I just want to say thank you for Dr. Bradly! Thank you to all the nurses who assist us on our days in and really grateful to have you guys watch over us and our daughter! I really love this place ✊🏾 great people who really make a difference at thei jobs and see kids born everyday. Never had hospital food like theirs (100% inlove with their hash brown potatoes) I also want to thank the servers and cooks who took our orders as well!! If you are having a child months from please I recommend this hospital 👍🏾. This place has ton of accessibility for handicapped wheelchair individuals

The procedure for my special needs brother-in-law ran smoothly from start to finish. Every staff member did their job well and it ran like a well-oiled machine. Great attitudes and kindness toward my brother were plentiful. It made a difficult day not so bad. The lobby is spectacular with its comfy seating in an arrangement that allows for some privacy. Also, much appreciated amenities like coffee and muffins. Overall the best hospital experience we have EVER had!

Had to come for ER visit due to after surgery complication. The staff in the ER have been efficient,professional and caring having consideration for all my special needs at the moment. From the moment I walked in the door the receptionists were able to meet all my needs quickly and kindhearted showing nothing but selflessness. Nurse tony and triage nurse gave me the full attention due. The dr ,Dr. Karen had the best bedside manner I have to date found . She listened to every word spoken. And ordered all tests that were appropriate and deemed necessary for my case and problems. Luv luv luv this hospital! And my Dr….. Dr Bryan Hood is def well worth your time! He has all the attributes and more of a kind caring physician for this hospital ❤️I hope this helps many seeking treatments! They will leave the light on 🤩❤️

Went to the ER after I hurt my knee. Staff kept apologizing for the wait but it was the fastest ER experience I have ever been through even with x-rays. The front desk, nursing, and physician were all wonderful and diagnosed the fracture faster than I ever thought possible. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Thanks again.

Excellent Culture caring staff And attention to every detail made my surgery as easy as possible. This is easily the finest hospital I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to some great ones. The lobby is nicer than some hotels!

I brought my mother here after she had been really ill for a few weeks. The staff was very attentive and took amazing care of her! Dr. Fitzgerald is the absolute BEST!!!! Jamie (an ER Nurse), was exceptional and made my mom feel extremely comfortable during her intake. I would HIGHLY recommend this hospital to others.

Moved to TX from NYC when I was 4 months pregnant. One of my biggest concerns about not knowing anything about the area was the quality of the hospital where I would be delivering my first baby. Baylor Scott and White in Frisco did not disappoint.The hospital is clean, well maintained and based on my experience, quiet.The staff are all so friendly and professional. My room was well set up, the temperature perfect and even my husband found the fold up couch comfortable to sleep on.The nurses rounded on me and baby frequently and made sure we all had everything we needed.The food was the most surprising part, it was DELICIOUS!! I couldn’t believe I was eating hospital food, it was restaurant quality for sure.

The staff at this hospital is so caring and always on top of everything. I want to say thank you to nurses Anne, Lisa, Adam, Lily, Destiny and Linda. The food was very good as well. My surgeon Dr. Kathryn White did a great job fixing my insides. I was up and walking the same evening as my surgery.

I had a wonderful experience at Friscos Baylor Scott and White Medical Center (Warren location) during my surgery time there. The nurses were so nice and accommodating in every possible way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely want any future medical services to be scheduled here.

The facility is very warm and welcoming. The staff at the front desk are very efficient and organized. The staff always appear to like their jobs and work at making your appointment as pleasant as possible. They make it easy to keep track of your progress while you are in their care.

I’ve been coming here since 2004 and Is the only hospital I will go to unless I cannot enforce to receive care at another facility no shade meant. The quality of care from the doctors to the nurses to all the technical staff, reception to restaurant quality heathy food that’s served in the cafeteria to custodial to private rooms all are top notch . Thanks to JL and other great docs there is no other choice.

The communication from intake to release was spot on. Having clear and accurate information made the visit less stressful and reiterated the fact that I was in good hands. The OR staff was top-notch and the experience from this visit was on par with my previous experience. Consistency is a good thing.

