I have been going here for years and find Elements the best place for a massage. I have gone to multiple locations and enjoyed the different styles of their therapists. Whatever pressure or type of massage you like, they have a therapist for you. I have also tried cupping, aroma therapy, and CBD massage for something different and too increase relaxation. I highly recommend using them.

Little pricey but excellent service

Elements Massage is a very relaxing place to get a massage. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable every time. Ive been pleased to remain with the same therapist for every massage. I feel comfortable and know that Im in good hands with my therapist. When I started my first massage, it was to only receive one but since the first massage, my stress level has reduced significantly and Im more relaxed so I do enjoy my massages monthly.

I absolutely love Lyn! I have been seeing her since last December and she helps me completely relax while relieving my muscle tension. I also like how easy it is to schedule an appointment; which I usually do online.

I booked a massage for my friend for her birthday. She confirmed the appointment 2 days prior but the day of (today) her son ended up sick and she asked me to reschedule the appoint for her. I was advised they wouldnt reschedule because it wasnt 24hr notice and she would have to forfeit the Groupon voucher. Clearly you cant have anything come up the day of the appointment otherwise they wont work with you. This is a terrible company and I wouldnt recommend them at all.

I dont get full body massages very often so this was a special treat and especially when they used the hot stones, it made the experience so much better! I scheduled a couples massage and my boyfriend enjoyed every second as well because hed been complaining how tight his body was. This helped us both so much and we will definitely be back very soon!

I found this place on google and I’m extremely happy with the services I’ve received.the manager , receptionist and the massage therapist are all so great! I believe my massage therapist was Vi and he was able to get more knots on my shoulders then I expected.I just want to be clear that The massage was not painful it was relaxing it was the knots on my shoulders that were the problem . Day after day I noticed my body was not so tense. The hot stones really eased my knots on my shoulders to loosen upVi was very adamant about listening to me and my body . I carry all my stress on my neck and shoulders but I’m learning to not do that . I will continue to be a client there as long as I can!

Great place but unless youre planning your next massage three weeks in advance expect to hear the phrase we dont have any availability.

First time here. Used a group for my massage. Ended up signing up for their membership. $65 for an hour a month. Not bad for a great massage. It wasn’t a lotion fest. Actually hit areas I needed. Can’t wait for my next one.

Lyn is a great massage therapist. This 90-minute session may have been the best to date. I injured my rotator cuff and bicep tendon in mid-August. Lyn takes time to listen to what you want and what your body needs. Highly recommend!

I started going to Elements when I got an excruciating muscle cramp in my back. During COVID the therapists always wear a mask and the receptionist always takes my temperature before I go in. Cameron is their deep-tissue specialist and has helped my back and neck tension so much, and is always very comfortable to work with. The membership rates are a great price as well!

To start, I called and scheduled a 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones. I got a confirmation text that I had a 90 minute massage. My massage itself was fine - definitely a different method than other massages and a bit painful, but it did get a lot of my knots out. During the massage, when face down, there was a COCKROACH running around on the floor. It ran around for the entirety of my massage. Looking back, I should’ve said something, but I didn’t. When my massage was finished, I never got my hot stones. So not only was I anxious about the cockroach the entire time, my appointment was not what I requested which is just unprofessional and a bit annoying. I’m sure it was just a bad experience considering the good reviews I’ve read, but for me I won’t be going back.

Highly recommend this place! Cameron’s hands were celestial. He also gave me suggestions on ways to improve mobility/reduce muscle tension.

Receptionist was rude. “Jan” or “Janet” I believe. I asked for a availability multiple times and she just laughed on the phone for a bit but I was telling a joke so not sure what was sooo funny. Won’t be booking here or calling again based on sheer lack of customer service.

This place is great. You have to get in here, and get a massage from B. Hopkins. She is a massage wizard! She can feel the tension in your muscles, and work here magic and its gone. Go on and get you that 90min deep tissue, its well worth it. I will not go anywhere else.

I would not recommend this location due to the fact I had a gift card for elements massage and gave them my gift card up front prior to receiving my massage as they said I can do up front or after and I gave the card prior to receiving massage only to find out after it is over that they do not accept my gift card at their location. Then was given attitude from manager that it was my fault. I would never had gotten massage there if I knew this in advance. Very unprofessional!I am in receipt of your response however I think you were misinformed. Their was at least 10 minutes prior to me going back for my massage that they could have let me know in advance the card was not good at that location. It was only after I finished and asked how to give a tip that the lady looked at the card and she even said I never thought to look at the back. My point exactly. If they didn’t think to check the card how would I know to do so. Also to offer a later free massage is ridiculous when they could have offered that free one for that day not later. Due to all the confusion.

