My Cousin had a Baby Boy here on July/10/2021…! Staff over here are excellent in taking care 🙏. I loved the hospitality from the nurses. Room are very clean with an excellent view facing the highway & Sun Set. Cinemark Theater is 2 minutes away to walk which is opposite. Extra people can visit there to spend time without getting bored in the hospital. Free parking on the opposite buildings.

The staff was well organized, friendly and professional. It was extremely busy given it was a non-COVID facility. I had to spend one night and while I stayed on the surgical floor in the recovery room the staff was amazing, kind and caring. I felt well taken care of, my needs met and I’m thankful for my experience. Each nurse was amazing and made me felt important. I was able to leave the next day with little difficulty or negative time wasting. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

We just got home from delivering a baby at Medical City Frisco. The entire L&D staff was amazing as were all the people that attended to our son. Loved our experience here and felt very well cared for! The facilities are beautiful and clean too! Thank you for making our first two days with our son a dream! We are forever grateful for everyone on our medical care team!

From initial contact and check in to getting me to my vehicle safely, I could not have expected better care. Everyone was extremely professional and seemed to truly care about my procedure. My wife was kept up to date with my procedure. Absolutely no complaints!

Only place that would see me post Covid. The nurses were great. Every new shift of nurses would come in and introduce themselves. They always made sure I was comfortable and also made sure all of my necessities were met plus the facilities are great.

More than a mere vibe or super attentiveness, I was impressed by capable hands from the moment I checked in for surgery. This experience has changed my view of hospital care teams. MCF is the best.

I had back surgery and was taken very good care of. I had 4 different nurses and did not have a problem with any of them. The staff was exceptional and if my nurse was busy another would check to see if everything was good. Very clean and respectful from everyone I met. No complaints about the service or nurses or staff. I live in Oklahoma but had surgery in Texas, no problem. Thank you for taking the time to take care of me. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

My visit to Medical City Frisco was outstanding. From minute I walked in door I was greeted and within 5 minutes was admitted. The pre-op nurses were very thoughtful and caring throughout my stay with them. The post-op team was equally attentive and caring. Very clean and inviting. I was directed to a seating area in the lobby where a person from admissions came in to go over information with me. Next, a technician came and gathered me and took me upstairs to where my tests would be conducted. He was very nice and accommodating. He then escorted me to the exit when I was finished. Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out in no time. Love Medical City, Frisco!

As far as labor and delivery, everything was perfect. The nurses were great and the food was pretty good for a hospital. Everything went smoothly and they seemed to really care about the quality of my stay. The rooms are so nice!! I felt like I was staying at a hilton. Btw, I loved not having to move from one room to another after having my baby. I know it’s this way simply until the hospital expands but I hope it stays this way.

The care and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Outstanding procedures and customer service in place and carried out by every staff member, from the doctors and nurses to the front desk personnel. Ive NEVER had a more positive experience in any hospital (and Im 70!!).

I was greeted and cared for from the moment I walked in through the doors. From the ladies checking me in, to the RN Esther who took care of me in recovery, every one was professional and caring.

This hospital is absolutely the best hospital to deliver your baby!From the time I came dramatically through the front doors and delivered 15 minutes later, the staff was calm, competent, and on-point, despite my panicked state. And even after delivery, the staff has been the sweetest, most caring and compassionate group of individuals that I’ve had the pleasure to meet. It’s obvious that their top priority is patient care, just from the way they speak to you, answering questions fully and with confidence, to even the way the nutrition center checks in to see if an order is needed, if not already submitted.I’ve been so impressed with their level of service that I felt compelled to share my experience with anyone who can benefit from using this hospital.

The staff was amazing. They answer all of our (wife and mine) questions. They were kind and courteous. Patient and understanding. I would go back for next surgery.

I just had my baby July 25 2021. The staff was amazing. I had no complaints. They didn’t have an attitude when I called for help or when I called for anything. They had great bedside manner and talked me through everything before they did anything. They had a plan from the start and communication was their strong suite! My favorite nurses were Rachel, and Whitney. They were amazing! I got sick during my labor and they were just the best nurses to comfort me. All the staff were bubbly and outgoing but Rachel and Whitney went above and beyond for me and my baby!

The nurses was great and provided great care and er was just as great. The only hiccup was being discharged but that was due to insurance not the hospital itself. I do think Drs need to communicate with each team member thats on care a little better because it made things confusing at times.

