Check in process was quick, I liked the safety of waiting in car until you’re ready to be seen. Entire staff was efficient and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome (especially my 5yr old with an earache) Doc was really the best, he was super quick but so thorough and explained the entire process, the why and the solution.

Great experience! Had to wait a few minutes to get inside but didnt have to wait long to be seen. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

It was easy to make an appointment and fill out paperwork online. Jennifer greeted us and was so kind. The whole staff was great. We got a strep test and even though it was positive, my little boy left with a smile because he got a ninja duck and a Spider-Man sticker. He was amazed that Jennifer knew what he would like. Kudos to a great place!

My daughter hurt herself at school, so we came to this location to get her checked out. The receptionist was exceptional, and the NP that saw her was wonderful! I would definitely come here again, though hopefully we won’t need to. They are efficient and the office is kept extremely clean.

This urgent care is one of the best Ive ever been to! Everyone here is so nice and they were amazing with my little girl. The facility was clean and all COVID protocols were followed. Everything about our visit was fantastic from the second we stepped through the door to the minute we left. I highly recommend you take your little ones here if you can (but hopefully you never have to).

I have taken my kids here twice and each time was a very enjoyable experience in terms of urgent care visits. I have never waited which tells me they are not over booking people for profits and they dont try to push a bunch of additional tests and such on my kids. The whole staff is so genuinely friendly and helpful. My kids enjoy coming here because of them. 😄

Online check in is super quick, staffs are very nice, facility is clean, waiting time is 35 minutes… that’s the only thing I don’t like, but still faster than most places. The practitioner nurse is very nice, she answered all my questions, she even wrote them down noticed that I may not remember with those medical terminology. Recommended and I will take my son there again when needed.

Walked in as soon as they opened the doors, was in a room within 15 mins, after filing out paperwork. They made sure everyone was spaced out and not sitting next to each other, they did have people wait outside once they checked in so the lobby wasn’t crowded. They offer appointments or walk ins… I highly recommend making an apt if you can. And do it the night before you plan to go if possible. I can see how they back up pretty quickly. Overall, very good experience and will be going back if we ever need to. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful as well! And every person is required to wear a mask, regardless if you are vaccinated or not.

This is the best urgent care in Frisco. We have been multiple times and the staff is always amazing. They hand out ducks, so when we pull up my daughter is always so excited to get a duck. Just amazing how it helps and not great time and wonderful experience for my daughter. Five stars all the way.

Great staff. The entire experience was efficient and well done. Checked in online but was able to call and ask questions directly with on location staff. We were seen at our appointed time. The nurse was thorough and nice. The Doctor came in shortly thereafter. She answered all our questions.

We came from Colorado for the weekend and our 12-month-old became really sick with a virus. We took him in and absolutely LOVED our experience. They made us feel so comfortable and made our baby boy feel special as it was his birthday and he was so sick. The doctor, nurses and front desk staff were awesome. I cant say enough great things about the place. The care our son recieved was wonderful too - he was feeling better the next day and loved his rubber duckies that he got from the front desk lady. 🐤

We had a great experience here with my son who is 7. We needed a Covid test as he wasn’t feeling good from allergies/asthma flare at school, in order to return back. All the ladies and doctor were nice and we got through pretty quickly. There was a slight wait due to them being full with appointments, but not bad. I will definitely bring my kids back if needed!

ZERO STARS - DO NOT RECOMMEND - 0/10I took my son here in January 2021. To this day they have continued to erroneously bill me. At first, they should have billed my insurance. They took my insurance information. They verified my sons care was covered before administering any care. Then, they erroneously billed me instead of my insurance. I called the billing office, was told by Rebecca that she would take care of the issue. The next month, they billed me again. So I call again. This time Im told Rebecca no longer works at this office & Im responsible for the outstanding bill. I escalate to a supervisor who says its UCFK policy to not bill after a certain time window. So because the office staff did not bill correctly on time, he was not going to bill my insurance now. He told me to bill my insurance myself. Read, he told me to do his job for him. I contact my insurance, turns out UCFK refuses to contact them to process the bill. So I ended up paying the bill outright about 3 months ago to get the annoying calls, letters, threats of reporting this to my impeccable credit, & harassment to stop. At some point you have to decide if fighting with certain types of people who will never understand basic concepts is worth the stress. Every month since, they continue to bill me anyway. Im currently considering which lawyer I need to involve in this process.

We had an appointment and I understand running behind but we were there for over 2 hours with no diagnosis! They ran 3 tests and all tests came out negative so they said it was ‘viral.’ Told me to get OTC cough syrup. My kid had a fever over 100, hoarse cough, vomiting, runny nose, fatigue and body aches. I’m not a doctor but that doesn’t sound viral to me.

