Madi and Dr Nik were awesome. Definitely top notch. Had to get a root canal done somewhere else corrected and they are so good they just make you feel dumb for going anywhere else!

I had been traveling for work and dealing with dental pain. It was due to an issue with an old root canal. I called Sigma and they got me in the same afternoon. They had the technology to accurately diagnose the issue and then Dr. Nick was able to do a root canal the same day completely relieving me of the pain I’d been experiencing for 10 days. I watched the tv on the ceiling while Dr. Nick worked with minimal discomfort. It was reassuring to have a doctor with extensive experience work on the tooth. It was the smoothest dental experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to the kind staff to get me in last minute and to the Dr. who stayed late to complete the procedure. I was only sore for maybe 24 hours after the procedure which was much shorter than expected. I highly recommend this office based on my experience.

I really like the dental assistant (Hermina) and the Doctor (Holmes) they were very nice and they took their time to explained everything that was going to be performed. The two receptionist ( Laura and Melissa) were also very pleasant from the moment I walked in they greeted me and had me fill-out the necessary paperwork in order to have the procedure done. The entire office was very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend using this office for your dental procedures.

Love this office! Didn’t know what to expect since I was referred to Sigma Dental Specialist in Frisco after seeing my regular dentist. The front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. My dental assistant was so nice and friendly. Kept her cool when one of the machines was not working as it should. She was very apologetic even when it was no fault of her own. I saw Dr Jalali. He explained what he would be doing and the next step if this appointment didn’t go as he planned, it did. He also had the best chairside manner. Oh, did I mention those chairs? Felt like I had gone to heaven!

Such an awesome Dentist and practice. I had to have an emergency root canal yesterday and I was really anxious. First, they got me in the same day. Then when I got there the front desk staff was so friendly. The dental assistants put me at ease, gave me laughing gas and a pair of headphones and have a TV on the ceiling with Netflix. I literally watched a funny movie and completely forgot about the work they were doing in my mouth. Dr Nick was quick and did a really good job. Stopping and checking in with me the whole time. He gave me my RX after and thoroughly explained everything. It was honestly the best experience. I hope I don’t need them again but would not hesitate to go back.

I went to the endodontist Dr P. Jalili for root canal which needed to be re-treated. The procedure was done very well and went very smoothly. No discomfort or pain. Dr Jalili and his assistant put me at ease throughout. I even got a follow up call the next day to check if I was ok. I highly recommend Sigma Dental.

Went in for a clean out of an old root canal. Staff overall was very kind and professional. I do have issues with claustrophobia and the process of having equipment covering my mouth is very uncomfortable. I did not feel Dr. Holmes was very receptive to my fears and almost seemed a little non-chalant. He definitely has a lot of confidence in himself! I would still use this practice for any future issues, but maybe with a different doctor. My root canal issue was resolved successfully!

Dr. Holmes and Britney worked on my mouth.. I needed a root canal. Totally unexpected.. . It was a completely painless procedure. Who knew that was even possible?

Very nice and helpful people. I needed a root canal over the Thanksgiving holiday and they quickly evaluated me and completed the procedure. Kudos to the office staff for being so friendly and to Dr. Spencer Holmes for his expertise and skill. While my dentist had indicated he could do the root canal, I thought it best to choose an endodontist, and Im glad I did. Less than 24 hours after, I have no pain or discomfort. Dr. Holmes was communicative and thorough without being clinical. Id certainly recommend this practice to anyone.

I moved from Minnesota a few months ago right in the middle of getting some implants done. I offered to fly back there and have it completed but with covid restrictions it wasnt going to work. I had to find someone to finish them. I found a wonderful primary dentist and he referred me to Cigma to have my last implant placed. They did a wonderful job! The last one was in the toughest spot and we were not even certain it could be done, but they made it work with amazing results. If you want implants go see Dr. Farhadian and Marely!

I had dental work done on a Wednesday and Thursday morning my dentist determined I needed a root canal, I was able to schedule an appointment at Sigma that same morning and had the procedure done before lunch. It was the most pleasant dental work I have ever had done. No pain or discomfort, and Dr. Holmes and the staff were all extremely professional and nice to interact with.