This was my first admission to a hospital. Everyone was nice, professional and informative every step of the way. The night-shift nurse (Amber) was amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the whole ordeal. I really appreciate her, doctors, nurses and staff for making this stay much less stressful. Thank you.

The medical team was wonderful. They were quick to respond to my medical needs upon arriving via ambulance while also expressing compassion. They seemed to anticipate my every need. Over all it was a great experience as far as hospitals go. The only thing that could have been handled better was they told me to take as long as I need in the er, to rest and recover. Fifteen minutes later, they were pushing us out the door. It was probably shift change and they want to close out my report.

Walked in too The ER I was taken back to a room and was taken care of quickly. All the staff were great. It was a awesome experience.

The hospital and all the staff were incredible. I will be having surgery there next month and feel like I will be in good hands. My only problem with my time there was the scheduling. The time of the endoscopy was moved up 3 1/2 hours which would have been great except no one notified the ultrasound tech or department to move me up on their schedule so the endoscopy was done before ultrasound so I had to wait and continue to fast for a few more hours. We were there from 7:30 till after three.

It started as soon as I walked into the door. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was top notch. I felt very calm for my surgery. I am very happy my surgery went well but if had to go back to Medical City Frisco I would not hesitate.

Wow, my visit at this hospital was PHENOMENAL! The labor and delivery staff are truly gifted and are in the perfect field! I came in after complications at 30 weeks 3 days with contractions and Nya was my primary care nurse. She was amazing, gifted in this field, but everyone was extremely comforting. Nya was very attentive and listened to every concern I had. Ashley Coker was the charge nurse and I promise every sentence was filled with so much love, never met a stranger. Ashley and Nya gave me so much care post natal care, it nearly brought me to tears. Wendy and Emily were also terrific nurses as well that assisted every step of the way! This team is truly a family and worked so well together! I was admitted to the hospital and had my baby within and hour and a half. The doctor could not even make it in time but these wonderful women made the right calls, were ON IT, they delivered my baby! I couldnt believe how blessed I was to have these amazing women in my life at this exact perfect time. Dr Ortiz came and delivered afterbirth, literally was pulled out during assisting a c section. I just felt so comfortable with how confident everyone was. Hospital is gorgeous! Reminds me more of a hotel than hospital. Very relaxing. I cannot forget Terry, my lactation consultant. So full of knowledge and taught me soooo much about breast feeding and handled everything with care. My son is in the NICU and all the nurses are also excellent at what they do! They love what they do and want to educate the parents so they can know their babies are always monitored, cared for and most of all protected. Thank you everyone 💓!

I recently had hip replacement surgery at Medical City Frisco and cannot think of enough positive things to say about my experience there. The facility is very well run, efficient, and comfortable. But the staff is truly exceptional. The doctors, nurses, therapists, and administrative personnel were all exemplary.. Everyone I encountered was professional and caring, making me feel that that the success of my surgery and my well being were top priorities. I am very pleased with my experience and thankful for all that Medical City Frisco has done for me.

All staff, nurses, and doctors were amazing during my baby delivery. They took care of all of my concerns, random paperwork that was needed with a new baby, and specific needs during my stay. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in regards to kindness and care and Id recommend this hospital for anyone having a baby.

I had a total knee replacement, this hospital is one of the best out there . Staff is awesome. Kristi and Staci are great number one in my book . Food was good too .

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Medical City Frisco. From check-in to check-out we received such incredible care and attention to all of our needs. We went in for a scheduled C-section for our first baby. The anesthesiologist was thorough, explained the procedure, helped calm my nerves and explained the whole process during the entire surgery. Making sure to check in with me to make sure I was staying calm. The nurses were top notch! They always asked is there anything else I can help with before I leave? EVERY TIME! With most of them, if not all, being moms, they were also able to give reassurance as we learned how to care for our newborn.We will definitely be coming back when were expecting baby #2!

Best hospital ever! The nurses and doctors are amazing. The facility is beautiful and neat. They have all services, laboratory, imaging, etc. The Emergency Room is definitely one of the most chaotic areas in a hospital, but the staff work hard to provide the care and attention that all patients need.

Outstanding and excellent service!! I was in ICU for 5 days with the most professional and friendly nurses, physical therapy guy, cafe delivery , and cleaning staff!!! They all made a painful experience bearable and at times fun to be around. I felt they took pride in their professions and truly wanted to help me. The nurses are super awesome it took 3 nurses to find a vein to draw blood just because I have stubborn veins lol. I never felt any of the punctures or was there as bruise. Dr Berry was fantastic the little outpatient surgery I had felt like it gave me my life back. Thank you to everyone that took part in my procedure!!