Joe is BY FAR the best massage therapist I have ever met. I have never went to see the same massage therapist more than once...Joe is different. It definitely depends on what your looking for - but he can acclimate to what ever it is you need. I have sever arm/shoulder pain and he has literally helped me through fears and anxiety about issues with it. What a relief! In my sessions I choose to talk and converse with him so he knows exactly what I need. It’s closer to a medical massage than anything. However, if I just want a relaxing massage, he can do that too! Go and see Joe!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a client at Elements Massage - Frisco for over two years. I have had nothing but excellent service from the front office staff as well as the therapists. I have severe lower back pain; the therapists are highly skilled and ease the pain tremendously. I recommend to get at least the hour and a half massage, if not the two hour. The hour passes by too quickly. Choose Elements - Frisco for your massage experience. You will be happy that you did.

The employees are always pleasantly happy and willing to work with me on any matter. I was blessed to have Beth as my therapist initially, and have now seen her for a full 2 years because she’s amazing!! The facility is consistently clean, calm, and quiet with a beautiful fragrance.

I usually don’t post but this is ridiculous! I have tried to cancel this account since September and they are still charging me. I explained to them, I would like to cancel because I didn’t see the benefits of paying monthly because I was coming every 2-3 months and that going forward I would pay alacarte. Spoke to manager, she said she would call me back. Haven’t heard back from her. It seem know one can help me resolve this issue.

I was taken in on time, given detailed membership info but not pushed into it. Beth, a senior therapist was awesome! Her techniques and pressure was on point. Would recommend to anyone wanting to relax or for pain relief. I do wish instead of bottled water they had lemon water available, it’s just something that adds to the whole experience of going for a spa day for me.

Joe is AMAZING!!!! I walk out a new woman every time!!!! He is so in tune with the anatomy and physiology of the body that he doesn’t have to use force or tools to get all the kinks and knots out! The worse part of it all is an hour and a half is never enough. I just want to take him home with me!

I had a medical massage with Joe. He was absolutely fantastic! Came in as a treat for ending my semester with all As and told Joe about tension headaches I had been having. Joe really focused in on everything I needed (even things I didnt realize!). Overall great experience, very professional and I do recommend!

HUGE BILLING CONCERNS. Not only did I put my membership on hold right before COVID, but they continue charging me even when they have been closed. They are still closed and still changing. I certainly hope this is a mistake. Otherwise, thats poor business in my opinion especially when there is a nation wide pandemic! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

B is excellent! No need to explain problem spots- she is very thorough and smooth with a medium pressure and the experience was great! Madi- the office lady is also helpful and a pleasant conversationalist. Overall a relaxing and therapeutic experience!

Elements Massage in Frisco is amazing! I started going there when I found a Groupon to try it out. Wow! The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and professional, and the massage was amazing! In fact, Nick did such a good job that I decided to become a member which is very reasonably priced! Now I can go more regularly than I was ever able to afford in the past. Ive now had both Nick and Eric as massage therapists, and they do an incredible job. I really cannot say enough great things about this place! Go! You will love it!

I highly recommend you go see Joe. He is amazing!! He fixed every issue I was having and then found all the ones I didnt know about. First off I NEVER fall asleep during massages, and I feel asleep during this one. Then Im usually groggy at the end but I wasnt this time, I felt so good and nothing hurt !! It was truly amazing !! Best massages ever. Very relaxing, warm, and inviting.

I had a gift certificate and booked my massage with Beth. It was a great massage, however, I was not informed that she was a senior therapist. The next day, a random $10 up-charge appeared on my credit card and when I called to inquire I was then informed why. You would think if you go in with a GIFT certificate and book a massage, they would inform you ahead of time of the up-charge, and/or certainly contact you prior to billing your credit card. I wont be back.

Beth its a PRO!I tried several places and I found Elements in Groupon. Its not a big place, rooms are neat and smells great.Luckily for me Beth was available. I experienced a true professional/expert. Not your every day massages out there.She knew the preasure points, she was delicate yet powerful and efficient. Very asserted.Highly recommend it.

