masseuse, she was fine, not her fault.
