Dr. Rover Ulrich was very rude. My husband was referred to Dr. Garza’s office by his cardiologist. Dr. Ulrich wanted to know why he was there and asked in a way that meant, there’s nothing I can do for you. I wasn’t allowed to go to the exam room either. My husband can’t walk well or remember things. That didn’t matter to the staff. My husband, a very easy going guy, nothing bothers him, but he said I’ll never come back here again. Don’t go to this man. Dr. Garza isn’t taking more patients. It’s a shame she doesn’t understand who she has working in her office.

Yes I agree with other reviews I have read. A few years ago I also had an unpleasant experience with Frederick the office manager. He was extremely rude and as I was feeling ill at the time I burst into tears. Dr Garza herself was I feel a good Dr. It’s too bad she can’t find staff that are polite and compassionate. I am very surprised he is still there as it has been about four years since I was there. Dr Garza I imagine does not get to read the reviews or she would have changed all of her staff a long time ago, Not surprisingly she was given a one star rating.

Office manager Fredrick is the rudest person ever. He needs training in working in a doctors office. He refused to see me if I did not set up a pmt plan. Well first I have a balance because there billing person can not bill correctly as I have received this treatment for years with Dr. Seth and have never had a balance this high out of pocket. I am on a treatment that visits and follow up are very important to have insurance pay. I am in a constant body pain causing my headaches to be unbearable. My family doctor suggested to change after being hospitalized for a second opinion so I did. I saw Dr. Garza once my first visit and never again did not really like that however I was so impressed with the nurse practitioner she is the best. Any doctors office that has here on there staff could not ask for anything better. I have requested an itemized bill since March to open my funds that are on hold on my flex plan card. I can not pay if you do not get me the info needed so my funds can open. I have a diagnosis that is lifelong and to get treated in this manner is very disappointing. Think twice before coming to this facility it will cause you more issues with you diagnoses because they can not bill and can not talk to patients correctly. I am almost 50 years old and have seen many doctors and have never been treated so so disrespect. Save yourself money and headaches go to another doctors office. I will do back to Dr. Seth and Dr. Spicer never had any office staff talk down to me and never had billing issues and never paid this much out of pocket. It was not my insurance I have had the same insurance for 10 plus years.

They will not accept Medicare up front , they require you pay first then medicare will reimburse you. Poor office management in the billing dept.

I would not recommend anyone that I know see her because of the way her practice is run; if one sees her, they will unfortunately risk being subject to mistreatment by her practice . Based off of my observations only:Office manager makes dealing with this practice difficult. I believe his name is Frederick. He treated customers terribly and office is run in a very disorganized manner. I do hope he learns humility in the process to admit wrong doing when things need correcting, and treats patients with respect (being compassionate to others is an important life skill---at the very least, compassion should be utilized when dealing with patients, as dealing with a chronic illness is difficult)Medical assistants refused to ask doctor for advice, and tried and give medical advice which is faulty in lieu of consulting doctor (as I understand it, acting as the physician is not legal, nor is it safe, especially considering the advice is incorrect from a medical standpoint and contradicts sound medical advice; Again, as I understand THIS IS NOT legal). It is unfortunate that the disorganization and mistreatment of patients can turn one away from a practice, as I believe that the practice has physicians that have good qualities that could be used to help patients. I do hope that a change in management and treatment of people occurs as the physicians have the potential to assist patients greatly. This review is based off of just one personal observation;I do hope that others have had a different, hopefully better experience.