Every staff member from the ER, Diagnostic and floor teams were incredibly professional and accommodating. Help was given the second it was needed. I’m so grateful to the team at this hospital for your care. Thank you! This is the best hospital I have ever been to.

I hate to be “that guy”The staff were phenomenal so this isn’t a “issue” with doctors/nurses/staff. They deserve more than 5 stars.My issue is the Covid 19 policies.They ask you to wear a mask (which is fine) but I cannot bring my 3 year old son to meet his new baby sister or visit his mother in the hospital. So I had to get my sister to come babysit from 5 hours away (still fine) but the logic doesn’t make sense.My son lives at home with me, so if he’s sick I’m probably sick. Why not test the immediate family members before entering the facility? I’m left jumping through hoops because the hospitals policies.Sort of ruined a huge family experience in my opinion. Nice hospital, nice staff but the policies are kind of nonsense.

This was my second time at MC Frisco. The first time in April, the staff saved my life and then in July they were phenomenal in my care while having surgery to hI would like to recognize the ICU nurses, ER team and the OP Cardiac surgery team, recovery group and all of the nurses. I love you all! Thank You

Everything was great and everyone was nice and helpful. The only confusing thing was on the nurses board in the room it had several names of all the nurses on it so when I didnt remember my nurses name I still didnt know who to ask for. That seemed weird every other time I have been in a hospital the nurse introduces themselves and fills out the board with their name so you know where to look if you forget or have questions. A small thing I know but knowing your nurses name when you are in a hospital and not being confused about that is an important and comforting thing. Seems odd and lazy on the part of the nurses that they cant remember to write their name down when introducing themselves to each patient.

I would give zero stars if I could...My wife and I are very unhappy with the billing departments. Our insurance has pointed out to us where we were double billed/over billed. we tried contacting for help and get a resolution. we are being charged 5x the amount quoted to us at time of delivery. no one has responded and cares to resolve the issues. the answer is pay or we will send to collections.. Sad they treat people this way. 🤬 I am a Disabled Veteran and am seeking support and help from the VA to resolve this matter hopefully!

Dr. Lauren Dawson and Brock were absolutely the best. They took very good care of me.

They could not have cared less about my medical well being. I was given a cursory EKG, told I suffered from CHF, and released. The next day, I went to Presbyterian Plano, where I was admitted for 3 days, given much needed antibiotics, change in blood pressure meds and the very best of care. I would not send my dead dog to Medical City Frisco, nor recommend my worst enemy to Medical City Frisco!!!

The surgery center staff was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When asked if there was someone special that I wanted to point out, I could not because everyone was great. The follow up Get Well Card was a nice touch!

The equipment my surgeon was to use on my spine went down at the hospital I was previously scheduled to have my surgery at. After doing all of the paperwork I was informed I would need to go to Medical City Frisco where my doctor also had privileges at. Well, I think this was meant to be! This hospital was incredible from start to finish! Beautiful hospital. Kind hospital employees at every level. I cant say enough about my hospital stay...it was amazing!

From check-in to release, the staff was efficient, cohesive, fluid, informative, sensitive to my needs. Testing and results were expedient and detailed. Communication was excellent. Team cohesion was evident.Follow up was thorough.Overall, best ER experience of my lifetime.

Labor and delivery and NICU were absolutely wonderful. I felt comfortable and confident with the medical staff caring for my daughter and I. I took away a star for the dusty room, the bloody trashcan and the food. I will say that the food was the worst part of my experience and that is including my 34 hours worth of labor. Not necessarily the service just the food itself. It also wouldnt hurt to dust the room especially the patient/guest cabinet. As soon as they rolled me into my room my skinned started to itch.

When I checked in at the ER on September 8 at around 7 AM due to persistent pain, I was led in immediately, cared for without a wait and home by around 4 PM, having had my pesky appendix removed. Can’t say enough about the kind, efficient care offered by all involved.

Overall the hospital was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was in L&D. Carine was an exceptional nurse. She exceeded my expectations in all ways!!

My husband was in following surgery and the entire staff was wonderful! Everyone was very responsive and caring and wanted to make sure we were both comfortable at all times. I actually told someone we were “checking out” rather than “being discharged” on the day we were leaving so I guess that slip pretty much says it all. Can’t say enough good things about everyone.

Pre-registration made check in quick and easy. All of the staff with whom I interacted were caring and professional. Great experience if you have to have surgery.

