Fantastic dental office. I typically don’t like going to the dentist, now I don’t mind it. I’ve have 2 crowns here and multiple cleaning. The entire office staff are a delight, first then when you walk in you feel welcome. The vibe of this office makes you feel much more comfortable. I especially like how well the dentist and his assistant were able to distract me during the crown procedures to a point were they were done in no time. Definitely recommend!!!

A great visit at Frisco Square DentaI. I have been a patient here for 3 years and I always receive top notch service. Doc is adamant about getting it right. Staff and Technicians are friendly great to work with. The location is super convenient as well. Very happy.

Another great visit with Dr. McElhaney at Frisco Square Dental. Ive been going to Dr. Js for almost 5 years now. I cannot recommend him high enough. Always does a great job on my teeth and my family (3 kids and wife). Ive never had any problems since I started going there. Ive gotten to know Dr. J over the years at his office. I will tell you one other thing I love about him. He and his wife give back to the community in so many ways. Theyre very active. Its good to hear when a professional gives back to the community that supports them!

I was in the office for my teeth cleaning and found the staff and dr absolutely fantastic. They made me feel welcome and I will be returning for all my dental work.

Their website indicates “Medicare Dental Patents”. When I contacted them in regards to it, they advised that they don’t take Medicare Dental Patients. The lady on the phone was rude and laughed.

I went here to get my cavities filled, and after numbing me the dentist left me for an hour without anyone to check on me. Because of the numbing, I ended up sitting for an hour drooling on myself without a cup or a napkin. It was extremely neglectful and I was absolutely humiliated. Never returning again.

Ive been coming here for about a year now and every visit has been incredibly positive. The hygienists do a wonderful job keeping you comfortable and engaged, and Dr. McElhaney is clearly knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what you need and when you need it. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the Frisco area.

I found this dentist through my insurance. Ive referred everyone I know to them. The hygienists are great and so are the receptionists. The doctor is very sweet and kind. Huge fan. Will keep spreading the word.

The receptionist (Brandi) is the most rude person i have ever come across in any business. Keeping her on will be a nightmare for the practice. Today when asked why she wasnt calling back on a question i had (regarding a procedure) for the past 2 weeks, she diverted the question and said she will check with someone who is on maternity leave. She also, without any hestitation asked me to change the dentist if I am not happy. The doctor is good, but this front office person needs to GO! NOW!

Their scheduling system and receptionist is extremely poor. I called after their lunch break but no answer, I didnt leave a voicemail because I cant take a personal call during my work hours, so I used their website scheduling page, the first page in their website scheduling is Pick A Day as I did , then name and email address. so later I received a reply asking WHAT DAY WOULD BE CONVENIENT FOR YOU?! I replied that I specified a date. after that, I DID NOT receive any follow up emails from Frisco dental and I am not going to use their service, if their scheduling system is not properly functional I cant trust their work.

Look elsewhere. Anywhere. Zero compassion and way overpriced for quality of service.