I’ve taken my kids here numerous times for weekend or after hours sick visits. We are always taken to a room in a timely manner, usually don’t have to wait long for the nurse to come. So glad this place exists.

We had a great experience here! Janice checked us in and was really helpful throughout the process. Dr Do was kind and very thorough in the evaluation. Dr Do and Janice even stayed late when my daughter wasn’t responding as expected. They made sure we were well taken care of before sending us home for the night. Highly recommend this location!

Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk receptionist, to the nurses, to the NP that we saw, were fantastic. Especially in these times, when it would be understandable for those in these professions to be stressed and snippy with people, they were all nothing but kind and patient with us. Highly recommend!

They took good care of us. We were able to get a rapid covid test, an official note for the school, and an anti-nausea Rx for our sick kid who needed it. Everyone was kind and professional.

Very friendly and fast service. They even called me back the next day because our pharmacy was closed and I left a message asking them to send it to another one. Awesome staff!!! Everyone was so kind- I can’t remember the medical assistant that helped us but he was a gem and Erica NP was very kind and detailed…I left with no questions unanswered.

Excuse the name above as my son also uses my account.Front desk woman of getting everyone in scheduled is and was rude. I was the first person to arrive there and I waited standing there as she finished off whatever she needed to get done and got all of my information for about 30 minutes. 7-8 more people started coming basically at once and she starts freaking out telling people they have to wait outside as there are to many people in the waiting room. No offense but maybe if they had someone a little more quicker to get the job done and someone else that doesn’t freak out because more people are coming in I wouldn’t have wrote the review. I left and had much rather gone in the emergency room as she told me I had to go fill out my paperwork in my car. Just because COVID is around doesn’t mean you get to be rude to people lady.

All the staff was so kind and caring. They made my one year old feel comfortable and helped us find quick answers to his discomfort.

The doctor, the nurse and receptionist were all very caring and kind. They put my daughter at ease. They met all my needs and wants with my daughter. They went the extra mile to explain how the covid test was and they had the results in less than 15 minutes. It was negative. When the doctor was doing his check on my daughter , she also needed to be checked for strep throat. They did the test and it was negative too. I highly recommend this clinic. We have had such a great experience with this little gem of a clinic. They have saved our family more than once. The staff are always so kind and efficient. The doctors are wonderful and compassionate. The doctor we most recently had uncovered what was really going on with my child, when we didn’t that was what it was based on symptoms. The physicians are so wonderful. The online check is the best I have experienced. So quick and efficient and allows for little interaction at front desk to avoid germs. I will continue bringing my family here.

We arrived 15 mins early and they got us right into a room!! Everyone was so nice and patient with my fussy toddler. I even got to fill out the intake forms online and pay ahead of time. As a bonus, no one shamed me or asked me to put on a mask. I will be eternally grateful for the kindness and professionalism we were shown.

Uodate: Janice the office manager called and is absolutely amazing and is getting all of this taken care of.We are going to get the crutches so kiddo can finally get off the sofa.We went yesterday and was there 2.5 hours waiting, I had to go ask when we would be seen and apparently we were marked already seen or something .Doctor finally seen kiddo and spent 5 secs with her said its a sprain (dont know if its foot or ankle).Said no weight for 5/7 days but no crutches either.I and to request they wrap it as she told me to go home and do it , after paying for a service they need to wrap it so they did after my request to do so.I left so confused and very unhappy with the provider we seen as there was absolutely no bedside manner or anything.We went once before and were pleased but yesterday was our 2nd visit and very unpleasant.

I was disappointed with the service received at this urgent care. The nurse practitioner did not know how to treat (first took a picture to send to her supervisor and then ended up sending us to the ER). At the ER I was told my son has a very common issue that is treated with an over the counter topical creme. This was a very expensive appointment since my deductible has not been met yet and I didn’t get any assistance or guidance that I was hoping for. I do not recommend this facility and will not use them in the future.

Dont believe all the fake 5-Star Reviews! DO NOT go here. Terrible experience. We went to our appointment on time, then had to wait for a couple hours to be seen - all while our toddler cried in pain. The clinic seemed understaffed and the attending medical professionals were frantic and loud the entire time. Before choosing this urgent care option, we confirmed on the phone and in person that they would accept our insurance. A month later, they mailed, emailed and called stating that they couldnt figure out how to work with our insurance company. The manager explained that they tried to figure out the problem, but they failed, so now its our problem to pay cash or else face collections. Part of the bill was even a Covid test for which theyre going to get reimbursed by the feds - why get paid once when you can charge twice right! While defending their shady behavior, they dutifully insult you on the phone by saying bills are the patients responsibility over and over on the phone just as their attorney coached them to do. Weve now paid cash way above the simple insurance copay that they promised to be the rate and were still not sure if these blood thirsty corporate leeches are satisfied. Urgent Care for Kids is entirely untrustworthy and we will never return.

