I have been a patient of Dr. Jenkins for 20 years and have enjoyed his professionalism and medical knowledge. He has always worked to get me in for an appointment as quickly as possible and makes me feel as though I am one of his most important patients. All of my family love him and we are so glad we found him when we moved to Frisco nearly 20 years ago. I also love his staff, especially his awesome nurse, Kajal Patel. She is super friendly and even when I bug her with questions, she never makes me feel as though I am a bother. 😃 We have recommended Dr. Jenkins to everyone who has asked us for a doctor recommendation. Dr Jenkins has been our family doctor for quite some time . He is very personable and attentive to his patients . He is well connected to other Doctors and Specialists to help when his patients need further assistance with their care. I enjoy our visits talking about my health concerns or just our family in general. If your looking for a provider you can trust and someone that is willing to listen to your health issues or general concerns he your guy. He is a Godly Man and a great family man. He is also not going to run tests unless you need them . I am lucky that we found Dr Jenkins and know we are getting the best care.

Dr. Jenkins, his nurse Kajal Patel and their entire office staff are amazing. If you are looking for a TRUE Family Physician, with TRUE Client Focus and commitment - look no further. Every time we go in for a routine checkup or to check on an ailment, we are treated like their only patient that day - they are 100% focused on us, they spend the time to talk with us and ask us questions. Sunday night I texted Dr. Jenkins and Kajal around 10:30PM to ask if I could see them Monday morning and BOTH of them texted back immediately - WAAAY outside offices hours to let me know they would see us first thing the next day. Their dedication as Health Professionals is amazing. Our family truly appreciates them

Dr Jenkins and his staff are exceptional. They are always available and responsive when you need them. For instance, if I call for an appointment, I usually am scheduled for within 24 hours if necessary. Need a referral to a specialist? Dr. Jenkins got me an appointment the next business day. This is the way you want to be treated by your doctor and medical staff.

Been a patient for years and can’t image seeing anyone else. He’s there for you on your good and bad days. A+ care. Office staff is amazing. And you’re extra special when you get Kajal as your nurse. Best care for our family.

Fraud!!! This place charges you $167 a month on top of what you pay for insurance. They dont care about the patients they just want to make money. Save your money and go to a doctor who cares for your well being

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Jenkins for years. When he changed to concierge, we were hesitant to join at first because we stay active and healthy, but deciding to join him has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our family. Not only can we call him directly with questions any time (even after normal business hours), he also has time to sit down with us and be our true family doctor who understands all our family history, who has covered details no other doctor has ever had the time to do! He’s very personable, a straight-shooter, will be honest and let you know if he needs to do a little more research ...and he has the best assistant ever, we absolutely adore him and Kajal!

Ive seen Dr. Jenkins for 5 plus years following him from when he was at Baylor to North Texas Preferred Health Partners. Hes competent, engaged and responsive. His nurse Kajal and staff are also fantastic. If you havent tried concierge medicine, its worth it. Im healthy and dont go to the doc much, but am glad to have the quick access when I need it. I am a 65 year old male and a patient of Dr. Jenkins for more than four years. My experience with Dr. Jenkins and his staff has been so positive that I decided to write this review. Have you ever been ill and called your primary doctors office only to find they cant see you for a week? Or more? You will not have that experience with Dr. Jenkins. It is easy to schedule an appointment convenient for you, and his staff goes out of their way to make you feel special. When you arrive at his office, you are greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful voice. The reception area is welcoming with comfortable seating and your pick of assorted drinks and snacks. The office and exam rooms are clean and professional in appearance. Everyone is conscientious and respectful of your time. I have not waited more than a couple of minutes before I am courteously greeted again and then escorted to an exam room. Dr. Jenkins is empathetic and has a warm, friendly bedside manner. He is professional and very thorough. My favorite part about being a patient of Dr. Jenkins and his staff is their availability by phone – extraordinary! So, if you want to experience what excellent medical care is like, I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins as your primary care physician.

I started seeing Dr Jenkins about 7 years ago and have always been impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and care. I selected him because of his stellar reviews and awards at the time. His move to concierge care left me feeling a little anxious, but I opted to stay with him and quickly learned the value. At his former practice, just a well health visit had a 6 month wait time, and same-day sick visits were nearly impossible or scheduled with nurse practitioners. At the new practice, it and any other concerns have been a same-day visit with Dr Jenkins. He takes time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, course of care, and even answers e-mails during his vacation time or after hours. Anyone considering concierge care should definitely take the plunge, and Dr Jenkins is by far one of the best you’ll find in the area.

Dr J has treated our family for years. His new practice not only fits our busy family needs, but provides a level of care that is phenomenal. Routine care is not rushed but rather detail oriented vs feeling like one must hit the high points quickly due to the way some offices schedule their patients. I struggle with the customer service at other specialists offices now as I have a comparison! Hes also been available at those times that are of an immediate need and we dont have to wait or beg for unplanned medical care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jenkins, trained as an Osteopath, brings a whole-body approach to his primary care. Hes easy to work with, caring, and smart. Always makes good referrals. And the office is great.