Everyone was super friendly and made me feel like they cared. Good experience all around. From checking in to getting my IV, to waking up in recovery, everyone provided good, excellent service and care.

The labor and delivery department was absolutely amazing! Every single associate was compassionate, kind, and caring! They made our experience unforgettable and were truly thankful!!Also, the food was delicious! Weve never experienced anything like this before at a hospital. We had a celebration menu and on our last day we were able to pick out a lobster and steak. What an exceptional experience!

Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant to have for the services I was being provided. Linda in recovery was very kind and when she asked what I wanted to drink I said tea at first and then asked if it was sweet. She said no and I said never mind I will have the coffee as I didnt have mine this morning. She went above and beyond in making a sweet tea and bringing me coffee as well.

The People. From an easy telephone check-in to my check-out, and in-between (Summer; Kelly; anesthesiologist was not only excellent, but a great personality which calmed anyones nerves; a second person who held my hand, rubbed my arm until I was asleep; and of course Dr. Banker, who saw me before and after surgery was excellent. I loved that I didnt have to change beds in the surgery/procedure room, thus eliminating that hassle of blankets and tubes moving over with me. Excellent.

This is probably one of the best hospitals I have been to, everyone was so nice and professional, surgery went well recovery went well, I have no complaints about anything here with the hospital or the people, they treated me and my family very well. We had a great experience. All the nurses were excellent. Tanner, the recovery nurse, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was positive.

It feels like a very nice hotel, reception (admissions) gets you admitted with a smile. There’s coffee in the lobby, the nurse brings you to the prep area where everything is ready and friendly people make you comfortable. Then when your procedure is done and you are ready to leave they drop you at your destination. A smooth, professional, well-run facility with a very caring staff.

The nurses and doctor, everyone provided such incredible care and service. They made me feel like a queen giving birth, honestly did not expect labor and delivery to be such a good experience. 10/10 I would come back here to give birth. Shout out to Brenda, Kimisha, Jay, Michelle, Olivia, Ana, Janie, and Dr. Bailey, I’ll never forget y’all!

We LOVE BSWMC Frisco. We had our first child here and the entire experience from beginning to end was one we can remember fondly. (I know that is lucky but the staff and hospital had a lot to do with it). The birthing classes were inclusive and very detailed. We were given several booklets to help out once we had returned home. I highly recommend this hospital, the Drs. and resources.

Everyone that you interact with from the front door to the operating table (if it goes that far!), are very pleasant to deal with. Going to a hospital is stressful enough but made so much better when you can talk with caring and compassionate people!

My recovery and stay at Baylor Frisco was amazing. Every staff member was kind, caring, and polite. My nurses were superb. The cafeteria staff was efficient and the food was delicious. Housekeeping was super polite. I have zero complaints about my time here.

I used Baylor Frisco for my delivery of my second child and had the best experience. The nurses, doctors and staff were very compassionate and caring and made me feel at home the three days I was there. They addressed all my questions kindly, were very supportive and did not show any impatience or judgement (especially with things like wanting use formula). Also, the food here is probably the best hospital food I’ve ever had. They provided three meals for both me and my husband for each day and each meal was delicious :)

Felt more like a retreat than surgery! Clean and calm and efficient. Staff is superb from registration through pre-op, surgery, post-op and discharge. Perfection!

Sitting here in the ER for the Rona and patient service has been absolutely excellent! I walked in and I was immediately welcomed professionally and treated like a valuable patient! I was rapidly processed, taken to a private room, and seen by the ER DR., Dr. Abidi who also provided excellent care! A+

Another hospital that could care less....from walking in the E.r. to sitting in room without being checked on for over a hour. Should have known when the intake nurse rolled her eyes when checked in about being unemployed. Another oh heres some fluid your fine and call this specialist upon release . Ty thatll y $1600.00 ....Hospitals arent there to help unless you are rich!

