This is probably the best run physicians office, Ive ever visited. Always a great experience!

Dr. T’s bedside manner is the best. Appointments are quick and he’s efficient. Office staff are nice. Office ambiance is modern—coffee machine, device charging outlets, etc—which as a millennial, I appreciate a lot. 😆 If I still lived in nearby McK, I’d still be a patient.

I have been seeing Dr Terrill for several years. He is kind and spends time with his clients. I have a lot of spots on my face I was concerned about. He first put me to rest in telling me none were cancer.Even though, his practice offers many services, which I love, he does not sell any service. He is there for you. If you want to inquire about a service, he is very willing to discuss. Just love him.

If I could give a 0 star I would.I came here for a first visit to get a checkup. The dr wasnt very helpful and only prescribed me a cream and antibiotics. He was there to look at me for less than 3 minutes and didnt even address my concerns. I had to ask the nurse if he even checked my concern areas and he didnt so he had to come back in to tell me he pretty much didnt know what it was and had to refer me to someone else who might know. The medicine didnt help at all but honestly made it worse. I was told when I got there before and after at least 3 times that all I would need to pay is my copay and that everything would be covered fully. I wouldnt have come here if they didnt fully take my insurance.They even scanned my card and confirmed with me before the appt and after the appt.I started getting a bill saying I owed money and when I called they said that since it was a mistake on their end, they would write it off. I eventually got a bill from a debt collector and now its going on my record if I dont pay this off but I dont even owe it and its not my fault. They do a terrible job of checking your insurance and blame you for not finding out all the details first. I had called my insurance and they said they cant provide all the details it would cover unless the office called first so thats why I had the office check and confirm with me. Since it was all verbal and now I dont have proof, Im ending up having to pay 112 dollars with a negative mark on my credit report because of their lies and deceit and lack of customer care. I tried calling my insurance to get a EOB to dispute the charge but since I had canceled the insurance and cant get it, now Im stuck and this office wont do anything about it. I wouldnt reccomendthis office with such terrible customer service who lies and provides such low level of care and charges a arm for it.

Dr. Terrill was exactly what I had been looking for! He was courteous, explained things well, and was very professional. He was extremely thorough, listened to my concerns, and quickly designed a treatment plan for me. Also, even though this practice also has a MedSpa, after I declined any interested in Spa services, they never asked me again. I left my last dermatologist because I felt they were pushing aesthetic services and selling their own skincare products. I was very happy with Dr. Terrill and will definitely be back.

Dr. Terrill knows his stuff. He has always been spot on with me or my kids with rashes or anything else. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Terrill is always willing to take his time to make sure you understand your medication, and any options available. Hes been my dermatologist for more than 17 years and I am happy to recommend him.

My husband and I both have been going to Dr. Terrill for years and years and would let him have our checkbook if we were going out of town BUT he also is the best dermatologist EVER. He does not stack appointments/does what he has to do/then you are headed back home. He found a cancer on my husband years ago and was under constant inspection until it was safe---what is that worth.

Love this facility and Dr. Terrill; how can you not adore him? :) Seriously though, it is immaculate, the staff are courteous and timely, which is rare in healthcare these days in general. Would highly recommend for your dermatology needs.

This place is awesome. Dr. Terrill is everything you want in a dermatologist. My appointment was at 8am. I was in the office by 8:03. Received a full body check and was checked out and on the road by 8:15. Im really busy and appreciated the streamline service. Ill never go anywhere else.

I received Superficial RadioTherapy for the squamous cell carcinoma on my neck and it is totally gone. No cuts, no stitches and the redness goes away in a few weeks. My previous dermatologist didnt have this option to offer. I couldnt be any more satisfied.

Dr. Terrill is a very professional and personable dermatologist. In particular, he very thorough in his body check for any skin issues, and he will remove and test any growth that might develop into a serious problem. As I am susceptible to melanoma due to being raised in the southern part to the country, this is particularly important to me.

Another great appointment today. We went to three doctors for my (infant) son’s eczema. The plan Dr.Terrill gave us (bleach baths, antihistamine, and a Rx lotion) cleared the worst rashes in one month and cleared EVERYTHING in three. No one else could figure it out. This is an amazing doctor!PS the Lobby Coffee Machine is AMAZING! Must try the French Vanilla.

Brought my daughter to see him because she has eczema. He only comes and talks with you for less than 1 minute. Dont care about you at all because this is a small issue. Not happy with him if a doctor only cares about money. so what if you have a fancy office if you dont care??

I went here once and the doctor completely misdiagnosed me. I ended up on medication for no good reason and had to spent more money for treatment. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Dont get why Doctor Robert Terril is being blasted in the reviews, Ive been going to him for majority of my life, when I had a issue with dry scalp he prescribed a good medication ointment for my scalp which would help hydrate and fix the problem, Issue with acne no problem prescribed me the proper pills I needed and it clears up like nothing. Sure the visits are quick and sweet but that is as it should be, hes a proffessional who knows what he is doing.

I visited Dr. Robert Terrill for white patches on skin. He diagnosed it as Vitiligo and prescribed me Cyclosporine. A google search pointed that this is given for organ transplant patients. I could not find a single reference of Cyclosporine being used to treat Vitiligo. I went to another Dermatologist for a second opinion. I was asked to stop using the medicine prescribed by Dr. Robert Terrill immediately with an opinion that this drug is not used for Vetiligo. I am not happy with my experience with Dr. Robert Terrill.

Went here because of a condition on my arm and the back of my neck. The skin on my arm was filled with wart like spots (there was a little bit on my neck,) but there was no pain or anything other than the physical appearance. He gave me no details, only told me that I had a condition called molascum, and left after maybe 90 seconds. The doctor refused to answer any of my questions, and gave me a cream called flouracil, said there would be 0 side effects. My arm and neck progressively got worse as I applied the cream every night. I had to go to highschool everyday like this. My arm and neck are now constantly in pain, and I cant even stretch my arm out right now. I looked up the medicine and looked at several listed side effects, such as sun sensitivity, pain, stinging, burning, redness, and dryness, all of which have been happening to me since I went to this doctor. Would not recommend.

He really wasnt interested in anything other than bringing me back in over and over again to bill my insurance. He said insurance would pay but they did not. Not happy with this Dr. at all. He take s two min with you and is out. He had time to freeze off a few of my spots when Id already been there two days in a row. What a rip off. Also their injector is not a licensed nurse for botox or fillers.

I scheduled appointment with Dr. Terril for hair loss and he just looked at my scalp for few seconds and decided to suggest a medication (SPIRONOLACTONE 50MG). I took the medication for just two days and it stated giving me problems like head ache body pains and total weakness and also i had dizziness, i am not able to do any work. If i do any work i will get tiered in 10 mins and i need to rest. I got scared and talked to one my friend in India, she is a Dermatologist there, she mentioned how a doctor can suggest medication just by looking scalp. She told they need to falical test, blood test and thyroid test before they suggest medication for hair loss. Later when i mentioned about medication, she was shocked why that medication is suggested for hair loss. She told that medication is for heart problems and the max they can suggest on this is 25MG but i was given 50MG. I looked up in google also and she is true on that medication. It was about 4 days and still i am in same situation and yet to recover for that, i took only two pills only so far. I need to talk to this Doctor again and i want to know why he suggested that medicine, i am not going to leave this. I dont recommend this doctor to anyone unless if they want to risk their life.