I was so grateful for the team and staff after my 21 month old daughter fell and busted her chin open. This happened at 8:15 at night and I just scooped her up and rushed her over. They immediately took her back and cleaned her up and glued/steri-stripped her chin. She was terrified and crying of course and they were so attentive and patient with her. Afterwards, she got a popsicle and rubber ducky and it made her so happy. She left much happier than we came. Thank you all for your compassion!

The staff was beyond kind to my family. They quickly helped my son who had broken his arm while also giving my daughter a popsicle to help keep her occupied. They were very friendly and professional! Grateful for their help on a Sunday!

Service is great. Billing is awful. Billing keeps processing old insurance information, after several calls to update. I still show a bill for covid testing (should be free) from October 2020.

This was the easiest and best experience we ever have had at an urgent care. Very fast! They treated us so well, made my 11 year old daughter feel so much better!

The nurse and tech were phenomenal as always, front office staff were wonderful too!Buuuut, the provider definitely treated me poorly and dismissed what was going on with my child. When the nurse and tech could clearly see something was going on but the Doctor denied anything was going on. This does not inspire confidence in the provider. 2/5 during this specific visit solely because of the Doctor.

I dont like to leave negative comments but in this case I will. My son had a cough, fever and sneezing. I took him in to Urgent Care to have him checked out. He saw a nurse practitioner who looked him over. She declared that it was just allergies and he would get over it. The next day he had a 103.5 fever and as sick as I have ever seen him. I called a teledoc and he ordered antibiotics. Over the next week, he couldnt sleep, could hardly breathe from excessive mucus and peaked at 104.2 degree fever. It became so bad I took him to the hospital. They x-rayed his lungs. It was determined that he was fighting off two infections. I have never seen my child that sick. As a parent, that is the scariest of situations. Urgent Care declared that my son had allergies while he was fighting off two infections in order to survive.

I took my son here for the 1st time in May. We sat in a warm room with no ventilation & waited over 1 hour and 15 mins for a nurse. I saw 4 people working here on a Sunday. It seems they over booked their appointments and the nurse is playing catch-up.

Our 4 year old daughter had something fall & land on big toe. Immediately it turned black & of course she cried but then calmed down. The following day it was clear after being awake all night with pain & toe swelling from a hematoma she needed to be seen. Frightened as she’s never had anything like this happen she was quite upset. Crying screaming etc. Everyone was wonderful!!! Patient & so sweet. Talked to her so nicely even while she’s screaming & crying. Actually was allowed by daughter to put a blue thing on her finger, take her temp in her ear. She accepted a popsicle & even said thank you during her crying. Everyone was so patient, so kind & caring. Wish they could be her primary care as they are what we believe primary care doctors should be like. Doctors take note. If insurance companies will allow them for primary care we are in line for the sign up. Thank You to the doctors, nurses & even the receptionist for everything.. We were there May 9, 2021.

This urgent care was AMAZING, and also the only place I could find that does rapid COVID testing on an asymptomatic child. We had no wait, everything was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and good with kids (which is unfortunately not always the case with a pediatric urgent care), and at the end of our visit, they made my kiddos day by giving her a rubber duck! I hope I never have to use a pediatric urgent care again, but if I do, itll definitely be this location. They truly made the experience as painless and pleasant as it possibly could be.

My son was taken care of at Kids urgent care and eventually got the medication he needed. But they were mixing up my son and a whole other patient the entire time. So bc of that they did not send his correct medication needed and had to wait another day for that because the provider didn’t answer her phone? My concern is what other patients are getting mixed up with the wrong medications because the staff isn’t paying attention!!! So scary.

Always fast service nice wonderful clean. Knowledgeable!!!. I pick here over my sons PCP. 😂

I recently took my son to this urgent care and was extremely impressed by the entire staff - They were all extremely kind, empathetic and professional. From booking the appointment online to checking out everything was quick and easy. I will definitely use this urgent care next time and would recommend.

It was quick and easy to set up the virtual visit. the covid test was a breeze and easy to get done, and was done curbside so we didnt have to go into the clinic. I recommend them 100%.

We got absolutely wonderful treatment from the staff here! My daughter broke her arm and they treated her with such care and kindness. They did an assessment, x-rays, gave her a temporary cast, explained everything in detail to me and gave me guidance on how to proceed. If I have any more kiddos with urgent needs, Urgent Care for Kids will be my first stop.

Very easy to get an appointment online for Covid testing for my daughter. The staff was friendly and very efficient. Fast and quick results and answered all my questions. I left without worrying and confused about The issues.