I loved the services offered by Baylor Scott hospital. The staff was very friendly. They were monitoring me all the time. I delivered a healthy baby on 23rd of June. The staff was extremely helpful and patient. They took utmost care of me like how my mom will.. The hospital was very neat and clean. Postpartum care and monitoring was awesome too.. Food services was excellent too. The celebration meal was good. The nurses and the doctors were really patient. I would highly recommend this hospital for labor and delivery.

Hospital was like a well oiled machine form check in to check out. I was there for a procedure and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The nurses were very good and ready for everything. Even the Chaplain stopped by and had a prayer for me.

I am completely impressed with BSW Medical Center in Frisco. The facility itself is very nice and clean. All the staff professional and friendly making everyone feel very comfortable. We even at in the cafeteria while we were there and the food was really delicious. I will always insist to use this facility for whatever procedure may be scheduled for me or a family member.

I had been to a previous ER with Covid and then I came here to Baylor Frisco. Staff did Not make me feel uncomfortable nor I was an undesirable being for having Covid like at the previous ER. Here at Baylor even the lady who checked me in showed attentive caring assistance. The nurse and the doctor were right on target on how they were going to treat my condition and how to help me recover faster of an illness that created severe anxiety on me. The room was also comfortable and I didn’t even feel the needle of the iv going in. I truly had a fabulous experience and will return back here

Every member of staff was extremely helpful, kind and sincere during our stay. The nurses were hyper-focused on my and my babys best care and always went above and beyond in everything they did. The food services staff were so pleasant and always timely. The housekeeping staff were always very respectful and quick in completing their duties. Both rooms were comfortable and clean. It was by far my best hospital/labor and delivery experience ever. Thank you for making the experience so memorable.

Being new to the area, I did not know what to expect. I found everything about Baylor Scott & White to be exceptional. Registration was easy, the day of surgery, everyone treated me very well. The nurses were great and helped ease any anxiety there may have been. The waiting area is very comfortable and inviting. Just a great visit.

Everything from the moment I was admitted to discharge was great. I work in a hospital so I kind of had an idea if what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by everything. The food is great, the rooms are spotless, the facility is really nice, and the nurses and doctors all wonderful. They had everything I needed and made my delivery and care of new baby wonderful.

We just had our baby girl delivered at Baylor Frisco and had a wonderful experience! Everything exceeded our expectations from the nursing staff to the lactation consultants to the the nursery staff and even the food. We would no doubt deliver here again should we decide to have another child in the future!

I had a hysterectomy at your facility. The staff at the hospital were amazing! Everyone we encountered was from the people who did my pre-op testing to the lady who cleared my food dishes were friendly and empathetic. I was truly terrified of having the IV placed (due to a previous bad experience)but Kim, my pre-op nurse walked me through it step by step and made sure it was as pain free as possible. My anesthesiologist was absolutely wonderful, he made me feel relaxed and engaged with fun riddles. Terry, my nurse, was especially wonderful! I truly believe this was my best visit to a hospital ever. I am so thankful that what would normally have been a very stressful time for me was made very comfortable.

Never had a bad experience with them and I’ve been with them almost a year.. Dr Butler and his staff have been awesome. I had one procedure for a crush injury. He gave it to me play by play. He told me what to expect, what not to expect and gives it to you straight. Usually in and out of appointments pretty quickly. I feel this place genuinely cares.

The overweight woman with short hair and blue eyes acted completely unprofessional, she had an attitude and was sarcastic the whole time. Everyone else was very respectful the doctor was polite to us but all complaints goes towards that woman. Bad customer service.

From the time I arrived until I was leaving I felt like I was the most important person there. Erin in pre op. was great. My nurse in recovery was super and Summer was the best. Love them all.

I had a kidney stone pop up suddenly and I was treated as soon as I walked in the door. I was maybe there an hour and a half! The staff was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and explained everything in detail with me. Absolutely great place to be during a scary time of your life!

