90 mins goes so fast when you are getting a great massage, I havent had a true sports massage in a long time, If you need a Therapist who is very versatile , very knowledgeable , passionate about her work then Renada at Nova Body Balance is where you should book. Pressure was great techniques was well executed . I am very picky about my massages because I am a massage therapist myself and I am def pleased with the work I received . I have shoulder issues from years of boxing training so this massage hit the spot Def plan on working with her again .. :)

Only one word - Ahmazing!! She is wonderful with her hands - gets to All the problem points pretty quickly and touches them In a way that it doesn’t hurt later. She is very very focused on good client service. I forgot my appointment (yes forgot) and she was professional enough to give me a reschedule (free of charge). I was impressed by the generosity.
