I have been a patient of Dr. Baileys for over 15 years. She has given me excellent OB/Gyn care, and is genuinely focused on my personal health and wellness. Ive referred countless friends to Dr. Bailey over the years, and she has taken great care and personal interest in every one of them. Her experience and attention to detail are exceptional assets to her practice, and she actually takes the time to sit and talk with you during appointments, never making you feel rushed.

I have been a patient of Dr. bailey for 5 years now and cannot say enough great things about her and the staff! It is a wonderful office, hospital, etc. She delivered my 3 children and I am so grateful for her care and the rest of the staff. She is a wonderful doctor and very personable and attentive. She takes the time you need every visit. I also love delivering at this hospital so much it makes me wanna have more babies!! haha! Go see her you will not regret it!!!

Dr. Bailey is easily the best doctor Ive ever had, and having gone through many-- I speak from experience. From our first meeting, she took into consideration all factors that impacted my health, dietary allergies, previous surgeries, and never once wrote off anything as trivial. Having come off of two surgeries, I was anxious to avoid a third, or get it over quickly if it was necessary! Dr. Bailey approached my wellness plan with an integrated approach, and this is what really made the difference for me. A year later, Ive come out of my treatment no longer needing another surgery and feeling healthy and happy everyday. I have Dr. Bailey and her staff to thank for getting me to where I am today. They are the best!

Every office visit is at least an hour wait in the waiting room followed by a 45 minute wait in the exam room. I went Into labor the day before my scheduled C-section. I called the office to see if I could have my operation moved. I was told that my contractions had to be 6 to 8 minutes apart for one hour. As soon as I hung up the phone the contractions increased in frequency. I called the office back an hour later and was sent to the answering service. After waiting two hours and not receiving a response I called the office again while my husband drove me to the hospital. I was still unable to reach her. When I was checked into to labor and delivery I was told that they were waiting for my CBC before they completed my surgery. That was a lie. The CBC takes 15 minutes. I was unable to get medication for pain because my blood pressure was on the lower end and they said I would be receiving anesthesia soon. You could tell the CRNA was nervous because she yelled while asking the nurse are we about to have a baby. I assured her my children were too large for vaginal deliveries. Over seven hours after I first called Bailey’s office I had to walk to the OR while the CRNA and nurse help hold me up. They gave me the anesthesia and shortly afterwards Bailey shows up and says oh I guess you really were in labor. she was late because left me there while she saw the rest of her patients in the office. This was my fourth cesarean which made me high risk for a uterine rupture. Her behavior/choice was completely inappropriate. When I went back for my follow up appointment with my 24-month-old daughter and my newborn baby I sat in the waiting room for two hours. No one approached me to apologize for the wait. When I questioned them about the delay I was told to reschedule. She is awful, her staff is awful. What’s worse is that there is a flat fee for cesareans so even though I never received my last visits she was still paid the same amount.

I love Dr. Bailey! She has guided me throughout my entire pregnancy and is so sweet/understanding. I had an emergency one night and they squeezed me in the next day to see me without hesitation. I dont get why people complain about the staff- they have all been nice and welcoming. Not sure if they expect a red carpet for being pregnant or for whatever reason, but they are nice enough for me to stick with. Alot of times they may be on the phone when you walk in but as soon as they are done they check you in. My sonotech was super sweet as well! I have always hated going to the dr but I feel no anxiety here

This place is nothing more than a money mill. They never let you speak to or see a doctor. I went to them for a yearly checkup and to get hormone therapy advice. I never saw a real doctor and they ended up putting in hormonal pellets. They have changed my progesterone prescription 4 times and I have gained weight, bleed constantly and have been having dizzy spells to the point of fainting and they STILL will not let me see or talk to a doctor. This place has the worst customer service and the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced at a doctors office. They give ZERO support. I wouldnt ask my worst enemy to go to this office. The worst part is that doctors like these are becoming more and more common and you are roped into seeing them because you have to go to the doctors who are on your insurance and in your network. The nurses, PAs and the office staff are all condescending and rude. PLEASE, PLEASE do not waste your time going to this office. They are horrible!!!!! If zero stars were an option that is what I would have chosen.

I would not recommend any pregnant woman to see anyone in this office. I am 29 weeks pregnant. My family and I just moved here from Kansas City December 1, 2014 with my husbands job. I made an appointment on October 6th, 2014 to be seen December 3, 2014. We went in for the appt, met the ob/gyn, who seemed very lovely, and scheduled my next appt, Dec. 22nd, 2014, on our way out. On December 5th, I was called and informed that the total estimated out of pocket cost of my labor and delivery (approx. 02/26/2015) would be $1200.00 and further more, it would be due on 12/14/2014. Now, there may be some women who have this kind of money lying around. Unfortunately, with us just moving, we would not have the total amount available until, 12/23/2014. When I called to try to make arrangements to have this paid when we would have it available, I was told that I either had to come up with the money or look for ANOTHER new OB/GYN. Apparently its company policy to collect the money for delivery by your 30th week of pregnancy. I have several issues with this service. First of all, if that truly is your company policy, wouldnt it have been customary to inform me of this when I called to make the appt in October? Second of all, we all know its already stressful enough being pregnant without moving to a whole new city in the middle of your pregnancy and having to find a new ob/gyn. You all couldnt wait a week for me to get the money together? Finding a good OB/GYN is already hard enough. This office obviously is more concerned with money than providing great customer service. DO NOT trust these people with your care or the care of your new baby.

The Doctors are great, but the admin and nursing staff are very unorganized and I have a hard time trusting an office that has no clue what is going on. I have found a new OB/GYN!
