Wonderful experience every time! We’ve seen Alice, Nicole, & Dr. Ghali over the last couple of years and they have all be so awesome. Our visit with Alice today just reminded me how thankful I am for this office and it’s staff. From the front desk to nurses, too...thank you for helping my girls have positive experiences and for helping us treat and care for their skin in the best ways!

I absolutely found Dr. Ghali and his staff to be excellent providers of skin care when it comes to children and teens, However, just like the many other previous posts, in the last month I have called several times and no one ever answers the phone. I have had to now change dermatologist due to this. Good bye Pediatric Dermatology of North Texas.Oh and to every similar post, they respond by saying, we sincerely apologize that you did not have the best experience with us. We would love to speak with you to discuss your concerns.Well, in order for you to speak to us, you do understand you would need to actually start picking up your calls and answering messages.

Tried for weeks to get an appointment. Called many times. Left just as many voice mails. Got one call back but had to take 2 MINUTES to get my insurance card from the other room. They hung up on me.Please spare me the generic We strive to provide the best service response. Clearly from the more recent reviews this is not the case.Bad Service. Not Kid Friendly. Bad Staff. Not Recommended.

Im writing this review while sitting on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone in the office. My daughter loves Nicole but if you cant speak to anyone to make an appointment you wont have many patients. This is not the first time I have had difficulty reaching the staff.

First appointment with Dr. Ghali was Great. But it’s been over 2 months of calling and leaving voicemails to set up a 2nd follow up appointment. I have yet to get a call back. You will literally stay on the phone on hold for the next available person and no one ever picks up. Other reviews are right, they don’t call back. I have switched to another Doctor unfortunately.

It doesn’t matter how knowledgeable the doctor is if the staff won’t answer or return phone calls to set up an appointment. We’ve called an left several messages to schedule an appointment. Now we are looking for a different office that wants our business. I can’t imagine being a patient here and regularly trying to get appointments scheduled.

No same day appointment even if there are availability!!Even if we book it, will get after 2-3 weks or months later.

Great staff and good diagnosis. Doctor was not available on the say of our appointment but the PA and nurse made sure all our questions were addressed and provided with correct diagnosis. Highly recommend for kids skin related issues. The facility and theme are great too.

What a fantastic experience! I was referred by my pediatrician for my daughter and quickly made an appointment. The staff was very informed and very helpful throughout. The day of my appointment I had trouble finding their office (there are new business developments and GPS isn’t updated), but when I called to inform the staff, the lady stayed on the line to guide me in. Once in the office, I was happily greeted and quickly escorted to the exam room. Once the issue was discussed my daughter and I were quickly put at ease with an informational sheet about the issue and provided a general overview of the treatment options available. Once the doctor came in, again we were put at ease with a friendly and approachable demeanor. He discussed all the treatment options and provided my insurance details so I could make an informed decision about the treatment. It was a quick procedure with minimal pain, just as he explained. My daughter was so happy to finally have a solution! We will be back should we have any other skin issues for my kids. Both of my boys go here and they love it. I love it as well because everyone is so friendly, and they are very efficient and thorough. They are very helpful in keeping your kids entertained with their favorite shows while you are waiting. We had the best experience and my kids actually look forward to going there !!

Great team on all levels. From reception to doctor visit, everyone brings their A game. Staff knowledge and care put my sons well being first, rather than selling / recommending treatment in our case.

We visited Dr. Ghali for my 1st child and he is really friendly and did awesome job clearing out all our doubts, but i dont know whats going on no one is picking up the calls or returning messages. I am trying to book an appointment for my 3 month old from last 2 weeks and this is really frustrating. your website showing next available slot is in 01/2021, Are your locations closed due to COVID-19 pandemic?

From the scheduling staff, front office staff, to the PA we saw, everyone was so kind and helpful. I usually dread going to a specialist for myself or kids just because I feel like unless something really terrible is happening, there isnt much help I can receive. I have wasted so much time and money at different specialists office but not here! Alice, the PA was so sweet and and she listened and gave us a diagnosis and with a doable plan of treatment for my daughter. What more could I ask for? Highly recommend.

Dr. Ghali is great as are the PAs, the rest NO, prepare your self for long waiting calls and UN-returned messages, definitely will not bring my kids there again !!!!!!I visited them, and now i am at their location in north texas, it is CLOSED time 2:00 pm no wonder no one is there to answer my messages or follow up

Unfortunately, the front office staff at the Grapevine location is the reason I have to give this place one star. Doctors and nurse practitioner were awesome.We took our daughter in for a few appointments, and right off the bat they had an issue with her insurance. Issues with insurance are common, but they way it was handled was not. At our second visit, my wife was again trying to resolve the issue with the insurance and the lady dealing with it at this doctors office was extremely rude. As my wife was working with one staff member to resolve this issue, another staff member who had her backed turned to the conversation threw up her hand and said I already left her a message and I dont have time to deal with her.I did call and speak with the office manager to 1.) advise her that she has an employee with a bad attitude; 2.) We will not be returning.Now, we are trying to get our daughters medical records faxed over, and twice, they have failed to do soIf you are the owner of this facility and are reading this, YOUR FRONT OFFICE STAFFS JOB IS TO DEAL WITH YOUR CLIENTS! PERIOD! I own several businesses throughout the Metroplex with customer facing staff members. If any of them talked to a client of ours this way, they would be fired and escorted out. IMMEDIATELY!