Felt like I needed to get covid tested around 3:30. Got the virtual call at 4:10 and was able to get tested at 4:45 with results at 5:20. Truly exceptional. Organized professional. The test didn’t go through my brain and did not hurt. Thank you everyone

Dr. Flores was incredible, we drove an hour to get to this place since it was one of the only urgent cares that does covid testing for pediatrics that’s free. He caught symptoms that our PCP missed and was so kind and thorough. He talked us through payment and was so unbelievably kind, as scared first time parents of our 2 year old he more than reassured us and educated us more than I’m sure he had to. Thank you Dr. Flores, we really really appreciate you ❤️

Absolutely Rude office staff in front

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Everyone that my son and I encountered were very nice and they did everything in their power to make him feel safe and at ease.

I was pleased with the staff and Dr. Flores. We arrived at 8:40 pm as a walk in patient and they treated my daughter promptly. Dr. Flores was patient and thorough with his explanation and answered my questions. Would return in the future.

Easy online booking - even for a covid test. Got an evening appointment after work and updates via texts w links to fill out patient questionnaire, insurance, etc - did it on my phone in the parking lot! They got my son and I back early and made us feel more at ease by greeting us w smiles and introducing themselves. Everyone was very nice, considerate and professional. The doctor was easy to talk to and checked in on us before we left, Dr’s note in hand. Got a text after the appointment w a link for the appointment summary in case I couldn’t remember everything after my long day at work.Thank you to the staff.

Got my COVID test done at the Frisco Location. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I got a same day appointment. The virtual evaluation was quick but thorough. The check in process was seamless and the test didnt hurt. They called me with my results in about 20 min.I highly recommend them.

I had to take my child in for a Covid test as she had a few symptoms of it. They saw us quickly and all of the staff were kind and patient. My child was terrified of having the test, but they talked her through it and she left smiling. What better recommendation could I give?

We came in with my son who was having an asthma flare up. They evaluated him right we we walked in the door and the doctor checked him immediately. They told us we needed to go to the ER given the severity and helped me with directions and where to go. They were so calming while I was in a panicked state and really appreciate how quickly they managed the situation.

We came in for Covid testing on Christmas Eve, and everyone was so friendly and happy to help us. Dr. Flores took a lot of time with us explaining what we needed to know. Highly recommend!

We’ve used Urgent Care for Kids for a couple years and continue to recommend them to our friends. They know and remember our children and utilize technology well for scheduling appointments and billing. Staff is always friendly and we never feel rushed out of the office as they always ask our kids if they have any more questions. As it happened my child did have a question which led to a quick check —over and we discovered something else that was easily addressed.

Not personable at all. I wouldnt recommended it as a dog vet either. Very disappointed and will not be returning. They never gave us the results, they just came in and started asking questions and then I asked. After the practitioner left and never came back. I asked if we could leave and they said yes. I was like do we get medicine or what are the instructions. The only instructions was how to leave. They were very rude.

The medical team from the time you walk in the door are always courteous professional and very attentive to the kids needs. I love that equipment is at the facility so that you don’t have to do a second visit anywhere to get confirmed answers. I also love that if prescriptions are needed they are usually called in to your pharmacist which makes getting the kids home quicker! Very knowledgeable staff where it’s evident patient care is first!

We took our 5yo son to Urgent Care for Kids - Frisco for virus-like symptoms. Given the current circumstances, we wanted to get him tested for COVID and were able to get results within 15 minutes. Dr. Flores and his staff did an exceptional job in making sure my son was comfortable during the entire process. They went above and beyond my expectations and not that we want to be back any time soon, I am relieved to know my children will be taken care of in emergency situations.

I came in tonight around 630 since my son had a small gash on his forehead. I apologize in advance for not having had taken anyone’s name down so I can recognize them properly.The front receptionist was very friendly and quick to register us. We were seated and seen in the triage room fairly quickly by a kind gentleman. He then took us to the procedure room and was professional and kind. Seeing that my 3 year old wasn’t going to let anyone near his wound he came back with a popsicle and offered it to my son in exchange for him to look at his forehead. He cleaned my son’s wound quickly and efficiently which was appreciated! Next a woman came to evaluate his wound and see what stitches would be needed. She didn’t come empty handed though. She came with another popsicle and a kid medallion necklace (which he wants to show to his friends at school now)! She was also very gentle and friendly to my son and I. She patched him up and gave me instructions on how to care for it. All of this was done in an hr!There’s a reason I come to this urgent care time and time again. It’s for their quick turn around time, friendliness, and expertise. Thank you to each of you who helped my son tonight!

Great friendly place. Love the experience. Doctor and supporting members focused on not letting us go until they got to the root of the problem to diagnose and provide a solution. They were friendly and warm. Upon my entering the front desk person realized I goofed in making the online appointment and helped me correct the problem quickly. The support staff kept us informed on what to expect next and explained in detail without me asking questions.