I was well pleased by labor and delivery staff this time around. Everyone was pleasant and really helpful. My only complaint is that the rooms are badly in need of a refresh/remodel. It looks like that is already in the works judging by what I saw in the hallways.

Went in because I wasnt for sure if I was having a major health crisis or just a panic attack. The nurses and doctor were very thorough in my examination and didnt administer meds just because I thought that was what I needed. They gave the correct tests to rule out any major health concerns. I may have a hefty bill, but I received excellent care at BS&W Frisco at Warren and Legacy.

Very warm welcoming staff and caring from the secretary up to the doctor that attended me. It surprised me that 2 days after a doctor call me to follow up. That’s awesome!

We felt cared for, seen and valued. Starting at the front desk, the nurses and the dr. It was truly an amazing experience for us - everything was done efficiently and the dr. even set up a follow up visit with a surgeon for us. Thank you for making an uncertain moment very peaceful. We chose to come in because of the phone call with the front desk. My husband felt the woman he spoke to was knowledgeable and kind. He called other places. So glad we chose this location!

Where to grow: It’s not helpful to tell someone to calm down. Use effective calming techniques instead :).

Surgery started as scheduled. Staff was able to answer my questions. It was clean which is a good thing being a hospital. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially with covid. Great experience.

Nursing staff and front staff were wonderful. The doctor was unpleasant, rude to accompanying family members, seemed unconcerned and didnt want to listen. I would not recommend taking the time to go here. I was from out of town and did not know where to go.

Had nightmares with the mistake they have made. Still not recovered fully. Frustrated with tge answer when they say we are not responsible. Baby hasn’t delivered under tree…in the hospital only, I can argue even with SC judge also that the mistake they have made fully responsible by Baylors Scott for not sending the prescription to the pharmacy.The worst hospitality and very reckless and careless response.So I wouldn’t recommend this hospital.I am not sure this is the way they treat in USA, I never seen this in europe. Thought USA also same as Europe. Looks like its not. Here they keen on finances and making money than the hospitality.

The emergency room care I received was way beyond what I expected. The staff was very helpful and attentive and genuinely cared to provide me with the emergency assistance that I needed. I drove all the way from Mesquite and passed quite a few emergency rooms along the way, and outside of a time-sensitive health matter Id definitely do it again.

The staff were super quick and super nice to me and I didn’t feel like I was just another number but like they really genuinely cared and from the heart and with smiles and most efficiently and professionally they took good care of me.

I had foot surgery at Baylor on Dec 14. The hospital felt very safe and everyone wore masks. Everything was clean and the waiting room was beautiful, especially in its holiday decoration. Every person on the staff who cared for me was friendly, kind, and attentive! The surgery went swimmingly, and my recovery period in the hospital was comfortable and pleasant. I would not hesitate to use this great hospital again!

Baylor is such a comfortable and accommodating hospital! I delivered both of my babies there (February 2019 & November 2020) and also had a day surgery there in April 2018. Each time I visit Baylor Frisco, I am impressed. The staff is kind and supportive, the facility itself is clean and inviting, and the food is amazing! My husband and I were legitimately looking forward to staying there again for our second baby’s delivery. Thanks to the amazing staff, I can look back on my labor and delivery experiences fondly. I delivered my second child at Baylor Frisco, a couple of weeks ago. And again, my experience was out of this world. The nurses and my doctor, Jennifer Gulick, were extremely helpful and supportive. I trusted my doctor with every decision because she only wanted the best for me and my child. A few great nurses that I remember were Amy, Michelle, Cecilia, Tina, Michelle, Jennie, along with all the NICU nurses that took care of my baby. Thank you very very much for everything you all did to take care of me and my baby. Also, the food, especially the french toast, was exemplary! I highly recommend Baylor Frisco for any future mothers trying to find the best care for themselves and their baby.