My rescheduled surgery wes today and my release date is this Friday. I have been extremely satisfied with the competency, dedication commitment of compassion that I have been experiencing on the Orthopedic floor. ER was adequate care.Dr involvement quick because of heart, however, just stuck on a gurney for 3.5 hours. Not much attention or questions about other issues. They hydrated me, and then I was discharged at 4 hours. No real help for what I was going through. I dont think Ill go back.

Medical City Frisco was the perfect place to have our first baby! The care that we received from the entire staff was amazing. We felt secure, well taken care of, and that we werent alone throughout the entire process from the moment we walked in the front door after my water broke to the moment we were discharged with our newborn son!

I visited the ED due to chest pain and from start to finish had an exceptional experience. The ED, Cath Lab, Physicians, Nursing staff, all took very good care of me! Being from out of town I was very relieved and happy with my results and care!

I was treated like royality from the time I came in to emergency and the time I left. The doctor, nurses and technicians were so professional and kind to me. They took such really good care of me from my car accident. This was my first time to come into a Medical City Hospital and if needed to I will come back. They are all a perfect 10 plus more according to me!

Wonderful experience at this hospital, and a very “homey” and family-like feeling! Everyone was so nice from start to finish. Great parking, easy in and out, easy admission, everything was perfect. Not a massive and huge sized hospital and I loved that. I received very individualized and professional treatment. Also the hospital was extremely clean. You won’t regret your choice to go to Medical City Frisco!

I came to Medical City Frisco on June 22, 2021 with chest pains. They immediately took action and did the necessary tests in ER to find out the cause. I was admitted to the hospital and was treated like I was the only person in the hospital. I have never experienced such great care and attention in a hospital in my entire life.If I ever (hope I dont) have to be in a hospital again it will definitely be Medical City Frisco.The residents of Frisco and surrounding areas are so blessed to have access to this wonderful facility!!

I had an amazing experience with my surgeon and nurse staff! Everyone was great, helpful, passionate and caring! The food was absolutely amazing for hospital food. I can say so many great things and I have absolutely no complaints. Dr. Armijo was my surgeon and he is fabulous too!

Hospital visits are not always fun! I have to say that my outpatient stay at Medical City Frisco was a good one. Seth, my nurse, was thorough and kind. All the surgery staff were pleasant and professional. If I ever need to return to this hospital I will do so knowing that I will be well taken care of.

It was very quiet in the ER. And Dr. Ball in the ER, great doctor w/ really good bedside manor!

No problems except when I woke up with my hands tied to the railing and a tube in my throat and no one around to tell me what was happening. Good treatment and good food when i could eat.

I had a great experience after recent surgery. Nursing staff was attentive to my needs as a patient and helped as partner in pain control. Preoperatively I was informed of upcoming events and procedures going to happen next. my family member was allowed at bedside which was great help. The Physical therapist was patient and taught me several things I needed for home care. Overall the meals were good and I wasable to order for myself each meal.. overall a great experience where I felt safe and care for after surgery

We recently delivered our second child with MC Frisco. Obviously we loved our time there so much the first time that we decided to go again. We live far away, with plenty of hospitals to choose from that are much closer, but I can’t imagine delivering a baby anywhere else than MC Frisco. The drive was worth it. Top notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend Labor & Delivery here for anyone.

From the beginning to the end, it was an absolutely stellar experience. It was a long emergency surgery, but everyone from check-in to check-out was like a well oiled machine with such empathetic care. I never felt fear because of that. I will never go anywhere else. And, Courtney, you are the bomb! A true nurse for all the right reasons.

My visit was wonderful !!! Everyone was so friendly from the time I walked in to the door until I left. I live in another state and was in a car accident while visiting. When I first walked in I was greeted and assisted to the emergency room where they quickly made me comfortable. I didn’t wait long before the dr to come in. I was very impressed with their service!!