The paediatric dermatology clinic did not bother to message us about the scheduled appointment at all but has charged us 35 $ upon “No show “ at the appointment. I wish they realize this and revert back the amount. The doctor and staff were fine though.

We took our 5 year old to Pediatric Dermatology of North Texas and they were amazing. We would highly recommend them for all children/teens dermatology needs. It was a great experience.

The only thing I would complain about was how uncomfortably warm the waiting room was. There wasn’t any air flowing through the waiting room and it made the waiting process a bit uncomfortable.Aside from that, the staff and doctor were great. He knew exactly what my daughter needed and her skin has been perfect since the changes made. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a pediatric dermatologist.

This office is amazing! The staff is sweet, and the office feels clean and is cute (sports themes).My daughter was 18 months old and had to have a big skin tag removed from the back of her ear. They scheduled it in office, and handled her violent screaming great! They turned on frozen on the doctors phone and had me step out of the room, then gave her bubbles and a sucker afterwords. Also, the prices were fair!

Dr. Ghali is a caring and knowledgeable dermatologist, one of the best in the field. He makes parents and children feel at ease, even with the most complicated diagnoses. Also, Jessica, Joann, and Matt are welcoming and are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this practice!

Exceptional service. Our toddler has been experiencing a few things with skin breakouts and we had been searching for answers. During the first meeting with Dr Ghali we couldn’t have asked for a better quality of service. The staff made sure to make sure our son was attended to and provided us with educational resources to better understand what was going on. For an issue we thought would never have a resolution it was immediately resolved. For our second visit we were provided with more information on how to care for the issues at hand. I would recommend Dr Ghali and his staff to anyone.

We tried Pediatric Dermatology in Frisco after having a negative experience at a different dermatology center. WOW, what a better experience! Dr. Ghali was wonderful! Dr. Ghali and his staff are AMAZING! They always take the time to answer any questions that I may have. We had went to several physicians before, and none of them could help my son the way Dr. Ghali did. Totally life changing for my little guy! I really wish I could give them a rating better than 5 stars, they deserve 10!

When our daughter was a few weeks old, we noticed a large hemangioma developing on her neck. We were terrified after seeing pictures online of what it could potentially become. We immediately booked an appointment with Dr. Ghali and I can say that it was one of the best decisions we have made. Dr. Ghali has excellent bedside manner and, more importantly, is very educated and experienced on the most up -to-date treatment of hemangiomas. Within one week of treatment, our daughters hemangioma improved dramatically. One year later, and her hemangioma is almost unnoticeable. We cannot thank Dr. Ghali and his amazing staff enough for their care for our child.

PEACE OF MIND!!! As a parent, there is nothing worse then to wake up and notice something is different with your child. There is a large circular mark on their back, that was not there yesterday. The fear of the unknown takes over and your mind starts to wonder about all the negative things it could be. I scheduled a primary care dr. appointment and was given the wrong diagnosis. We scheduled a follow up appointment and again was placed on the wrong medication for the wrong diagnosis. I finally found the BEST KEPT SECRET in town. Dr. Fred Ghali and his awesome nursing staff. My 8 year old had a Molluscum Contagiousum virus. Im sorry WHAT in the world is that? Dr. Ghali could read my face and provided me with an explanation a parent could understand. He was able to explain to me exactly what it was, how common it is in kids and what needed to be done to correct it. There is not a dollar amount I can put on the peace of mind Dr. Ghali and his team gave me that day. Lesson learned, in the future, this will be my first and only stop for any skin issues my child may have. Thank you Dr. Ghali for your professionalism, knowledge and ability to communicate with not only me but also with my child.

I arrived and they are not open. Then they send a bill for $35 no show fee. We called them and tell them we are there and you are not open.They just ignore me, and continue send me a bill. Horrible. I will go somewhere else dont waste your time here.

Yes, its my mistake that I forgot the appointment, but nobody told me that they will charge me 35 dollars no show fee if I wont be there. I think you should let customers know the fee when they make appointment.I called them but nobody taken care me.Its not fair and I wont go there anymore.Its not a good way to make money!!!

We have been taking our 15 month old daughter to Dr. Ghali for over a year now for a hemangioma on her forehead. With over 12 months of treatment via oral medication it has improved so much we hardly notice it anymore! Dr. Ghali and his staff are incredibly busy, as are most specialty clinics who provide great care, but we do not ever mind a little wait because it is very worth it. They are all so courteous and kind and make us feel just as important as the celebrities he has treated whom he has pics of hanging on his wall! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and we always feel like our daughters health is their primary interest. He let us know all our options up front, from easy routes to more involved. He informed us of what would happen if no action were taken and made sure we knew it was ultimately our decision. We have felt comfortable with him from day 1.I will recommend anyone who has children with skin imperfections, whether they be superficial or very well involved, to go see Dr. Ghali and his staff. You will not regret it!

We have been seeing Dr. Ghali for our daughters hermangioma for the past year. The progress that we have seen in her hermangioma has been amazing!! It was rapidly growing on her forehead but as of a year later it is barely noticeable thanks to Dr. Ghali placing her on medicine. We couldnt be more grateful to him and his staff! He always takes the time to answer any questions that we may have and we never feel rushed. Love his office!!