Had an awesome experience at this hospital! I had gallbladder removal and it was my first time going under for surgery. The staff was amazing from start to finish. My surgeon was Dr. Carassco. He very talented and skilled. Very glad I chose him to do my surgery. He explains everything about the procedure and after care. He also prayed with me which calmed my nerves. He was very positive and confident about the surgery which I appreciated. I also would recommend him for any surgical needs. The surgical assist, anesthesiologist and OR nurses were very comforting and made me feel relaxed. The nurses during my post op care were great as well! Answered all my questions and managed my pain. Definitely would recommend!

Everyone that we came in contact with while birthing our new baby girl WAS INCREDIBLE. From the front door staff, security, housekeeping all the way to the nurses, doctors and technicians, encompassed pure professionalism & kindness. The fascility was spotless & had everything we could have needed. The food was fantastic & the beds/ rooms were big & comfortable. Every person that I came in contact with At Baylor Scott and White in Frisco was wonderfully nice, helpful and I was made to feel so comfortable and well cared for. Also, not only is this a Beautiful facility but it is so well kept and clean. I dont want to be in a hospital anywhere; especially right now with Covid in our lives but if it becomes or became necessary Im sure I would feel safe and secure there. Have had a proceedure myself here and a relative had one as well. Once you get past the pedantic front desk customer service staff the place is not that bad. Be careful signing their information disclosure agreement. It basically says they can give your information to anyone for any reason. Im sure theyre selling it. Theyll pressure you to sign it. But you dont have to. When you refuse theyll have to clear it with upper management which is true for anything against what the front desk customer service robots are programmed to do.

This is one of the nicest hospitals Ive been in. Very modern and the people are truly fantastic.

Sent me home with a 104.5 fever. Only did covid test, flu, strep, urine check, and xray. I ended up at a different hospital the next day admitted for 5 days with a infection in my blood. They should of did blood work on me. Fever that high is nothing to mess around with.

I have used this facility several times since moving to Frisco and each and every time I felt well cared for, and had friendly, helpful employees.

A team of nurses and a doctor saw me and spoke to me politely and professionally. The doctor was knowledgeable and informative and he answered all my questions. I was so scared and he was so great!Although I am a visitor,I would recommend this doctor to the world.Unfortunately, at 76,I cannot remember the Doctor’s name. I know it begins with “D”

The nurses are incredibly kind and make you feel at ease. They made my surgery less daunting and I felt comfortable while being in their care.

They have a nurse that works in the NICU posting that she’s unvaccinated and will never get the shot. Why is someone like that working with the most vulnerable patients!?

Dr.Admire and nurse Matt made my visit way more comfortable. The way they both took the time to explain everything to me and actually see what’s wrong with me is definitely the best hospital service I’ve ever received. Everyone is so kind as well. If you need an emergency room, this is the place to go. 10/10

Im so grateful that my Dr used Baylor for my surgery using the DaVinci Robotic System. The nurses were kind and so helpful. From Britney in pre-op, to Trena and Maria in post labor. They were kind and went above and beyond to help and take care of me. My mother was even helped by the Administrator, I think by Mr Terrell, as she was trying to find my room. She was not able to find anyone who could direct her and was getting flustered. He happened to pass by and took the time to help her. Also, we want to thank the security guard, Rodger, who was also helpful. Thank you to everyone in Baylor.

I’ve been to this hospital about 4 times. Every time I encounter a staff member that doesn’t want to help me out. I come in as respectful as can be, ask if they can direct me to a particular room, doctor, floor, whatever info I’m given at the time. No one seems to know where they are at in this hospital. I think it would be wise to have all staff trained on where everything is in the building. I shouldn’t have to go to 3 different people in order to get a simple question answered like where is suite 436 or whatever it may be. When people are needing help, step up and guide them to where they need to be. I had a lady on the 4th floor just sitting in front of a door at a desk in her work clothes. She straight stared at her cell phone screen as she was talking to me. She could not give me any help and it was very frustrating to go back down to the first floor and search for someone to answer my questions. The signage in the building is horrible on the first floor. Nothing guiding you where you need to go. This is a business and should be treated as one.
