Worst experience. Had to drive 2 hrs coz of weather and they wanted to cancel my appointment coz I was late 10 minutes. Had to beg and cry like a child. Front desk have zero customer service, they dont care. Now trying to talk to her just to clarify 1 order but apparently, according to the secretary, the doctor doesnt speak or return calls to patients. She says i have to book another appointment which will take weeks just to see the doc. Wow. Its sad but just had to find another doctor who is available for patient concerns.

If I could give 0 rating I love to give. We went to see doc shailja for my daughter she was late walker . First of all when we met she was like cnt even speak like a experienced doctor. She asked us to do all the tests like genetic, blood test for muscles , mri and not what for genetic test we asked her about the insurance coverage she said will be covered in most of the insurance dnt worry , we got huge bill of that test and the main thing is that she and her team never communicated us any test results like no one called us and explained the results of muscles blood results , and for genetic test we have to pay huge amount for that we even dnt know what the result is like no email communication no call no results. We feel like she just need our money and want to make us fool. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone so that no one will face situation like us.worst doctor ever see.

Dr. Golla was extremely patient and detailed. She listens very attentively, takes notes, and makes necessary referrals to check the possibilities before making her diagnosis. She is also very familiar with the latest and most current research in the area of neurology. I felt at ease knowing that she will be taking care of my child and that we are in good hands.

The worst people to get in contact with. If your child has ADHD or is dependent on medication then I do not recommend this office. Period. The gave her prescription to the wrong pharmacy then the pharmacy didn’t have it. I tried to contact the office several times over the phone now I am forced to go over there... not ok! My daughter is the one suffering. Over the last week she quit her job and she can’t focus. I DO NOT RECCOMEND

Ive used Dr. Golla for years for my sons. She has been attentive and very helpful caring for my sons ASD. Id recommend her in a second.