Cameron does an awesome deep tissue massage and also took the time to share some stretching exercizes with me.BTW, several years ago, I tried Massage Envy. They were, very aggressively, all about up selling. Elements is NOT like that. It’s all about the client. Great customer service!

I have had 2 appointments at Elements Massage, Frisco and both the times my experience was good. My first appointment with Beth was an instant relief from muscle knots on my upper back. Second appointment with Irene was for deep tissue massage and must say she was good too.Would highly recommend both Beth and Irene !!

Let me start by saying Im a licensed Massage Therapist myself so I know I can be very particular about my massages which is why Im not reviewing flow, conversation, choice of massage techniques and strokes etc. The only reason I am writing this review is because I received a massage from Joe back in March who said hed been practicing massage for 19 years. I myself have not even had my license for a year yet so I just assumed he knew more than I did. I asked for a 2 hour deep tissue massage for relaxation purposes only. Joe did some very specific neck work on my cervical spine and my neck has not been the same. For two weeks after the massage I was in constant pain. Even now after nearly two months Im still having problems. Im not saying every Massage Therapist at Elements Massage is bad however the fact that they employ someone whos physically injuring people cannot be excused. I would caution anyone to think twice before booking a massage with them.Update 07/13/19Never heard a peep from them, two months after they said theyd contact mr. They still send me advertisements so obviously they have my information 😂 Definetely a management problem going on. Dont lie and say youll reach out just to give the impression you care if you dont actually mean it.

Chloe is a great massage therapist! She was very attentive to my tight spots in my neck and back and I came out very relaxed! Very nice atmosphere - relaxing and clean!

My wife gave me a Groupon for this place. They called me 3 times before the appointment letting me know that if I dont show up they would charge me $80. Then they called me 30 minutes before the appointment and told me that theyre canceling on me. When I asked, If theyre going to offer me some kind of a credit they said no. Nothing can be done and I dont have to come in if i dont like it. Quite disappointing customer service, that Im not used to living in this area for 15 years.

The massage was excellent but the ambience isnt as great at the Elements in Chicago that I frequented for several years.

Clean, relaxing atmosphere at first, but paper thin walls, could hear entire conversation from room next door for last 30 minutes, and someone running across the roof? Therapist very nice, but I’ve had a better massage from massage school students. Not good stroke work, and obviously had a routine he did for everyone. I did not pay extra for master masseuse. I got my full time 75 minutes for a 90 minute massage, taking account changing time. I did pay cash for a tip after seeing online about some issues and hearing the office staff speaking to a previous client on the phone. I tipped on non discount amount ( used a living social), and they did not do a hard sell on monthly service when I left, which I appreciated. I won’t go again.

The massage therapists were pretty good, however I gave this a low rating because the schedulers cant get their act together. I scheduled an appt for my husband and when he showed up for his massage, they turned him away because he wasnt on the schedule. The front desk worker put it under my name instead, and then it took another 3 weeks to get him in for a massage. The schedulers kept telling me the manager would call to help straighten everything out, but I never received a courtesy call and I tried calling twice myself to get ahold of them. Poor customer service, poor communication, and definitely will not be going back.

They try to make the customer feel as if they are a low life unwanted and should feel privileged to be there. The girl Carleigh looked at me and treated me like I was dirt. I should have taken heed of the complaints on Yelp. Now I see why those people complained. If I could give a negative score I would.

I have had a incredible massage that has just set the bar so high for others, so I feel like my expectations were already LOW going into Elements in Frisco - because I just knew that no one would ever compare to my favorite place... so I scheduled the appointment for my husband and I and decided to switch it up...he get the female masseuse and I would get the male masseuse. why not!! I went in for major back and neck pain, most likely from my stressful and eventful job/life. I just asked that he focus on my spine and my neck, told him what I did for a living, explained my issues and he reassured me I would be taken care of and HOLY HELL did he take care of me alright.... This is by far the best massage I have had. I was thoroughly impressed with Eric. He did exactly what he said he would do, he focused on my back, spine, neck, even gave me a head massage and did my arms, obviously paying close attention to what my career was. I could tell he found the knots, I just dont have enough great things to say about my experience. Serioulsy, the best massage I have had. I am a customer for life now. Eric is the MAN!!