I was admitted for bronchitis and I believe it is turned into pneumonia and they swear it has not. I believe it may be due to me having them pneumonia vaccine. I am home having trouble breathing and worry each night that I wake up in the morning.felt the admission into the ER with the creepyadmission nurse Eric was condescending and sarcastic and it was not appreciated.but the staff was amazing. I was admitted into the hospital and the nursing staff On level three was very very very nice.Her name was Chi. .I did not even see a doctor once until I was being checked out and he was quite rude and I was not impressed. I was not impressed at the point whereI canceled an upcoming Lumpectomy and move the case to Baylor hospital. I don’t care what country you come from what color you are what race you are what background you come from you always have bedside manner and you always treat your patients with respect and in this case I was not treated properly and I did not see a doctor once until I felt kicked out. And I still am having breathing issues. For two days I was told I had bronchial pneumonia and a doctor peaked in the room in the morning and said she’ll be staying overnight again but by 2 o’clock this rude doctor came in and said he was letting me go and it was after he found out I changed my surgery to another hospital.As I was rushed out of being discharged the daily nurse scanned through 13 medications with me with under four minutes and I’m still confused about them.I did get a call from the ER from the first time that I entered the ER earlier that week asking how I was doing and she had no idea that I had been admitted into the hospital and most likely probably should’ve been admitted in the hospital from the first time I was there. I am not happy with his hospital and I will never return

The staff at medical city frisco was second to none! My wife is physically handicapped so while I was there she was unable to go to the cafeteria and get her own food but Scott stepped in and personally got her food for her. Every nurse and Tish in pre op was fantastic. Thank you so much.The get well card was so nice. Ive never got one before.

My two-day stay was great (or as great as it can be with knee replacement!) The nurses and staff were excellent, the food was delicious, and my care was exceptional. Dr. Estrera is the best ever!!!

Service was good except for a night tech on my floor who was not trained in assisting patients with putting on a back brace. I needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and she said she didnt know how to put my back brace on. She said all the other patients already knew how to do that. The problem is, I was the last person in surgery the previous day, and I was supposed to get instruction on the use of the brace, later on that morning. Also, my surgery drain line pulled out sometime during the night and the tech called a nurse to check it. The nurse arrived with all the things needed to replace a pulled out IV. Somehow, the message was not clear enough to the nurse that it was my drain not my IV.

With the exception of a very uncomfortable bed and a pillow which must have come from the Dollar store my visit was good. I was well taken care of especially by one of the nurses named Jade.

My husband recently had a procedure performed here by Dr. Rob Dickerman. I cannot say enough good things about the care he received by the staff and Dr. Dickerman. Courteous, professional, and people caring all the way around. The room was clean and comfortable and made the experience more tolerable. Highly recommend.

While the doctors and surgeons are fantastic - the hospital staff made my stay feel like prison. I was denied pain and sleep medication for 12 hours after a total hip replacement due to naturally occurring low blood pressure. The staff defied the orders of my hospitalist and did not bother to call my surgeon. I asked to be released a day early so that I could come home and take better care of myself.

Personalized service and friendly demeanor by all staff - for context, my experience began at 11pm through admission post-ER at 3am. My stay continued for a 2nd night, therefore I experienced every shift.Two things I can call out that I wish were different:1) medical boards with nurses names were not filled out in any room2) responsiveness to the call button was not as expedient as expectedThe two things I appreciated the most, and why I gave 4 stars:1) every single action was explained to me by the staff, whether that be medication I was taking, why I was taking it, what I could expect, etc.2) the doctors post admission genuinely took the time to learn about me, my medical/family history and were caring in their responses. neither of them rushed off to the next patient or may me feel that way at any timeNOTE: this is a COVID-free facility. this is part of a regional strategy in North Texas to keep certain facilities COVID-free for the protection of patients and staff for non-COVID related admissions.You will be required to COVID test prior to admission to the hospital.

I had hip replacement surgery at Medical City Frisco three weeks ago. The facility is very nice and the staff were all incredibly caring and friendly.

The doctor and staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I am from out of town, a 5-hour drive to get here, but highly recommend Medical City Frisco for their compassion and understanding of our situation. They took an interest in my wifes wellbeing during my stay as the patient.

I went in for hysterectomy surgery last Tuesday. They kept me on the first floor with staff that typically handles spinal injuries. From the time I woke up after the surgery until I left the next day they were unable to get my pain under control and stopped trying. When I requested a patient advocate that’s when they finally decided to try a different pain medication.

If I could give it zero stars I would! My daughter gave birth 6 months ago. She’s been having issues with bleeding. She was seen in the ED they did an ultrasound and told her to find a specialist to get the results read. More than a week later, 6 months after giving birth she was told they left part of the placenta inside her. I’m appalled!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! If you value your life and family’s life don’t take them here!! I’m so surprised how many people have had issues with this hospital and I’m only learning now about the negligence after I started talking about it. This needs to be discussed more! Please go anywhere else! It’s not worth your life and their lack of caring attitude. You’ve been warned!!

I found everything to be very efficient, from pre-registration to release. The entire staff, front desk to recovery was so very friendly & accommodating.
