I have been a patient of Dr Li’s for 13+ years. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind, considerate and personable. When I was going through a difficult tine in my life, unrelated to dermatology, she could see something was wrong. She sat with me, asked what was going on and listened and offered advice on self-care and healing. That meant so much to me. She has treated my husband, my daughter and I have referred many friends and neighbors. They all were very pleased with her bedside manner and expertise. Although my insurance has changed and Dr Li is no longer under my plan, I continue to see her for my care. She is a good person and an exceptional doctor!

I had been seeing a highly awarded dermatologist for over two years to treat a severe case of atopic dermatitis. What he failed to do in two years was corrected by the PA under Dr. Lucy Li. I cannot express my gratitude sufficiently.

My visit was great. I like Dr LI and respect her diagnosis.I was not able to get a copy of my visit notes when I left as your office dont transcribe them until end of day. That is Ok but I was told they couldnt email them as well. This is unfortunate.

Beautiful practice! I was a first time patient and I did have to wait a while before I could check in due to someone holding up the front desk personnel. And I did wait around 20 minutes after my appointment time to be called into the back. However, the front desk gal was super sweet, the lady that brought me back was also very attentive and friendly. Dr. Khan was very professional and listened to my concerns I felt comfortable chatting with her and she was super friendly as well. Thank you for a great experience!

Great staff and office! Very professional. Its just not handicap accessible whatsoever. No wheelchair ramp, doors are manual, etc. It made it extremely difficult getting inside.

I love this place! They let you make early appointments (7:30). They get you in shortly after arriving. They are very professional and cordial. They treat minor skin problems immediately. They take appointments a year in advance.

The person that saw me was in my room for about 3 minutes. Didn’t seem to really listen to what I was saying and properly diagnose the situation (I don’t believe what was prescribed will help anything). Then my prescription didn’t even get faxed in when I showed up to pick it up. I tried getting through to the office to ask when it would be sent over and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, even though it was 45 minutes until closing. Had to call back the next day to get my prescription sent. Will be finding another dermatologist.

Everyone I had any dealings with from the front desk, nurses, & doctor were extremely nice & helpful explaining every step in detail putting me totally at ease. I would highly recommend going to this office.

Katy has THE most gentle touch when it comes to Botox and fillers. With her gentle approach and a little ice there’s hardly any swelling or bruising. Ever! I had a terrible experience here. The diagnosis was vague, the doctors and PA are unhelpful, the support staff are not supportive. It takes forever to talk to anyone and then they are combative! The prescription I got was ridiculous. The people who work here are unprofessional, unhelpful and rude.

I am new to the area, and noticed the high patient ratings for Epiphany. My checkin was timely and efficient. Dr. Li and her staff were professional, and my minor problems were resolved with a biopsy and an application of liquid nitrogen.

Dr Li was very generous with her time spent with me in office and on the phone- only issue I have with this office is that it’s odd that no estimate of costs can be offered prior to a procedure.

Needed something removed, set the appointment at 4:00 same day (from a cancellation by another patient), arrived by 3:55. Paperwork, consultation, excision, payment and out the door by 4:30. 35 minutes total from start to finish. Impressive.

Happy with the service I received -- examined a few spots on skin and had one spot removed the same day, needing a couple stitches. I was able to get an appointment quickly using my marketplace insurance. Facility was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that everyone seemed in a big hurry during my visit, especially the doctor, so I did not have time to ask the questions I wanted to ask or get full recommendations for caring for my wound. I just felt rushed. I was also a little disconcerted that some of the things listed on the doctors report as topics we discussed (things she counseled me on) were things we did not actually discuss. Overall, a positive experience!
